Very good

We enjoyed the location very much and the property is very attractive,it has good facilities. A very nice experience overall.

Bad hospitality experience: We didn’t like the staff approach, very bad customer service, it wasn’t pleasant at all. We just asked the lady there to let us stay 3 people in a room (as a family), we assumed that it was not originally planned for us to be 3, but later our daughter joined us on vacation. The woman there didn't want it in any way, she didn't have a bit of understanding and empathy, even though we explained it to her, she cited the fact that in Italy that's the law, 2 people in one room. Very bad of her, that's not how you attract customers, you drive them away. It's a shame about the accommodation and location, which is awesome... Thank you!

Wenn you rent the appartement... the view is amazing.

There is no possibility to get breakfast at the appartement ... maybe a breakfast basket would be a possible sollution.

Such a beautiful property located in a quiet, non-touristy part of Florence. We really enjoyed our stay here and the staff were excellent and extremely helpful. The included breakfast was a real treat and has great variety. The property is located around 20-25 minutes by foot from the main city centre of Florence, so keep that in mind if you don’t like walking, however for us we enjoyed it :)

One night in Florence

Beautiful building and lovely big room. The decor was tastefully done and facilities were great. The host was lovely and even gave us a free bottle of wine upon arrival. Breakfast was good, lots to choose from. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a little out of town, but we knew that and had booked it for this reason. Some would find it a long walk into the city centre, but for us no problem.

Large room with good equipments

Very large room with full equipments. It is very good to have washing machine to do the laundry. We arrive there by rental car and they provide parking space (although not free). So, we don't need to park in central Florence where is lots of ZTL and hard to find a pakring lot. Bus stop is nearby and it only take about 15-20 min to the central Florence by bus.

It would be great if the paking is free. However, it is OK to pay the reasonable paking fee.

Perfect. A wonderful stay where we were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dimora Salviati. Simone and Francesca made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was very clean and spacious, bed comfortable and breakfast excellent. A relatively short walk into Florence or catching the bus was more than acceptable for the ambiance of staying in this family run B and B.

A welcoming oasis and Tuscan treasure

Exquisite B&B with nurturing and attentive service from mother and daughter team. It felt like a haven away from the chaos of Central Florence.

It was amazing to have an electric kettle in the room but there were no cups, apart from plastic ones, and the coffee sachets were a little old. Fortunately, the coffee machine in the breakfast room was superb and gave me my coffee fix several times over.

Lovely place and the staff were extremely helpful with explaining how buses in to the city centre work etc

Slightly further out of the city centre than I expected. But still easily accessible via bus or taxi.

Wonderful stay.

The villa setting in private grounds with a gated driveway is stunning. Francesca and her mum are so welcoming and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. The suite is spacious and allows family members to have privacy. There is a mini fridge stocked with reasonably priced drinks. The breakfast is extensive and caters for different dietary/allergy requirements. Very good selection of sweet and savoury including meat, cheese and eggs. Fresh juices and choice of coffee. Thorough cleaning of rooms every day and frequent linen changes. It is easy to get to Florence or Fiesole on the no 7 bus. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again as it's like a home from home.

This place is very clean and comfortable, the owner is very nice, good location.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good and offered a variety of items. There was parking, which was nice and the building is on a bus line.

More detail information on how the bus ticket process worked would have been helpful, we ended up getting a ticket.

B&B that wins your heart

Comfortable beds, professional staff, charming decor and very clean, modern facilities - our stay in this B&B was romantic and memorable. Simona (owner) is extremely nice, helpful and welcoming. Parking is easy, we bought bus tickets at reception and spared ourselves a headache navigating Ztl zones. We also took a walk to the city, which turned out to be easy and entertaining. We had cosiest time enjoying evening at the balcony away from buzzing crowds of beautiful Florence.

Perfect stay

Very helpful reception, so friendly. Beautiful room + airco, was really necessary in this very hot weather so we were really happy. Good breakfast too! Easy to go by bus to Firenze city center. Thank you for everything!

Great place to stay

Great location outside city centre. A shirt, 20 mins bus ride to the centre attractions. Bus stop 1 min walk. Great breakfast, off street parking and very helpful staff. Huge room with a balcony and fantastic air con.

Clean and spacious rooms, nice and friendly staff

Very nice and friendly staff. The room was extremely spacious (two rooms actually), the bathroom too. Air conditioning in both rooms, very nice terrace. The whole place was very clean, the breakfast is very nice as well.

The location for me was perfect for me as I had business in San Domenico, which is an 8-minute bus ride (or 25 min. walk) from the place. But it must be noted that the apartment is not in the center (takes cca. 30 minutes to get there by bus). Also, the room looks on a busy road, so traffic can be loud if the windows are opened. Even with closed window noise sensitive people may need earplugs. But there are really minor issues, the place is very nice and worth the price.

Lovely B & B and we would highly recommend it to all travelers!

Dimori Salviati is in a quiet neighborhood just outside the city. This B & B is beautiful! We loved our spacious room and bathroom and the pretty view from our balcony! The staff was very friendly and helpful! We wish we had more time there!
