This three-story home offers more than enough room for guests to spread out among its four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and one partial bathroom. Don't be shocked if you feel like you're staying in the middle of a live movie set for a sweeping Southern tale in this beautifully styled home. The configuration of this home allows for maximum privacy among a larger group. It is ideal for a large family or group of friends looking to stay in one spot. An Elegant Savannah Vacation Rental With Room for 10 Guests Offering a parlor-like feel, Madison Square Manor's living room features a gothic fireplace surrounded by couches and armchairs. The home's state-of-the-art, fully updated main kitchen boasts large counter surfaces and ample cabinetry. This beautiful kitchen offers a fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, range and microwave. Touches like intricate tilework, a chandelier above the work area and beautiful, breezy window bring this kitchen to life. There is also a formal dining room with a long table set in front of a gothic fireplace. Additionally, a window-front breakfast nook provides extra seating. This home has a third-floor suite that contains a secondary kitchen, living room and dining area offering scaled-down versions of the amenities provided in the main living area. Each bedroom inside Madison Square Manor is a study in elegance! All of the bedrooms are carried along on high-sheen wood floors set against all-white walls and moldings. These spacious bedrooms are configured with large windows, dressers, closet space, built-in cabinetry and other touches that bring Southern elegance to the forefront. On the first floor is where you will find one queen bedroom, one standard queen suite and one queen suite with en-suite full bathroom. This floor also contains a full shared bathroom located at the end of the common hallway. On the third floor, a gorgeous primary suite with king bed, en-suite full bathroom and bonus room containing two twin daybeds awaits. This is also where you'll find the home's second kitchen. The hallway on the third floor contains a full bathroom. Guests of Madison Square Manor enjoy a fully private brick courtyard that blots out the rest of the city to make you feel like you have your own slice of Forsyth Park outside your door. This resort-level enclosed patio area features a brick-faced grilling station with grill and prep area. There is also a large outdoor dining table, lounge chairs and ample outdoor lighting. When guests aren't enjoying this private patio area, they can make use of exclusive access to the Southern Belle Vacation Rentals resort-style heated pool. Madison Square Manor spares no detail! Guests can take advantage of several televisions when relaxing in the home. There is also access to Wi-Fi, satellite and cable. A washer-dryer setup makes it easy to stay on top of laundry for 10 guests. There is ample street parking for all guests booked at the estate. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island. The Pool is open during the below dates and times. March 1- Oct 31, Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm November 1 - February 28, Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday. ⁃Day Before Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving Day and the Day after Thanksgiving ⁃Day Before Christmas, Christmas Day and The Day After Christmas ⁃Day Before New Years, New Years Day, and the Day after New Years ⁃Day Before MLK Day, MLK Day and the Day After MLK Day Guests with Pets If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This is a historic property in a historic area. Very charming. Great for walking to and from restaurants, parks, events. The house itself is very charming and decorated for the period of the house. We had several issues with appliances ( range and dishwasher) not functioning properly and scalding hot water from shower heads and a smoke detector randomly activating due to steam from a nearby bathroom. Maintenance came and corrected a few of the issues but we still had problems with the range. A few of us were experiencing ill effects from mold around air vents. Very few windows are operational so it was difficult to get fresh air circulation. The mattresses are in need of replacement. Very saggy and uncomfortable. It wasn’t ideal for 4 couples to sleep comfortably with double size beds in a couple of the rooms but we new we a larger group wanting to stay together so we made it work. I think next time we will opt for a hotel so everyone is comfortable with their sleeping arrangements.

This house was perfect for our family, 6 adults and 2 children. It was very spacious and the decor was fantastic! The location couldn’t be better, we were able to walk everywhere. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was like walking into a dream. Gorgeously decorated and located in the heart of the historic district. Not only were we close to many restaurants, boutiques, shops and historic properties, we also felt very safe. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking with Southern Belle rentals again.

The property is a stunning historic home in a prime location to experience Savannah’s historic neighborhoods. It is beautifully furnished with a well-equipped kitchen. The internet is a little unreliable, and if there is cable TV, we couldn’t access it, but there was so much to do that we didn’t really miss it.

Our group of 10 retired adults stayed in this house for a Savannah getaway. We couldn’t have been happier! We loved the patio/courtyard and spent every morning an evening there. Church bells from across the street serenaded us; and we could always find our way home because we were located next to one of the historic houses on the Savannah map. It was an easy walk to the riverfront passing through 3 beautiful squares, and city market was just as close. If I had to names a negative, there were a lot of stairs, but it was worth it to us. We will definitely stay in this house if we go back.

We came to savannah to celebrate my daughters bachelorette weekend. The house was roomy and clean it met all of our needs! It was definitely too far to walk to river street for us anyway, so you will need a lyft or an uber to get anywhere from this house. Jones street is a beautiful mossy tree lined street that was worth staying at!

We stayed here with 9 women for my sister’s bachelorette and had a blast. The house was beautifully decorated with a large sitting area and dining room on the first floor. Upstairs, there were plenty of places for people to lounge or work remotely. There are many restaurants, shops, and a few bars nearby. We ended up going down to the waterfront most nights (more lively bar scene) which was less than a mile away. It was a nice ~10/15 minute walk or a super fast uber. The house sits on a pretty park in a historic / residential area. We liked the location — it was very peaceful but still had plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, etc. nearby.

The home is stunning! Absolutely beautiful with modern updates while retaining historical charm. The décor is straight from a decorating magazine. The home was extremely spacious, spotlessly clean, beds are comfortable, and the location is perfect in the middle of the Savannah historic district. The home is right across from Madison square with a beautiful view for sitting on the main floor balcony and enjoying a morning coffee or evening cocktail. I was initially concerned because the pool is in Tybee Island not near the property but the drive is short and the pool is beautiful. The kids enjoyed a couple of afternoons of swimming and the adults enjoyed lounging by the pool so in the end I was grateful for the access to the pool. You can walk to the beach from the pool. The property management company was very responsive and ensured we were pleased with our stay.
