The property itself was lovely! The location couldn’t be beat as it is on the main street, but more residential and with lower noise and traffic. There were a few things that were a little disappointing though. We had to buy toilet paper and paper towels as enough were not supplied. The living room sofa was stained. We never did figure out how to get the overhead lights on in the kitchen so it was a little bit dark. None of these issues interfered with a great stay…just inconveniences. We would probably stay again 🙂

House was exactly as described, location was great, and host communicated with us frequently to check on us. I will definitely be staying there again....
Only negative was a neighbor backing into the garage damaging the door so was could not park in the provided garage but that was a random event and did not reflect on the property or the host..

This is a well-appointed home in the historic district. It was surprisingly quiet even though it was on a main street.

Great location and the house was what we needed for the weekend. We had to pay to park the second car because the visit parking pass was not available by the time we arrived.

Upon arrival, the garage door would not open by using keypad. With the garage in the back of home, you have to walk around the block to get to front door keylock, walk through the house to the back patio to open the old garage door manually to get into garage to push the open key on keypad! Note: There are steep stair on the front entry and going out to patio with NO HANDRAILS! All bedrooms are up another steep set of narrow stairs, which makes carrying heavy suit cases a challenge for seniors (74-79 year olds). Upstairs thermostat is on 61 degrees. Freezing! Heat is turned off, so temps ranged from 61-63 which was difficult changing or showering. We sent emails and text about garage door not opening with keypad. It was not fixed the whole time we were there! This is a beautiful and really clean house but way to many issues.

Loved the home and the history! Beautifully decorated with modern touches to be comfortable. Loved the garage parking space, courtyard and the information binder on the house.
The coffee burrito place on the corner is amazing for breakfast and the honey store is so cute and worth a visit!
A few con things: steps were slippery in the morning (spouse slipped down), the front beautiful bedroom does get a bit loud at night (so if you are a heavy sleeper you are good, otherwise a bit tough)

We loved the beauty of this home with great architecture and historical furnishings. It's location was very convenient to shops and restaurants. The coffee burrito shop (yes interesting combo) across the street was wonderful and we ate/drank there several times; The Bee Co on the adjacent corner was darling - try the honey bar for a yummy education in honey flavors.

Excellent location
We truly enjoyed our stay here. The property is in an excellent location and most things we wanted to do were in walking distance. I appreciate that there are three large beds. It's a very nice place to stay!
