Nice hotle overall. The free breakfast was poor along with the sevice. The 90 minute presentation they want you to do for free items ends up lasting 4.5 hours waste of time. Beautiful scenes from the hotel except whne cruise ships block them for the day. The beach you will be tortured with locals selling everything nonstop. Shower temperature was luke warm nevwr really got hot. I would look for a private beach for a price i paid. Nothing is cheap in Cabo anymore.

4th visit to this beautiful place! Excellent for calm quiet relaxing stay with great food, and easy access to adventure tours off property. Not for loud Spring Breakers đ

The hotel is very attractive. The landscaping is good. The pool water refreshing. The wait staff are very kind & helpful. Selena was at both Los Casonos & the pool restaurant & was very warm & welcoming. I enjoyed my stay & will definitely return.

Great location, super clean, awesome staff. Our experience with the food wasnât great, but we just had one meal in a poolside restaurant at a strange time of day & one room service meal that werenât very good. Would love to try the steakhouse sometime, as it looked & smelled delicious. Overall a great place to stay & would definitely recommend!

The service was outstanding, the staff were all so kind, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the views were incredible, the amenities were amazing, and it was so easy to get a taxi to anywhere. I will absolutely be coming back to stay at La Estancia!

It was a great stay and the best property to spend your vocation. Very safe and stuff is attentive. There is security all over the resort making sure of your safety. Breakfast is great and the beach is the best. Will be coming back.

Amazing place. Had awesome time.

Property is beautiful. The staff is very warm and conscientious. Make no mistake, however, their goal is to sell timeshares and attract club members. The management and concierge services are not consistent with typical hotels at this price point. They could not successfully coordinate anything and made excuses/pointed fingers.. Just infuriating.

Estancia was a fabulous find and far away but close to the Cabo chaos of clubs! La Casona restaurant coffee show was fabulous and dessert delicious too! unfortunately we had dinner before coming to the property! Loved the jacuzzi by ocean with pitfire! from bell person to checkin/checkout it was a great experience - i would recommend this property! i traveled with my cousin and it was great!

Loved the beach and the view. Staff was excellent, attentive and friendly. Didn't care for the pool chair rules. People held at them all day even when they were not sitting there for long periods of time. If you didn't get one first thing in AM, then you had nowhere to sit other than near kid's pool. Maybe better if reserved for a period of time and not all day.

Everyone on the staff was outstanding - friendly, welcoming, professional and very helpful. The propoerty was beautiful and very well maintained. The ambience around the pool area was perfect - a relaxing environment, no loud music and a beautiful view!

Our stay was amazing! The pictures of the property and rooms definitely do not so this place justice. The room was way undersold, very roomy, good privacy, and resort staff were always friendly and busy keeping the place 100. Have recommended to several friends already and will certainly return, next time with my teenage sons.

Very clean and excellent service from staff. Only issue is not enough pool chairs. I donât want to fight early in the morning just to get a pool chair reserved. That was not convenient at all.

This was our second time staying at this property. Both times we upgraded to the all inclusive, the first trip both food/drink and alcohol were included. The second trip alcohol was not but no where did it state that, so be very careful on your selections, seems very decieving to me.
The second item to be aware of is, make your reservations to the restaurants as soon as possible. If you wait to do it after you arrive your gonna be out of luck. We asked for assistance from the concierge desk but were told they couldn't be any help, I was surprised how little help they were and how little they cared. I would have thought being a returning guest would have meant something to them.
The property is nice but has limited restaurants and bars, so if your looking for any nightlife this is not the place for you.
The 1 bedroom suits are extremely big and very nice.
If you traveling with younger children, under 80 pounds the beach will be very tricky. The under tow for the water is extremely strong, unless you go early in the morning or later in the evening.
Like I said before this was our second time there and probably our last. My kids wouldn't be able to enjoy the beach if the went, and when traveling as adults when we pay for all inclusive that's what we expect to get not just food and soft drinks.

This property was beautiful. Beachfront. Had a great view. Overlooks the beach. Pool was great. Lots of seating. Had a market on-site, which was very convenient. About a mile walk to the Marina. Our room was great. Super clean. Had laundry, which was a bonus. Loved our one bedroom upgrade. Would definitely come back!

this hotel advertises to be a luxury resort, I paid $425 a night for a junior suit. I bought my trip thru Expedia, they advertised the hotel as being all inclusive. It is not! You have to pay for all food and drinks and when I say pay I mean $10 a drink and the food is not cheap. You can't get a dinner for less that $100 for two people, not including drinks.
The room: They do not have king size beds on any of the junior suits. We were celebrating our honeymoon and requested an upgrade if available. The hotel replied that they would accommodate our request based on availability. We arrived to a room with no air conditioning and all the sheets and couch were wet from the condensation. Around 4:00 PM. we requested a different room and the front desk manager stated, that they did not have any other rooms available and that our AC would be fixed. By 11:00 pm we still had no AC in our room and we were finally moved to a different room, same type of room. More than half of the resort was dark all weekend, which tells me that there were rooms available we were just not offered the option to upgrade. All the junior suits share a balcony with the other suits so there is no privacy.

Property was great. They have everything and staff was all very nice. Nice location too. Highly recommended.

Was extremely disappointed at the quality of room. The room had a consistent musty humid smell. Bedding felt damp every night. I reached out to get it resolved and they did assist but it was minimal that they did for me. They tried blaming us, but that was not the case as we were barely in the room. But very disappointed as I was not able to sleep at nights
