We loved our stay at pueblo bonito! We like the blanco over the rose because it was a bit smaller, it felt more intimate, but still plenty or room. We had no problem getting chairs or ordering food and drink pool side. They were very clear what was included in all inclusive or not. and we loved that they gave you a bracelet that was room key and charge card for the all inclusive. Food was good and drinks were good - better than other all inclusive's we've stayed! We only did 2 nights ahead of a work trip but wish we did one more night so we had more time to see the other sunset property or do a cruise out to the arch. We knew from other reviews the rooms might be a bit out dated but honestly I thought they were charming and the bed was comfortable. We'll be back!

Pretty property Liked to be able to walk to town and marina

Unfortunately this was the most terrifying experience of my life. It is extremely unsafe and I am just lucky to be home and alive. Watch what you drink and trust no one. Do not recommend.

This property is everything I was hoping for....friendly caring staff, fun bartenders, great food, very safe atmosphere, clean and beautiful property.

Some of the worst food I’ve ever eaten at every restaurant on the property.

Great location to relax . Service was excellent however dining choices limited and the buffet was terrible as food was bland and never hot.

Would not recommend. Only care about themselves. Stay away from here!

Great location, beautiful views. We did get food poisoning at one of the restaurants and the beds were as hard as a rock...

I did have issues with rooms but we had a nice upgrade

The attention to detail, service and interactions with the staff is excellent, this is the biggest if not the only reason I continue to return, bring, refer family and friends.

This is our second time at this property. We love the staff and quiet area.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I’ve been to Cabo many times and this was one of my favorite stays for the location and price. Had a beautiful ocean view room, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the food was all incredible. Definitely will stay here again.

At first, I was a little disappointed when we arrived. Hotel wasn't as grand, room was okay - we had 6 people and it just wasnt as upkept as I hoped.
My husband and I slept on pullout couch (it was closest to ocean view) that was terrible. After lots of asking, we got 3 pads added.
By end of week, we loved the hotel's serenity. Only property you can see/hear ocean, super quiet, relaxing, but also great for our 4 kids to play on beach and pool.
Without access to other resorts, we would have been disappointed in food options at Blanco, but having Rose and Sunset definitely helped. Also having access to pools was fun to mix up the days.
Our family loved the market at Sunset.
Poolside and ocean/beach side service was great. Food and drinks were constant.
So overall, we only slept in our room, so having it a little subpar was surpassed by all the other amazing things at the resort.

It’s dated and food is average but location is good.

I like the fact that the property was in walking distance to a lot of different restaurants close to the center of town very family friendly and felt very safe overall could use more dining options

We had so much fun!! Super friendly staffs (thank you Palmas hostess Aureli, Edgar and Anna in Rose). Food were great, pools are fun. Only thing to pay attention's to while transporting to Sunset only bring beach bags or backpacks, carry-on suit case is not allowed on the bus).

The property being on the beach was just perfect, we love it.

Positve:This property sits directly on Medano Beach on the biggest section of beach. If you are a beach person, then this will be sure to please as far as location goes. 10 minute walk down the beach to the Marina.
Neutral: The facility itself is clean with a bit of a dated feel. The pool is fairly small and could use some TLC. Dining options are limited on site but many more are available at the sister resort Sunset. They use a bracelet scanning system for every thing you drink and eat. This becomes a bit tedious because you can't leave until a waiter/bartender scans you out.
Negative: Our 11 year old could not even get her own water due to not having a bracelet that scans.
Over all we did like this resort and will return due to its awesome beach.

Property was very nice, food was great, I do not recommend the Italian restaurant on the property, but everything else was very nice and worth the money.

Great location with view of Lands End landmark rock. Medano Beach is a "swimmable beach" but note that swimmable does not mean shallow standing depth. There is a drop-off quickly from the edge of the water maybe 5-10ft wading into the water to a sandy bottom calm water area that extends maybe 100ft or so away from the beach. I really enjoyed the swimming there but could see people being uncomfortable getting in the water for that reason. Bring a floaty or swim in the pool if that person is you. There was a charm to the art deco style of the hotel. Service was above and beyond friendly and we did add tip staff/experiences that earned it. Food was great. There's something for everyone to like. Overall great all-inclusive experience!

I've stayed in Cabo multiple times.this one is further away so it made sovineers cheaper, but it was a longer walk to places with out transportation.yhe resort and the one next door had a total of four very small places to buy things. The workers were very nice and helpful, the rooms super outdated .many pros and cons but I would stay again

One if my favorite resorts I’ve ever stayed in! Will be back.

We had a great time, but was disappointed in the food and the service. They really aren’t on top of gluten and dairy allergies, rather than have a delicious meal you are settling for a boring steak. 3 out of 4 of us got seriously sick from food poisoning we think from seafood. The bed was really not comfortable. For being a resort in Cabo they really need to step up their game.

Nice property and great location. Food is average or below average. The Italian place at ROSE - food was very poor. Very nice staff
Place is a 9. Food is a 3. 1-10 scale

This place is great if you’re looking for a quick getaway. Definitely needs some updating, the pool and to the rooms. Staff is great! Always willing to help with whatever you need. The food is decent drinks are good. If I was planning a longer trip like 5-7 days I would look elsewhere.

Excellent stay. Only thing I didn’t like was the surcharges for certain restaurants.

The location was hard to beat. We had a beautiful view of the arch and Medano beach. Because of the hurricane that just occurred, the pool took a day to clean up and the power came off and on a couple times but within a day, everything was fine. The service was excellent and the food exceeded my expectations. I loved Paloma’s for breakfast. They have the best açaí I’ve ever had. Cilantro’s was great for dinner the only issue is the rooms are outdated and dim lighting. Also when showering, the water was usually cold. I didn’t use the pool at Blanco and chose to use at Rose which was great as just a close walk away. All in all, I would stay again. Maybe I’d choose Rose next time to see the difference.

I've been to the "sister" resort - Pueblo Bonito Rose - several times, and this was the first time at Los Cabos. Nice service, but was a little disappointed with the quality of the (all inclusive) food this time. They took away the sushi/sashimi station that had been WONDERFUL!
