The hotel was one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed. My room was on the first floor with a beautiful view we sat outside in the chairs provided by the hotel. Check in the staff were tremendous very friendly and helpful. The food all inclusive was incredible we had a wonderful dinner at the Palomoma both me and my wife loved it tremendously

We chose the Rosé based on some reviews, but after the first 2 days decided to ask about moving to the Blanco (Pueblo Bonita Los Cabo’s) next door. Our room at the Rosé was very dated, which I can deal with except it wasn’t very clean. I’m not super nit picky, but the corners of the countertop, mirrors and trim were not ok. Things just seemed worm out.
The property was fine, they tried with special dinner events and live shows - but it all just fell a little short. And the food, while plentiful, was not great. Very bland and repetitive.
The people were great and the location awesome, the whole place needs an update!

Love this property. It’s a small resort but had everything we needed and the staff is awesome

We were moved to Pueblo Blanco, next door, when we asked for a handicap accessible room. It's a great proximity to town of Cabo and but a very small hotel and somewhat dated. The dining options were limited and service was slow.
No swim up bar but that's not a big deal to me. It's too cold in January to spend much time in the pool anyway. The town of Cabo was a let down for a non-party, bar- hopping person. No charm. I preferred Puerto Vallarta.
They also had no ADA accessible rooms. The staff really tried but we had a person with a walker and they put us in a room that required we walk up 6 steps to get to the room. That was the best they could do. The room also had a bathtub shower and they couldn't offer a shower chair. They said they'd give me a plastic lawn chair. I ended up walking to Walmart and buying one.
The staff tried their best but I wont be back to the resort. I don't expect US ADA standards when I go to Mexico until they want US prices for the stay. For $800 a night, you need to be able to muster up to US standards.
I do recommend staying at Medano beach front resort because it was very swimmer friendly (still too cold to swim) and had a beautiful view.

Some friends and I came for a girls trip and we had the most fantastic time. Not only is the property in an amazing location but it’s close to a lot of bars and clubs if you are looking for night life. The staff was so kind, we loved Diego our server and well as all the staff at the Los Cabos property. There is so much to do and we loved it!!!

Everything was great besides the beds, they were hard as a rock and made it hard to get a good nights sleep. The service, food, and drinks were all amazing!

Wonderful experience! Was my first trip and loved every day and evening. All employees are great, friendly and helpful.
Will definitely recommend to my friends!

We love the location, the staff and service are amazing.
However, I think there’s some work that needs to be done around there. It was leaking around our toilet.
Our coffee pot was dead when we got there, a friend in another room‘s coffee pot died after a few days.
We had a handicap shower, and the water came out all over the floor every time we showered.
The beds are hard and the pillows were not my favorite.
The location, the view, and the staff and service are all excellent like I said!!!!

The staff and service at this resort are exceptional. Very family friendly, fun pool area and the location is great. Hotel is in need of some updating and we found the rooms dirty. Baseboards, lights, drapes were filthy and the rooms smell like mildew.

Been going to Cabo for 22 years and have stayed at many resorts but always love our stay at PB Rose. The staff is very friendly, pool and ocean swimming options make it a must stay. All inclusive is great.

We had an incredible time at Pueblo Bonito Rose! The staff were amazing! Extra special shout out to Hector at the pool, he treated us like queens. He is a gem!
Pedro at Sunset and Sushi was also so lovely and friendly. Would highly recommend

15 years of great service great location and ability to use other Pueblo bonito resorts

Food and services are good. Many more dining options and amenities in the Sunset compared to the Rosè, but an hour wait for a shuttle unless paying a taxi and they are not to close to one another. . It was more convenient to dine at the Rose most of the times to use better my time.

What I did not like was that some of food options were unsanitary, notable some dinner items. What I did like was the location, the friendly staff, and lunch options. I liked the free service to the Sunset Beach, and I liked Cilantro's food.

Everything is right here at this resort. The property is beautiful, the staff are amazing and the location IS beautiful. We did an all inclusive package and it was the best. The only bummer was when we originally reserved we wanted a ocean or partial ocean view and we got no ocean view .

Summary: Resort is overdue for a renovation; Good food and choices (add Indian menu options please!!); Location is great; Safe; Activities are good.
Visited Dec 2023 for 5n/6d trip with friends & family (total 12). Had 4 rooms but were put in 1 3-bedroom penthouse and 1 room, which we were totally fine with. What views!!
Pros:
* Location: On the beach, water is rough (Pacific) but can still play if you’re careful; Tons of activities (snorkeling, boating, sunset cruising, jet-ski, paragliding, etc.) and local vendors hawking everything. Very lively beach.
* Staff & service: Majority of the staff were good and courteous, went out of their way to be helpful. A couple of waiters (Palomas restaurant and Cilantro, both in neighboring sister property PB Los Cabos were rude; staff at another sister property PB Sunset Beach were exceptionally good!).
* Food and choice: We had an all-inclusive package. Good choice of food generally. BIG TIP FOR MANAGEMENT — Given the number of guests from India you had on the property, please consider adding Indian menu options at some of the restaurants, it’ll be a hit!! Combined across the 3 resorts - Rose, Los Cabos, and Sunset Beach - there were tons of restaurant choices! The best food is at Sunset Beach.
* CONDITION: Rose (badly) needs renovation. We saw soooo many places where things showed wear and tear — bathroom fittings, beds, doors/windows, peeling paint, cracks, lobby area, hallways, etc. etc. The resort is overdue for a major renovation.

We stayed over Christmas, the service was excellent..we enjoyed many yummy meals and fun activities. Our youngest loved the santa visit and the pinata. Not the cleanest room, but overall very happy. We will be back

Overall the property was nice and we had a great time with the family. It’s a little dated compared to its sister property Pueblo Bonita Sunset but getting access to all 3 resorts was the best part. Would definitely stay again but hope they do a room refresher at PB Rose.

Every time we stay with Pueblo Bonito resorts we are very pleased. The staff employed at the resorts are very helpful and tentative.

This is my second time here and I will be back! A very nice resort right on the beach. It is all inclusive! Food is not quite 5-star but does the job. Can lay by pool and have drinks and food brought to you. Lots of staff on hand as well. 20 minute walk into town. All ages go there from groups of friends, families or couples.

Would stay here again, check in went good. Some rooms are quite far from lobby but closer to pool so ask. Rooms are spacious with lots of storage, floors a bit dirty maybe tile is hard to clean, we noticed this in hallways as well. Cant remove hangers to hang clothes. The pool is wonderful, activities and aerobics fun. The staff is incredible. The restaurants great. Easy access to beach. Didnt love having to scan out everywhere when its all inclusive but wouldnt keep me from coming back. All in all great resort.

Pueblo Bonito Rose is a good hotel to stay in. You have all inclusive access to the sister hotel next door including the pools just walking distance which is great! I also loved the swimmable beautiful beach they have! The food is pretty good. What’s great is that they have a Starbucks in the Blanco Hotel! The ocean views are amazing and its pretty much in the middle of downtown Cabos! The rooms are a little outdated but its ok. Everything else was great!

Room service and cleaning crew were top notch. Two on-site dinner shows were a wonderful, and enjoyable, surprise! Pool staff were very accommodating and the activities were very fun. Beach access to wander down to the party bars is a bonus. Our second time staying here and was even better than the first. No timeshare pressures.

The beach was crowded with panhandlers and they had to be roped off.

Booking through Expedia was actually so very good and helpful. My stay was definitely great but I must say the timeshare conversations are overwhelming. I came here with my family as a Thanksgiving getaway. We basically got bombarded to do a timeshare tour and then we got pressured by the person running the tour it was honestly very obnoxious, basically took a day out of our vacation. Besides that, the hotel was amazing, the staff was great very very friendly honestly made the entire experience so much better. They all gave positive and amazing feedback when we asked any questions, offered help and services at ALL times. The food was great. Enjoyed my stay. I just wish I wasn’t bombarded about the time shares.

The resort itself isnt too bad and the location on the beach is nice - now to the bad:
1. Our entire group got food poisoning from eating the onsite food. The food was less than good, although the alcoholic drinks were decent.
2. We ordered a non alcoholic beverage for our 6 year old and unknown to us initially, she was served a drink with liquor in it. Staff quickly took it back, but she had already consumed alcohol.
3. Prepare to get hackled excessively if you walk out onto the beach.
These concerns were shared with staff - they didnt care. Absolutely stay elsewhere!

This place is pretty dated. The staff are all very kind and accommodating and it’s clean, but the rooms definitely need updating.

The room was not ready for two hours after the time we are supposed to be allowed to check in, so 6pm. There was no bedding, the bathroom sink was soaked, the floor leading to the balcony was wet with pockets of water. My son slipped and injured himself causing us to spend several hours in a hospital to get him checked out. I notified the hotel and no one ever called us to check on us. I emailed the manager multiple times and still no response. I’ve been to this hotel numerous times and am so disappointed in how they handled this. Just horrible.

We like that we are able to walk to most things around town and is ocean front but the room this time was dirty had socks stashed in cushion of chairs, candy wrappers behind TV and the sheets on one bed where dirty
