We booked 2 nights just to help us settle in from the UK, and we're so glad we did as the hotel was exceptional! The staff were very kind, welcoming and helpful, and were able to fulfil any requests that we had - for example, having soya milk in the room in place of the cow's milk. The hotel decor was very clean and classy, and the room was of a very high standard - we could have easily lived there!! The fitness centre had lots of varying equipment, and we enjoyed exercising there each morning, before having a dip in the lovely outdoor pool, which was a perfect temperature, and it was great to be able to view the runway too!! We'd definitely recommend staying here, especially to help transition from a long journey or even to treat yourself to some luxury.

Upon arrival, right at the front door, the service was amazing. They put our luggage on a dolly and tagged bags with our room number Gentleman walked with us to the front desk. Very helpful, clerk set up baggage pick up for an early flight He escorted us right to the shuttle where we were brought to the main terminal to check our bags. Overall a wonderful experience. Reasonably priced.

Quick stay for an early flight. Airport signage is not great for the hotel as far as getting to the lobby directly. We love the hotel for convenience with early flights.

The hotel was great. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud. The rooftop pool was really cool to sit in and watch planes come and go. The balcony doors to rooms are now locked for safety but that’s my only complaint. Definitely would stay again.

I really wish this property had a way to turn off all light in a room. Seriously, the under bed lights, the automatic mirror lights, plus the lights coming in from under the curtains, it does not make for a restful night.

Have stayed here twice while visiting our daughter at Florida Tech. The hotel location is perfect- steps from the ocean with stunning views. Ample parking. Food is good, rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Staff are kind and helpful! Plenty of space for our teenagers and us. Thank you! We’ll be returning!

Bathroom was dirty upon arrival. We asked for it to be cleaned and it was touched up at best but not cleaned well. We booked a top floor room to avoid the noise and couldn't sleep all night because of how noisey it is Bed was terribly uncomfortable. Expensive hotel but planned for it to be worth it for the early flight. Convenience to be right at the airport for an early morning flight but the lack of sleep discounted the convenience

Excellent location. Plenty of rooms for last minute booking. Really comfortable beds and bedding. Spacious room and bathroom. Very clean. Pool area was a bit windy and not that inviting but nice to have. I didn't use the restaurants as went into the airport terminal food court. Nice to have food and shops on the doorstep.

Our Virgin Atlantic flight was cancelled and this honestly is the best hotel to stay at if this happens to you. The hotel is within the terminal, the staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful and made a stressful situation really nice. Thank you so much for all your help.

Excellent location, especially after a long flight. No need to go outside and wait for a shuttle. Our room was in great condition. The bed was good. The only issue was light bleed over the top of the drapes from the airport courtyard. The drapes don’t go quite high enough. Also, the chairs in the lounge were terrible. They really need to be replaced.

Hotel was quite nice. The room was not quite sound-proof although I believe I saw it mentioned that it was, but the sound was tolerable given the fact that our room seemed to be near a runway. Hotel only provided 3 bath towels even though there were 4 of us in the room. Biggest problem I had was figuring out where to park to get closest to the hotel as we had a lot of baggage to deal with. The hotel front desk staff and porters were all super nice and very helpful. Ignoring my little gripes, the hotel was a great place to stay, and convenient too as the various airline check-ins were all pretty close to the hotel.

Promised roll away bed. Did not have one and grandchild had to sleep on the floor. Also no extra blanket for the floor was available. Made for a miserable night!

We had a great room overlooking the runway. So fun to watch the planes. Dinner at McCoy’s was also terrific. Great service and food in the lobby bar while watching the football game. Overall experience was terrific and highly recommend this hotel. And you can’t beat the convenience when you have an early morning flight.
