We stayed there last year and it was different, not bad, but not as good. Everything seemed more expensive, especially the parking fee for non-members.

Great location, but that’s all you’re paying for. Staff were bordering on rude. The place was recently renovated with pretty shoddy workmanship. Wires are covered by thin plastic strips. Walls are thin. I was woken up by dogs and other guests’ adult fun times. Rooms have no airflow aside from old wall-mount A/C units with disgusting filters. At least the baseboard heat worked.

Gravity Haus is great. Super location with a nice restaurant and bar in the building.

Great location, loved the bar, restaurant, hot tub, sauna, people... just VERY loud in the rooms, felt like staying in a dorm. Thin walls. Earplugs help. Everything else was awesome!

Slopeside, everything clean and contemporary.

Small room. No place to sit with a laptop. One chair. Snowcats next to hotel generate a lot of noise ALL night long. Their backup alarms are loud. Ski in but not ski out. Very expensive dining options.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. There was nothing special about this hotel. It was no better than a standard low/mid-range hotel but was the price of a fancy boutique hotel. I asked for hot tub towels to be put in the room since the night before we went to the hot tub and all the towels were gone. No towels were delivered so we had to use our bath towels and then had to ask for more both towels. The room/bathroom was not totally clean when we arrived and it did not improve during our stay. We came off the mountain at closing time, 4:15 pm, to find that the room was open and housekeeping was working on the room. Really bad timing for a slopeside hotel. It was awkward and uncomfortable. The housekeeping did not restock the in-room mini fridge during our 3 night stay. Had to go to the lobby to get our own drinks. This hotel was not worth the high price we paid. It was Motel 6 service for Sheraton prices. Other than the location, there was nothing special about this hotel. Next time I will just stay at the Sheraton if I am going to pay that much.

Love staying at Gravity Haus! Perfect location in Steamboat.

Excellent location. Friendly front desk. The matress in room 212 needs be replaced. It is in a very poor condition for what the hotel is charging.

Room was tiny and in the basement, bathroom too small and not enough towels. Charged for parking but nearly impossible to park or walk to our room because of the snow.

We did not enjoy our stay. Will not rebook.

Too many kids in the hot tub, the front desk not caring as long as they are supervised 56789 and 10-year-olds should not be in a hot tub the restaurant that’s in there. It used to be a nicely priced little restaurant now the restaurants prices are absolutely insane.

Very close to ski slopes and Steamboat Square. Directions to our room were a little confusing, but we figured it out. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Rooms seemed to have been updated recently which was a plus.

The staff was very hard to understand, poor English!
They started to charge $40 a day for parking without proper notice. I stayed there before when it was call the Ptarmigan Inn. They did not have the parking charge.
They also did NOT offer free coffee in the morning.
They did NOT clean the room. I stayed there for only two nights, but they did not give me a notice at check in.
Most likely the last time I stayed at this now named Gravity Haus.

Overall fantastic stay. Love the ski in/out. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
For examble, our son had a bad sinus and cough during the evening and front desk was able to provide some meds to get him thru the night. The food at the White Rabbit was very good and reasonably priced. Beds were very comfortable. Only issue housekeeping for our rooms was very inconsistent.

Location is good right at the slope easy to start your skiing and hotel is recently somewhat renovated. However lack of managerial insight ruins for all guests. Non working bathroom fan in a tiny restroom or paying for a slopeside room but getting a room on the opposite side of the building leaves a bad taste . But not being able to enforce your own hotel rules and keeping guest awake due to excessive noise at pool area then in the lobby opening to guestroom corridors despite complaints from multiple guests until well passed midnight is unaccaptable. Letting an obnoxious and extremely loud group of people at a pool area until passed midnight that is supposed to be closed at 10pm and letting yelling and screaming go on for well after midnight is lack of standard procedures and management. I would not ruin my trip dealing with this place.

Easy to get to. Pools were nice. Bad was we had barking dogs in the next room. They barked all day into the night. Staff did not do anything about it.

Loved the staff, they allowed us to check in early!! It wasn't as ski in/ski out as advertised, I think because it's early ski season for Steamboat. Loved the hottub! The walls are a little thin (Can hear neighbors cough).

This is a very cute place with a phenomenal location. I will say the walls are pretty thin so bring ear plugs, otherwise I would definitely recommend this!

Beware- They charge a $20/day resort fee for no amenities. There wasn’t a restaurant, gym or meeting room on property. The hot tub wasn’t hot enough to get into when it was so cold outside. They had loud business meetings in the lobby that woke us up every weekday morning. Some of the front desk staff were so nice and friendly, and others were rude and not helpful.

Didn't stay the night! It was so noisy with partying and very loud music we asked one of the front desk staff get us a room elsewhere! The staff that checked us in was not very helpful and didn't explain where amenities were, kind of rude too. One of the front desk staff was nice and found us th room at the Sheraton after they couldn't control the other guests that were being loud and obnoxious.

Staff was pleasant and very helpful. Room was very nice. Our first trip to Steamboat was really enjoyable.

I was impressed with the common spaces & rooms. All had a young, hip , contemporary, Scandinavian vibe that I really enjoyed. It was refreshing to visit a thoughtful creative space that is different from the usual. Good sized rooms with a large full bath , coffee maker & refrigerator . The ski mountain & lifts are just outside the door : )

We visited in the fall - but I can imagine the location of the Gravity Haus during ski season is unbeatable. Really liked how close we were to dining options and other attractions (bike rentals / coffee shop/ gondola etc). They are going for a modern urban look, which appreciate. Quality was reasonable for the value & price. The staff needs to be better trained. We had a few questions but the front desk attendant kept saying "She was from out of town" - definitely could use a 101 on Steamboat in general so they can recommend stuff to guests. Overall, would come back.

The stay was nice and so was the staff but I was not told about the $22 resort fee until checking out.

VERY little parking, but loved the rooms.

As described and much better than expected. For the price in this area very reasonable especially with short notice. I will stay again.

The bathroom toilet is situated to close to the wall, and you can't sit straight. I have back issues, so I had to remove the paper from the holder, in order to reach it. Bed was fine. It would have been nice if the minibar had included normal bottled water and soft drinks, instead of all "new age" drinks.
