Inside the main level of the home, you will find an open floor plan living area and 2 bedrooms with ensuites. The custom kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with a coffee maker, dishes, utensils, and a gas range. A second refrigerator and freezer is available for guest use and the stand alone ice maker is great for keeping everyone's drinks cold on a hot summer day! The living room has plenty of seating for all guests, a smart TV, fireplace, and access to the pool deck through the sliding glass doors. The custom dining table is perfect for playing a card game or gathering for a meal with family and friends. Down the hall, Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed, queen-sized sleeper sofa, smart TV, desk, and an ensuite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 features a king-sized bed, smart TV and an ensuite with a shower/tub combo. This bathroom also connects to the hallway for additional guest use throughout the day. A laundry room with a full size washer and dryer is also available for guest use. Upstairs, you will find the remaining 4 bedrooms. We loved our stay this past week. The house had plenty of bedrooms and sleeping space for everyone. We had 4 adults and 6 children (ages 6-14). The kids loved the bunk beds and the game room and pool. The spa was not working properly when we were there, so I reached out to the management company on Wednesday to let them know. They responded right away that someone would be there to look at it the next day. That’s all we heard about it, but it wasn’t fixed until we were loading our cars to leave that Saturday. It wasn’t a big deal because we still were able to use the pool. The beach is a short walk away. We didn’t find the outside shower in the back of the property until the last day. We would definitely stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and children had a great time together. The house was the perfect space for us all. We truly enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool. We had a blast playing ping pong and foosball. The house was very clean and the rooms were spacious. The property is walking distance to beautiful beach and not far from downtown Hilton Head in which we enjoyed dinning in the company of a live musician . To be quite honest we spent the majority of our time together at this property because we truly felt at home. We will definitely consider renting this house when we return back to Hilton Head.

Awesome house...just as advertised! The elevated pool/hot tub at the same level as the main living area was amazing for convenience and safety. The host was extremely responsive and the few minor issues we encountered were immediately resolved. The four king bedrooms and kid's bunk rooms were wonderful and made our stay with 14 people (7 children) extremely comfortable. Can't go wrong staying here! Thank you for your great hospitality!

My family had a wonderful time! The house is a very quick walk to the beach with plenty already provided (chairs, umbrellas, cart, beach toys, etc.), the pool/hot tub is great and the kids loved the bunk room!

This house is as 100% as advertised! We enjoyed a week of time with family. The community park across the road is fantastic for six boys between 7 and 12. The walk to the beach is easy and Hilton Head beach is always perfect for relaxation! The kitchen is well equipped and the rooms are comfortable. We are planning another visit already! Thank you.

We had an incredible time at this property. Everything was clean, organized and the house was just beautiful. The house came equipped with a ton of games, beach toys and accessories, as well as bedding and sleep supplies for small children. The beach was a very short walk from the home and the area is great for runners, walkers, etc. There is also a park right across the street for kids! The property owners were just a phone call away and were so helpful in answering our questions. The only issue we had was that the hot tub instructions didn't seem to match the buttons on the actual hot tub. I would definitely recommend this property!!

This place was great for my family. I had all 5 of my children, their spouses and children. 15 in all and we all had a great time. The hot tub and pool were a huge hit! We loved the bike paths, beach, and the parks. The kids loved go out for dinner and each family cooked and cleaned up one night. It worked out awesome! Everyone is already talking about next year.

Very spacious and clean! We loved the pool and spa area and even though it rained quite a bit that didn’t stop the kids from swimming. Access to the beach was nice and the beach area isn’t crowded in this location. We appreciate the ease of communication with the owner and had no problems with the check-in / check-out process. Lots of supplies and plenty of bedding!

We spent a week at this house. I cannot say enough positive things about this property. The house was absolutely beautiful, elegant yet very warm and inviting. There were so many wonderful touches such as throws around to cuddle with; beautiful beach towels right at the door leading to the pool. The kitchen was more than stocked. She thought of everything.Markie was amazing. My husband recently had knee surgery and walking it challenging for him. She made special arrangements for him to get a parking pass at Marriott so he could ride their golf cart to the beach. It was a wonderful family time filled with warm and cozy memories. Many because of the amazing house. Thanks for making thuan”home” available.
