Fin leilighet, men ikke helt proft, og dårlig seng.

Reint og fint og fin terrasse.

Likte ikke at det var to enkeltsanger og ikke en ordentlig dobbelseng. I tillegg kom personalet inn i leiligheten, mens vi var borte, for å hente en ødelagt solseng uten å si ifra om det og uten å komme med en ny. Hadde bare en solseng resten av oppholdet.

Super sejour

Tout était très bien. L appartement était tel que décrit et la terrasse vraiment un plus. L endroit est parfait et vraiment très calme. Et plein de commerces aux alentours et le métro à moins de 10 mtes à pied. Vraiment parfait

Totally enjoyable experience

Excellent location. Walking distance to beach, shops, park, Picasso museum, transport, live music restaurants

Great stay in fabulous Barcelona! Well equipped apartment in a convenient location.

A door code was provided for our out of hours arrival. The apartment is clean and well equipped (including a dishwasher and washing machine, which is great). The television had the option to select some English speaking channels and programs, which we appreciated. The location is relatively quiet - commercial, but so close to the gothic section (old town) and bars, shops, restaurants & museums that it was not a problem at all, and it was very safe and easy to get around. Also walking distance from Barceloneta, which was something we looked for. In all, Barcelona is a highly walkable city and we only had one taxi whilst there - apart from the taxi in and out of the airport.

The apartment was a little small for three adults, but it was adequate nonetheless and we enjoyed our stay.

awesome stay and location!

such a comfortable stay and the location was perfect for old town shopping and restaurants! the staff was incredible and very responsive to a couple of requests we made like help with a taxi.

the stairs in the apartment (14) are a bit narrow and risky for anyone with difficulty walking. we managed but had to be very careful.

Spacious apartment and plenty places around it.

Balcony size was a little on the small side but we got some sun in afternoon so not to bad.

Superb

The location is more then perfect! It is is in quite and safety area but so close to the the central part, comfortable connections with all the attractions, train station, airport,etc.

we had some issues in the self check in as the electronic handle of the door was not setted correct. However the host was so helpful and come to the apartment for10 minutues in the night and the problem was solved.

10 minutes from the metro. Silence around. Shops were to buy food to cook.

The bath tube leaked water and not all beds were cleans. There were pots for breakfast and to cook pasta but not to cook meat in case of needs.

Problem with hot water supply - only enough hot water for 2 out of 3 of us to have a shower - this was resolved by day 2, but didnt start the holiday off well.

amazing location, 5-10 minutes walking from the metro Jaume I, also no problem walk to the beach or city center. Apartment was very quiet, spacious, equipped with all you need. Handover of the key was smooth.During the next stay I will definitely choose the same apartment.

Great location. Wonderful appartment, cozy, very well equiped, clean. Very professional and friendly staff. We were able to leave our luggage in their office nearby after check-out.

Overpriced apartment but in a nice location

The apartment is centrally located in a very nice neighbourhood, hence perfect for a short visit to the city

The apartment is rather poorly equipped: not enough toilet paper, one dish washer tab for four nights, no standard amenities for cooking, two coffee capsules for three people, rather old and uncomfortoble furniture… Generally you notice that it is all about maximising profits. This has definitely been one of the worst „apartment experiences“ we ever had.

Not good value for money, photos not realistic

The apartment is in excellent location. We walked everywhere, didn’t buy a single ticket. The staff is polite and responsive.

I got exactly the apartment I paid for that was shown in the pictures. However, the pictures are taken/edited in such a way that they conceal the fact that the place is in serious need of repair. The bathroom is very used, with missing grout and moldy silicone (I am attaching photos). The whole place does not feel clean. It surely is cleaned by somebody, but the feel is not comfortable, especially in the bathroom. The shower is really unpleasant. Very uncomfortable bed upstairs, I had back pain from day one. The aircon is working well and fast but smell of cigarette smoke from some other apartment falls in through the vents. When you open the window, you get a strong smell of fried fat from neighboring restaurants. The apartment was oversprayed with some „air freshener”, which triggered my husband’s asthma and my migraine. Quite a sensory nightmare. There are no basic supplies, just one dishwasher tablet, if you stay for more than one day, you need to buy a whole box. In general, I’d have preferred to pay 200€ more and get a better place elsewhere. I was disappointed and will not come back, sorry.

great location on quiet street

Property location was awesome, nice and quiet but close to the action in El Born. The apartment was very spacious and clean.

Only concern was the bathtub/shower had a soap dish that was in odd location and had sharp corners. watch out for arms and back making contact with it!

Daniela and the rest of the staff were extraordinarily kind and helpful.

The map and directions written for help in finding the office were confusing. It's a difficult neighborhood to negotiate and very confusing at first.
