Comfortable but penny pinching

Central location, clean and large rooms

I find it astonishing that when I pay more than $200 a night, the room isn’t automatically serviced every day. Service is only provided if requested by 10am

It was fine.

The reception and housekeeping staff get five stars and so does the pool bar tender.

The rooms are very dark even with all the lights on and the mattress was very soft.

Your Downtown P.S. best option.

I've stayed here multiple times over many years. The location in Downtown Palm Springs is perfect for me. I especially like the breakfast there as it has a lot of variety in the types of options available. The breakfast room staff does an incredible job at maintaining the food choices and keeping the dining room very clean. Like my other stays at this hotel, the accommodations and the staff are excellent. That brings me back over and over when visiting Palm Springs.

Everything at the BW Las Brisas exceeded my expectations. Due to multiple flight delays, I arrived well after midnight. The front office staff person was great at accommodating our very late arrival.

Room was good and breakfast was ok just a bit less options , bed were comfortable but the air conditioner was just too much noiser than it should have been , worked like a tractor , my daughter was waken up because of it

Great stay, no complaints.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable and pool was fun and relaxing. Great stay for a girls weekend and location was perfect in walking distance to many restaurants and shopping.

Exercise room closed due to patio renovations when it was clear that it still could have been safely and easily accessed.

The hotel was quiet and cozy, all while being centrally located to shopping, restaurants and clubs.

There was a rather large gap between the bottom of rhe door and the floor that let outside air in. Not sure if it was intentional, looks like it's a gap where a door sweep would be located. I was worried about bugs getting in and a bee ended up making it's way into our room, likely through that gap between the door and the floor.

100% stay again! Very family friendly and great vacation

Right in the heart of the town! Beautiful heated pool, and a nice little bar/grill poolside. There is also a nice bar and sitting area in the lobby. Once you’re parked at this hotel, you never need to drive anywhere in town. We walked to everything for a less than 10 min walk. The hotel rooms themselves are dated, but it’s one of the oldest hotels in Palm Springs so it’s to be expected. Amazing value for all you get!

The rooms and elevator were old and hallways tight when pushing a stroller and luggage.

while the physical location of the hotel is convenient, there are a few loud bars/clubs nearby which seem to party rather late. the noise carries and could be heard in the rooms on the backside of the hotel.

Will be back. Learned how to make next trip work even better

Location was great. Had a terrible room but when I asked to change they made it happen. Guy was supposed to bring microwave to room. Asked twice- it never showed up.

Lots of marijuana smells.

Disappointing

The gardens and pool area were beautifully planted and maintained. Pool towels provided. Reception area snd bar looked like they had been updated and we're quite smart. Friendly staff and a convenient location with parking on site. The room was big enough for two double beds ,a chair,TV and small coffee maker

The location was noisy and the hotel design did nothing to lessen the noise. Fountains ran from before 6am to try and disguise it. Our room was dark and the view out very limited. Staff used walkie talkies. There were lots of signs around the place telling guests what to do and not to do. The breakfast room was cramped and felt chaotic. Also the hot breakfast provided was the same potatoes, eggs and sausage all week. Generally the hotel felt tired and a bit shabby despite the staff's best efforts
