A lovely stay!

Location is nice (not too far, not too close to the centre), and safe. Plenty of options in the area, regarding food and drinks. Supermarket really close. The apartment was nice and clean. We had a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. Rooms and living room are quite spacious. Suitable for four people, with a luggage each. Street noise doesn't affect the rooms. Some noise from the building is expected, but nothing bothersome. Bathrooms were spacious, waterfall shower is always a plus, towel heater is great, and hot water was constantly available. There was also a small balcony, but does not fit chairs.

Minor details. Kitchen could do with some items such as sponge and dishwash liquid for the cups and plates (not really efficient to use the dishwasher for a couple of cups, although I understand the hygiene part), toilet rolls and bin bags were insufficient (although provided when requested), could use a few more clothing hangers, and cleaning service is not provided, even though we stayed for six nights. Airconditioning might be a bit of an issue, as it is a central unit, but we didn't use it to know for sure. Lastly, as with most bathrooms without windows, moisture can be a bit of an issue. Not the end of the world though.

Fantastic location, stylish, spacious - we’ll be back.

Super easy communication via WhApp. We arranged an arrival time and a very nice lady met us at the office, right next door to the apartment. We were very early but we’re allowed to store our luggage in the apartment while it was still getting cleaned. The apartment is spacious, stylish, clean and beds, linen, towels were new and fresh. The location is fab, the view into a little surrounded by bars, cafés, restaurants, shops is lovely and convenient. It get’s a bit busy at the weekends when people come for a drink at the downstairs restaurant but we just went downstairs ourselves :) And closing the windows really shuts out the noise entirely and there is aircon for ventilation. We enjoyed the view of the little square downstairs immensely, sitting comfy with our drinks in the little balcony. Fab was that the Sant Antoni Market is literally 4 min walk away and that it’s possible to walk to Pl. Catalunya within 15-20 min.

More a nice to have than a didn’t like: a few more basics in the kitchen. We like to cook and essentials like salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar don’t cost a lot to supply. A sieve, a salad bowl would have been handy. Again the noise level on weekends downstairs is something to regard if you don’t like sleeping with aircon so for families traveling with little kids wanting to have fresh air at night it’s not ideal. However closing the windows really shuts out the sound of people chatting downstairs and we found it quite soothing. There are windows towards the back of the apartment so you can make do with cracking these, too.

Can’t fault the property but beware of the deposit!

Amazing spacious property, comfy beds, big bathrooms, very clean and perfect location. Cant fault it

They take a €200 ‘deposit’. I was told this money would just be held and not taken off my card. I noticed it was infact taken from my account. It took over 2 weeks to get this back and I had to chase this twice, got no apology either time! I was refunded in full but just beware of this!

First time in an holiday apartment, for a City break better to go to a B&B or Hotel.

Modern comfortable 2 bedrooms flat

We were family of 3 adults and we stay for 3 nights. The toiletries were only 2 small containers of shower gel, may be 25 ml each. We had to open the hot water for 10 minutes before to have a warm shower and after 2 people had a short shower the water become freezing cold. Didn't like the idea to pay a deposit of £200, they said it was on hold instead it come out from the bank account and we had the refund after 2 days after we left.

Amazing weekend away

We loved everything. The appartement was well equipped, super comfortable and clean. Great location. Walking distance to many points of interest but also to the metro. Amaia (staff) was very helpful and welcoming.

Amazing apartment in central Barcelona

Perfect location, very central - walkable to many places within 20minutes, near metro stations, apartment itself is georgous. Very spacious, clean, very nicely furnished, beds are comfortable, balcony is cute, even though its central you still get your sleep.

Plus, office is right next to the entrance, so you can check in earlier or leave your luggage till the end of the business day Location is perfect, supermarkets, grocieries and a big market in 3min walk. We will most definitely return.

LOVED the neighborhood and its convenience to everything. It felt like an old established neighborhood with cafes where the patrons have been frequenting the establishments for decades but also home to newer businesses, grocery stores, fruit markets, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, and the St Antoni Market, all within a block of the apartment. The building/apartment was also a wonderful mix of old/historic and new, with the colorful old tiles and modern plumbing, heating, wifi, and amenities. In the attic apartment that we rented there was a large terrace which expanded the already sizable living space. WE appreciated the window in the bathroom and the heated towel bar. It was nice to be greeted by a person to receive our keys and the management office was right downstairs so if we needed anything response time was quick. They stored our luggage, provided recommendations, and were very accommodating.

Exceptional

the apartment is spacious, quiet, luminous, decorated in good taste. The location is outstanding. it is possible to walk everywhere to the center of Barcelona: Raval, Ensanche, gótico, Borne. A walk to the sea is about half an hour. Sant Antoni is a lively, neighborly area with many pedestrian areas and terraces to drink and eat great food. Visit the wonderful Sant Antoni market, and Avenida Mistral towards Plaza España and Park Montjuic. The restaurant downstairs, Sucursal Aceitera is fenomenal!

Perfect Stay in Central Barcelona

The communication with the WeFlating team was excellent from the start. It was very easy to get in touch via WhatsApp and they were very accommodating with our early arrival time. The flat was ready by the time we arrived, which was lovely (we expected to have to come back later in the afternoon to check-in..!). The flat was really nice, spacious, clean, well kitted out, and in a great location close to Sant Antoni Market. We really enjoyed our stay and there was nothing we disliked. The staff were again very helpful when we left our luggage in the reception area when we checked-out, as our flight was later in the evening. I would thoroughly recommend!

A good place to stay while in Barcelona

Close to several restaurants, the Metro and taxi rank. A good supermarket was within easy walking distance. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics and cookware. The apartment had two full baths.

Absolutely brilliant - we really had the best time!

Lovely decor, great location, clean, extremely spacious, comfortable, well equipped and great value. Would highly recommend!

The area the apartment is in is fantastic not convinced apartment is family friendly

Airport transfer was easy as was check in Enjoyed the local area it’s fantastic for food drinks really safe some fantastic food Apartment is close to metro which makes getting around really easy.

The fact it’s an old building refurbished and left to look rustic ie plaster not on ceiling and fact they have laminate down with no underlay means sound travels down between apartments like you would not believe It’s look of draw if you get a good or bad neighbour. In our stay we weren’t we got a group of lads who go for most of holiday stumbled in at 4am ringing intercoms and having after parties in their apartment. We travelled as a family and picked the apartment as it said it was family friendly. Guess if it’s truly family friendly maybe they shouldn’t take bookings like this in same apartment. A few of residents did complain but did no good to be fair to them it’s their holiday too but if apartments had better sound proofing it wouldn’t be as big of an issue.
