Located in the heart of Palm Springs just minutes from the strip . This Palm Springs gem called The Palm Springs House offers 3 well appointed bedrooms, the master bedroom offers a King size bed, 46″ flat screen smart TV with en suite bathroom. A walk in shower is just steps away from a private backyard entrance. The two guest rooms share an updated guest bathroom combining a bathtub and shower combo. Both of the guest room offers a queen size bed and work space with dedicated Apple/Android device charging.For the energy saver and earth friendly vacationer the house energy comes from solar panels. A private backyard awaits with mountain and sunset views. Spend the day playing water basketball or just float in the architecturally interesting Tetris shaped swimming pool with water feature. At night there’s always time for a hot soak under the stars in the spa or comfortably gather 6 friends around the gas fire-pit. Gas heat lamps keep the covered porch (seating for eight) warm during dark desert nights. Amenities: Approximately 2030 Square Feet Located in Palm Springs Propane BBQ grill ( professional grade) Gas Fireplace Private Pool And Jacuzzi Phone for Local Calls Only Children Ok Small Dogs Considered (under 20 lbs). Optional Pool Heating Available Attention renters: As the temperature drop, so does the cost of keeping your pool heated. Prepare to make a splash in your bank account as gas prices skyrocket. NOTE: Pool heating is available during the winter months, upon request, for an additional daily fee of $250 per day. Please request pool heating during your reservation request and I will issue you an additional payment request for your desired number of pool heating days. The pool is salt water which makes a vacation a true pleasure. Guests please note there will not be any refunds for pool heat which is requested and canceled. AMAZING experience at this beautiful property. The check in process went smoothly and Armen was very responsive - he went above and beyond to ensure that we were well accommodated. We enjoyed all of the amenities (pool, putting green, ping pong, air hockey AND washer/dryer). There was plenty of seating areas inside and outside for our group of 9. I would 100% come back and I highly recommended booking! Thank you, Armen.

We had such a great time, and the home was beautiful. Stocked with everything you would need, perfect location and the backyard is lovely. We already want to come back!

The house was large and looked recently remodeled, it was comfortable for the 5 of us. Unfortunately one of the showers did not work (that should have been caught before our arrival) and it did not get fixed during our stay. Manager a bit slow to respond but otherwise helpful. The kids really enjoyed the ping pong table and the air hockey table. There are so many TVs I lost count, but they are not all setup. Close (with a car) to downtown and the airport.

My family and I stayed at this property over the course of 5 days. The rooms are spacious, garage converted game room is great, and the pool was perfect. I will say if you have young children (think 6 and under), the house may be a little challenging (the bathroom sinks are very high and the dining table and chairs are counter height) but we were able to make it work and the kiddos didn’t seem to mind. The house was very clean and well stocked with most anything you would need. I would definitely recommend this property and would book again in the future.

This home is really spacious and clean - the gathering spaces are large and comfortable. Communication with the host was great - very responsive when I had questions. W head a great trip here!

Fun for the family accommodations
My family and I stayed at this property over the course of 5 days. The rooms are spacious, garage converted game room is great, and the pool was perfect. I will say if you have young children (think 6 and under), the house may be a little challenging (the bathroom sinks are very high and the dining table and chairs are counter height) but we were able to make it work and the kiddos didn’t seem to mind. The house was very clean and well stocked with most anything you would need. I would definitely recommend this property and would book again in the future.

Bachelorette weekend
We rented the property for my daughters bachelorette weekend. The house was just what we were looking for. It is nicely decorated, spacious, and close to down town Palm Springs. We enjoyed lounging by the pool during the day and going out in the evening. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at house with our 2 adult sons, their wives and 5 year old granddaughter. The 3 BR(s) were large and comfortable with plenty of storage. Bathrooms were clean. The pool was great and heated adequately considering it was pretty cold outside. We wanted a place to cook and kitchen was well equipped. Would recommend to anyone who would otherwise be booking 3 hotel rooms.

Nice getaway between Xmas and new year

The host was very responsive and provided clear communications throughout, there was no room for any confusion. Check in was key less and breezy experience.

The place is honestly better than the pictures illustrate -- incredibly spacious, modern, impeccably clean, and the pool and hot tub are perfect for a big group. It's walkable to a lot of the drag bars in PS which we love and a 5 minute uber to the downtown area. There is a noise ordinance, which we respected, but just good to note with big groups. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing Fun Time
The house is beautiful and we all enjoyed our stay. I had a couple of questions for Armen and he answered me at a reasonable timing. Clean house, clean back yard. Everything I needed was available to me and my family. Quiet neighborhood and local markets. The pool was our favorite part of the house, we hate the heat but not this time. I was glad I choose this house because it was perfect for us.

Great house & amenities!
We loved our stay at Racquet Club West. Great backyard, beds & bedding, and kitchen is well stocked. Owner was great at communicating. Only issue is the pool in late March/ earlyApril is too cold without it being heated and to heat it is $120 a day.

Nice house with lots of things to keep everyone happy
We thoroughly enjoyed this house! We were 7 adults and a 3 year old. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, putting green, ping pong and air hockey. We appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked with nice appliances and plenty of plates, silverware and glasses. The beds were comfortable and there was a lot of extra bedding and towels. The bedrooms were big and we were able to fit the double inflatable mattress in one of the bedrooms with no problem. Overall, a very comfortable stay.

Great stsy!!
We had a great stay. We enjoyed the air hockey table with a family tournament. Did a little putting on the greens. Sat in the hot tub most evenings.
We did find that the air pump did not work, the can opener did not work, and the toilet in the master bath rocks really badly.
