Situated in Scottsdale, this charming house for $1,186 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Welcome home! This amazing home has plenty of room for your family to relax and unwind. With 7 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, you can’t go wrong. The vast outdoor area features a heated pool with a grotto, a built-in water slide, an above-ground hot tub, and a swim-up bar to the ramada equipped with a new Traeger Gas grill, mini fridge, and TV for all your entertaining needs. Practice your short game on the putting green or relax on the many chaise lounge chairs around the pool and bask in the Arizona sun! Too hot outside? Relax in our newly built movie theatre, with projector and Sonos surround sound. Indoor entertainment: In the main living area, you will have a comfortable seating area to watch your favorite team or program on your 65” TV, a kitchen to prepare all your meals, and two seating areas to enjoy a family dinner. Just off the main living area is a rec space with a pool table, shuffleboard, arcade, high-top table, and a 65” TV. We have blazing fast GIG-speed Internet for this home, perfect for your workcation Indoor luxury: The home consists of three master suites. All with king beds and private ensuites, make the perfect place to relax after hosting your family. Bedroom four has a king bed, sharing a jack-n-jill style bathroom with bedroom five, which has a queen bed. Bedroom six has a queen bed sharing a full-size bathroom with bedroom seven, which has two full beds. TPT#21535199 City Of Scottsdale License: 2023931 Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children. Bedroom 1: King Master ensuite with full-size bathroom attached. Twin over twin trundle bed that helps accommodate extra sleeping arrangements. The bathroom offers a large jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2: King bed ensuite with full-size bathroom attached. Walk in shower Bedroom 3: Two Queen beds. Shares full-size bathroom in hallway Bedroom 4: Queen bedroom that shares jack-n-jill style bathroom Bedroom 5: King bedroom that shares jack-n-jill style bathroom Bedroom 6: King bed ensuite with full-size bathroom attached. Walk in shower Bedroom 7: Queen bedroom that shares a full bathroom in the hallway The home comes equipped for your family vacation. Linens are provided for all the bedrooms. Pool towels and bath towels are provided. The kitchen has all the cooking essentials to prepare those family meals. Pool heat is a separate charge and is applied to the entire stay. The charge for heating the pool is $125 per night. Please specify if you would like this added when booking so we can schedule it for your stay. Upon booking, we require all our guests to submit a copy of their ID through our guest registration form. This is both for our security and is our standard procedure Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the renter is responsible for no damages or incidents.

Everything we needed for a great 5 night stay. Teen boys loved the pool/hot tub/movie room/game room. Parents loved the big open spaces to meet/cook/eat. Everything was clean. Plenty of parking. The master bedroom is enormous. If you go in December and you plan to use the pool a lot, definitely pay to heat it. Nice quiet neighborhood, but still so close to so much. We will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in the area.

The house is as presented. We had a great time only wish it could’ve been a little warmer. The only negative thing that I have to say about the property is the next-door neighbor has a chicken coop that really really smelled and I can only imagine what it would smell like in this beautiful backyard when it’s 100° outside.

The only concern we had was we paid for the pool to be heated and day one the water was pretty cold still. By the end it was very nice.

Great house. Only 2 disappointments: The pool heaters were not functioning properly but the owners were very responsive to text about the issue. Second, is the small farm next door! This neighborhood must not have an HOA. The smell was not great at times but the cool weather probably helped with that. Can’t pick your neighbors right! Great big house where we could all be together but not on top of each other.

We had a family reunion over the Thanksgiving week with a total of 18 people aged 9 to 85 and had a great time. Never a dull moment with the pool, pool table and games and the home theater. Would definitely recommend.

Overall our stay was great! We had a couple issues and they were taken care of right away. Great location, house was clean and had plenty of space for all of us. Weird request…I wish they would’ve had a broom to sweep up the floors.
The one downside to this house is the neighbor next door. They have a bunch of animals that live in the back…goats, chickens and others. When it’s warm outside you can smell them and it’s not pleasant. It was shocking to us that it was allowed in such a nice neighborhood. When we looked over the fence to see where the smell was coming from we were truly disgusted! You could see mice and rats under the chicken coop. We never saw anything at our property but it was gross thinking about what was next door. Overall I would recommend this house but I wish they could do something about the neighbor.

My family of five along with my brothers family of 5, my parents, in laws and sister/brother in law met up for a 5 day stay at this property. Group of 10 adults - 6 kids. Plenty of room for everybody with adequate bedrooms and a great bathroom situation ! Property location was perfect; Close to the grocery store, restaurants, and multiple shopping areas. Neighborhood was quiet and residential. We spent most of the vacation hanging around the pool area (opted for heat) which is exceptional (water slide and waterfall)— putting green, covered bar and grill area, indoor game room was a huge hit with the old fashion game console with hundreds of games including Pac-Man, shuffleboard and pool . We used the hot tub every morning and night. Front patio with open wood burning fireplace was awesome to sit around in the evening. Get a wood bundle from the local convenience store to really enjoy. Property manager was exceptionally responsive. Great surprise was the nearly remodeled theater room which we used to stream movies (included). Was truly an amazing stay. Highly recommend this property and property managers.

We had a great time here in Scottsdale. The place was very clean and everything was in great working condition. Really enjoyed the new addition of the media room/home theatre which was a pleasant surprise. Would definitely recommend staying here for large groups, everyone had their own space

There is a noise sensor that alerts for loud noises after a certain time, we played music loud and made loud noises inside the house and had someone walk outside and you can't hear a thing, Just make sure to keep those noises inside the house and don't go partying outside after the quiet hours and you'll be fine, other minor things that happen to houses like these, door handle coming off, but nothing big that made the house un enjoyable. The house is also a couple minutes from town cosco safeway walmart and restaurants

We traveled to Scottsdale to celebrate a bachelor and this place was the perfect spot to stay. The amenities were amazing, hot tub, awesome pool/slide, and outdoor bar setup. Beautiful inside and plenty of space to sleep our guests comfortably. Prior to and during the trip the team was extremely communicative and helpful. It was a quick enough drive to all the key spots but far enough from the noise to truly enjoy our time. The app was also super convenient. Wow! Two families traveling together with our kids....it was perfect. We could hardly get our kids out of the backyard! The pool, hot tub, and putting green kept them entertained and the swim up bar was perfect for us adults! The home has a cool game room the kids enjoyed in the evening and the home had the perfect combination of bedrooms to bathrooms to give us all the privacy we needed! The property was in a good location. Close to golf and Old Town. Unfortunately, that is the best I can say about it. I have stayed at probably 20-30 rental properties now so I have a good basis to compare to, The home is generally worn, you can tell it's hosted a lot of bachelor and bachelorette parties. The ice maker did not work. The master bedroom gets too warm in the middle of the night, I'm assuming because the A/C is set to some type of eco mode. The pool controller is annoyingly sluggish and unresponsive. The provided garage code did not work. The hot tub had an unusual, unpleasant odor. My friend has a degree in engineering and could not get the grill to function correctly. It took 90 mins to get cheeseburgers medium-rare. I could live with all of that. What frustrated me the most was that the pool heat we paid extra for was clearly not functioning when we arrived and my concerns were dismissed like I would have no idea what a heated pool is supposed to feel like. After more texts, maintenance came out the next day and literally showed me a blown fuse to the heat pump and explained that was the issue. He was able to get the pool heat functional and it was usable for the next two days. I assume there was the hope that telling me it was OK would gaslight me into thinking that a pool without heat was actually heated. Emails and a text about a refund for the two nonfunctioning heat days have been ignored. Paid top dollar, did not receive a high-end property or service.

We had 13 guys on a Golf trip/Stag and this house was amazing, very clean and plenty of rooms, house is big and rooms are spaced out nicely, the backyard is absolutely amazing. Spent a lot of time poolside watching the Masters and smoking meat on the traeger! Very close ride to old town! Will be back one day! That back yard is amazing.

This house was clean, well maintained an an absolute oasis when it comes to relaxation. The pool is much bigger than it looks and the waterslide is actually quite fun. It was well stocked and the location is the best of the best. The rooms are all large and endless!

We had 4 families stay at the property and loved everything about it from the amazing pool and outdoor eating area, new Traeger grill, ample indoor space and garage, games and new washer and dryer. The home and outside living areas were spotless and we had no concerns with anything while gone. The staff was extremely helpful when called on for some minor questions. We plan to rent again as a great location for our families/kids to meet as kids get older. The location is super convenient to golf, hiking, bars/restaurants, shopping. Loved it!

To be fair we were refunded for the fee to heat the pool, but it would have been nice to know in advance that it was broken as the pool was the main reason we chose this house (our friends were flying from the northeast in January to enjoy nice weather and hang out in a pool). So not the best experience with a management company that was not on top of things ahead of check in.

Gorgeous Property— as advertised
This place was huge, beautiful, and clean. There wasn’t anything glaring that wasn’t advertised on the posting or photos. The property management team did a great job accommodating us the entire weekend. No complaints at all. Our entire group loved the house. We had a great time.

If you are looking for an amazing pool that feels like your own private resort, then look no further! However, if you want a house to feel as equally luxurious, this is not the place for you.
We arrived on a Thursday and noticed that the main living space was very hot. By Friday, it still had not cooled down so we called management to express our concerns that the AC was broken. We were told that "it was just working 2 days ago," but we still urged for someone to come and take a look. A maintenance tech showed up Friday morning to confirm that it was, in fact, broken, but a repair man did not arrive until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday afternoon. After working on the roof for over 2 hours, we were told the AC would be working and would have the house cooled by the next morning (!) (the day of our check-out). When checking-out of the house at 10:00 a.m. Sunday morning, the temperature was still 88 degrees inside the main living space of the home. Let's be honest, it's not enjoyable to spend a weekend in the desert with no working AC and no sense of urgency from the management to come and get it fixed.
The house, in general, felt "surface clean" but seemed as if it was in desperate need for a "deep clean." There were broken door handles, holes in the walls behind bedroom and bathroom doors and stains on the bed sheets.
Overall, the experience in the house was less than desirable but the beautiful pool in the backyard was exceptional.
