La atención por parte de Cristina fue estupenda, nos pusieron muchísimas facilidades para dejar las maletas. El apartamento está equipado con todo, tiene montacargas para poder subir las maletas, la localización fantástica

Отличная уютная квартира на верхнем этаже с очень высоким потолком. Есть лифт. В квартире есть все для комфортного проживания: хорошая кровать, вместительный шкаф, оборудованная кухня с посудой и кофеваркой, стиральная машина, утюг. Есть диван, который можно использовать как кровать. Кристина все показала и дала рекомендации. Мы снимали 10 дней и чувствовали себя комфортно

Would highly recommend

The place was very cozy, clean, and new. Very apartment feels. All amenities are available. It's also very close to the metro/rail/trolley which was a huge plus. Very quiet despite it being in the corner of a very busy road. The attendant was very nice and accommodating. She was also very responsive about questions.

The apartment has an elevator access. The unfortunate thing about it is that it is very slow. Having to transport our luggages (5 luggages) from 3 storeys upon check-out when someone was using the lift was a slight inconvenience. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

Very comfortable place in great location

Great location, very clean and contemporary, very spacious, with a lot of nice amenities. The pull out sofa bed was very nice, and having a clothes washer was great.

Great apartment with fabulous hosts.

Cristina was waiting for us at the door when we arrived. There was a lovely bottle Chianti and coffee in the apartment. We will be staying here the next time we are in Florence.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Great apartment in Florence

Smooth check-in process. Cristina was very kind and accommodating and gave us good tips. The apartment was very clean, neat and had everything we needed. Kids enjoyed the large TV on the rainy day. Great location, walking distance from the train station and the city centre.

Spacious, light and beautiful decor. Also Host were super friendly & helpful

We had a fantastic 3 days in Florence made even better staying here. The Apartment is beautiful and exceptionally clean. It has everything you need. The washing machine was a big plus and aircon especially in August. We slept very well in the comfy beds and the children slept well in the sofa bed. The Apartment is only 10 mins walk to the train station. We will definitely stay again if we come back to Florence.

Beautiful and clean apartment right by the train station.

The apartment was beautifully updated, simple, and clean. We chose it because we were coming from the train station and we’re only staying one night. Great location and safe.

There was no way to store our luggage for a couple hours after checkout.

Very clean and well maintained apartment, with new equipment, stefano and his wife were very nice and welcoming

The location was a bit difficult, specially for guests with a car and medium to big size luggage, the car park was located around 300m away from the location but manageable

Excellent location. Very close to the train station. Walking distance to the restaurants and main attractions. Very nicely furnished apartment. The hosts are super nice and prompt to respond.

I absolutely loved our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again

First of all, the space had an amazing view of Florence. The apartment was impeccably clean. Cristina was warm and welcoming and available to us whenever we had a question or concern. I would stay here again without question.

The washer was quirky.

Exceptional

Stayed 3 nights. Very comfortable. Loved the apartment. Had all the amenities and was just one minute to the bus and the tram. Stefano and Christina were amazing in regards to communication as well as with smooth checkin and checkout.

The apartment is very lovely and has everything you need. Location is great when travelling with car or if you're happy to stay outside the old town (good 15 mins walk into the heart of town). The hosts were very nice and give good information quickly.

The check in and check out process is annoying when travelling - have to give exact arrival and departure time to meet someone in person. The car parking nearby is expensive but maybe that's just Florence.

It was a great stay, we were able to walk to all of the attractions

We were able to walk all over Florence from our location. The apartment was as described, brand new, beautifully decorated and super clean. We were also walking distance from the terminal for the trains, and I made it easy for us to travel to our other cities.

clean, spacious, the view is wonderful and very close to central train station. mrs cristina was very nice and responsive. our first night stay, the TV could not be turned on, we texted her and the matter was resolved within the day. wonderful service

just the elevator that was slow but the fact that there was even an elevator in a florence apartment was a plus by itself
