Great apartment and location!

Very clean apartment and great location, away from the madness of the crowds ! Florence was far too crowded and hectic this year, having visited Florence many times I found on this occasion not as enjoyable and very expensive. The locals were definitely not as friendly and hospitable as in previous years.

Very minor, the mattresses were very firm and not comfortable !

Wonderful suite in a great location with a very nice, welcoming host

Our host was very helpful with allowing us to leave our bags in the room prior to check-in time so we could explore. The sweetest surprise for our honeymoon and the actual suite was nice and spacious!

Nothing! I was hopeful the room we were in had more of a view of the river and city, but it wasn’t a big deal! We weren’t in the room long enough for it to matter.

Very well placed in the city and most things you need, very close by

So close to the Ponte Vecchio Bridge and a lot of facilities. A few steps to the grocery store. lots of fine dining very close by.

Had problems with the shower. They tried to fix it but a temporary fix that didn’t do much.

Best location.

The best location for a trip to Florence. It is located right across the Ponte Vecchio, so I can reach anywhere in Florence on foot. The accommodation is clean and has everything I need.

comfortable beds, clean, good bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, amazing location

Central heating temperature could not be adjusted, so we had to play with the radiators valves so the apartment would not be too warm.

Perfect location

Very helpful and responsive staff. Location is oerfect. We eould have enjoyed our stay if it wasnot for the terrible smell in the room.

There was a terrible smell of something burnt and we had to stay one night in this smell untill we could shift the next day to another apartment. They should not have rented out the apartnent to us in this condition and then moving us to a smaller apartment although we had paid for the larger one

the besttttt location elevator in the building parking garage next door; or many parking garages around for convenience ; supermarket just at the entrance to the building

A great stay in Florence!

A beautiful, clean and well-appointed flat at the heart of the Florence touristic area. It was a pleasure to stay there. The staff were also super-helpful and responsive to all of our questions.

The flat was a bit on the dark side.

Good location, bad soundproofing

Very spacious, nice apartment, close to everything.

I suppose that a bigger apartment was divided on two smaller, and there is a wooden door between them, practically with no isolation. We could hear everything from the apartment next to us. The elevator is very loud too, we barely slept all night.

MyFlorence Holiday room was excellent and had required support. Location was exactly as I hoped.

I chose this location blindly only worrying about being on that side of the Arno. The room was very clean and had all of the required features, I would suggest this location to friends. Valentina was helpful and sent some young men to support our access, keys and rules.

Our host Valentina was amazing. From the initial communications prior to us arriving to our departure, nothing was a problem for Valentina. Edoardo met us to handover the keys and explain various things about the apartment and was a lovely young man. The apartment and the facilities were great and the size of the lounge area was so good for relaxing and entertaining. The location was great and the view from the balcony was awesome. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay here as Valentina will certainly do her best to make your stay a wonderful experience.

The place was clean and the location is great! The staff was helpful and friendly. Having a washing machine was also very helpful.

Superb

Not much to add to other reviews. Very high standard, very clean, very comfortable. We even got a baby bed for our toddler. Great location. With a bit of a view ;)

We were delayed due to the terrible parking situation (don't go there by car if you can avoid it). Our host had to leave the apartment to give someone else their keys and so we had to wait for them for 45 minutes. If we hadn't been able to enter the house after some other tenants, we would have had to wait on the crowded street with an overtired toddler.

lovely apartment, well furnished and equipped. Clean and well serviced. Location is quite fantastic. View is a very big plus with the small cute terrace. The check in was smooth and when I faced a small problem they were ready to help immediately.

Wonderful, centrally located apartment

Location was perfect; central and adjacent to Ponte Vecchio plus a great supermarket and gelateria were seconds away.”. The apartment was very large and spacious with all mod cons. Large en-suite bathrooms, air con, TV etc. even had a small balcony with views over the river… great value for money!

An oven and / or toaster and draining board would have been useful when home cooking.

The place, the balcony with a view over the Arno and aircondition.

The kitchen. The refrigerator wasn't really cold, and we lacked a good bread knife, a toaster and a kettle.

Lovely apartment in a very good location right across the Ponte Vecchio. Very spacious and clean. Great amenities including AC, wifi, kitchenette. Perfect for a family of 4. Host was very pleasant.

It was perfect!

-many Breakfast options around this property walking distance- from small cafes to 5 star hotels -good supermarket just next door in case it's needed -2 minutes walking to Ponte vecchio

at the shower area, there is no support for soap, shampoo etcc...

The location is perfect. In the center, but not on a busy street. It’s impeccably clean and has everything you might need. Valentina is so nice. Always available and so helpful. We were traveling with a car and Valentina arranged everything for the garage which is right next to the apartment. Definitely if I go again to Firenze I will come back here
