My family and I absolutely loved our stay here. The check-in & out process was flawless, and the house was exceptionally clean upon arrival.
The house came stocked with a few basics: a little TP, paper towels, and trash bags to get you started & a little bit of dishwasher detergent. We did not realize there were zero basic cooking supplies (S&P, seasonings, cooking sprays, etc). Unless this is not standard for rentals, it should be listed in the listing so you know what to expect if you are ordering groceries for delivery.
The porch is so perfectly shaded & a nice place for your morning coffee, and evening wine, but really needs a good pressure washing because there is a lot of residue buildup.
The walk to the beach is about 5-8 minutes, but be advised, there is only a steep staircase to get to the beach, so if you have a wagon, be sure to have someone who can help you get it up & down the stairs.
The pool is really clean & quiet & is very refreshing when coming back from the beach to cool you off, or to have a break from the beach.
Unlike other houses in the neighborhood, there aren't any bikes available - you have to rent them. This would be another great perk to add to the house for the future.
The internet did not work the entire time we were there & had to contact the property management several times to fix it, which finally happened on our last day, but should be fixed for future tenants.
Overall, we loved the house & will definitely stay there again.

There were no ceiling fans on the porch. The master bath light blinked while getting ready. In the cottage across from the front porch had garbage stacked high until 10:30 am on Monday. Pathway lights were not on going to the pool. Never saw the hostess while we were there. Furniture cushions in sitting room & porch very uncomfortable. Everything else OK

Perfect quiet cozy home for family beach vacation
My family and I just spent 5 nights at this property. We arrived after 11 from Texas and were able to quickly get in with the provided code. Plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets (we especially enjoyed the fuzzy blankets for hanging out on the couch). Temp was perfect - always great to come back to the house after some beach or pool time.
The neighborhood is adorable. We met some great families while we were there. It's so quiet and relaxing; we loved the particular location of this house as it's on the end and a short walk from the pool.
The walk to the beach is super easy, even when toting along 3 kids and all of their beach stuff. People always stopped their cars to let us cross at the crosswalk, and we loved the private beach entrance. It was an ideal location for us.
We did some grocery shopping at the nearby Publix, but also enjoyed Brozinni's pizza. It was also a quick hop onto hwy 98 to go to Panama City Beach on two occasions (less than 30 min drive) for activities.
I remember seeing complaints about the WiFi, but we had zero issues with it.
One recommendation would be to add a fan or two to the back porch, but we enjoyed our family meals at the kitchen table.
Our kids are already talking about going back, and we would happily stay at this property again. Thank you!

My friend and I rented the beach cottage for a week to try and get some downtime and relax. It was very convenient and comfortable.

We stayed at this property for two weeks. My only real complaint is the quality of the internet connection. I worked the first week we were there and it was pretty terrible. Otherwise we had a great stay, and the management company is extremely responsive. Comfy beds, cute decor, nice pool. There aren't many restaurants, etc nearby so plan for that.

Proximity to Rosemary and Alys is ideal as you can be in either quickly, other towns you will want to drive. We had never been to 30A so this was our introductory trip. Sure are there nicer places to stay? No doubt. But this place provides a nice “middle of the road” spot to stay for families.Cons: Dryer didn’t work the whole week we were there. Called property management folks and said service folks couldn’t make it due to high demand. Was a pain. Also, the hot tub is tiny. This prob is not a problem for summer time. However, if traveling during fall or spring, don’t count on many fitting and hopefully you get there at the right time. Also the hot tub heater was broken the entire trip we were there. Again, small pain but still needed to mention.Nice place would stay again. 30A is a very busy and congested area. This spot provides little relief on the outskirts.

It was one of the nicest cottages interior wise. However, the back deck needs improvement. There was mold and mildew on every surface, it desperately needs freshened up, and the furniture cushions were the same (very uninviting to use). Our reservation was for 7 days, yet there was only the one trash bag in the pail, one paper towel roll, and only 2 extra toilet paper rolls. There were also light bulbs out in the restrooms with no replacements available. The cottage sleeps 6, I would of expected basic supplies provided to last the reservation for 6 people for 7 days. The location is perfect and just far enough from the pool so that you don't hear other residents when your trying to rest. If it weren't for the stinginess of basic necessities and the cleanliness of the back deck, this would be a 5 star rental.

Summer Getaway
Location location location! This cottage is situated roughly 1.5 miles to Alys & Rosemary beach in one direction then 1.75miles to The Hub in the other direction. Private beach access is only 150 ft from the front of the neighborhood. Bike paths everywhere very bike friendly. Cottage was just as pictured and neighborhood has a pool and hot tub. The lovely porch and gas grill made us feel right at home. Can’t wait to go again.
