About this house rental
Nestled in Seaside, this lovely house for $749 per night is a great option for your next vacation. 2 KINGS, 1 BUNKROOM (Twin Bed over Full Bed Bunk with trundle bed) Pulling up to Mama's Happy, you will be welcomed by tree-lined streets, a white picket fence, and that infamous, quaint Seaside style. This home is the perfect location and setup for you and your family to enjoy a relaxing stay in Seaside located just six houses to the beach on Odessa street and only two and 1/2 blocks to downtown Seaside. Mama's Happy has a perfect Seaside location within walking distance to the beach, the Seaside town center, and surrounding communities like Watercolor and Grayton Beach, providing convenience at its finest. Whether you have been coming to Seaside for many years, or this is your first time visiting the area, this home and community will add that unique Seaside charm to your 30A experience. The first floor large enclosed front porch is the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach complete with outdoor dining for four, an outdoor swing, and plenty of storage for the beach gear . Upon entering Mama's Happy you will find the open living floor plan down with an open living room, dining area, and kitchen upon entrance. The well equipped kitchen has an additional breakfast bar with bar seating for four and an adjacent dining area for six. The first bedroom is on the first floor a king bedroom with porch access and a shared full bath with shower only. The second bedroom upstairs is a generous king master bedroom with a private bath, balcony access, and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom is the bunk room which has a twin bunk over a double bed and also a trundle for extra sleeping (sleeps 4 in total) and a private bath. There is a desk area and nook on the second floor for any unfinished business you may have and a large open balcony for plenty of relaxation and peaceful views. The second floor open air balcony has a custom built bed swing and additional Adirondack seating for two, the perfect place to end the night in Seaside overlooking the tree top and street scenes. * 5-night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer; 3-night minimum Fall; 2-night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. My family of four celebrated Thanksgiving at Mamas Happy and it was perfect! The house is in a great location- close to the beach, to the pool and to the shops. We loved using the complementary bikes and also played tennis on the Seaside courts. The house was perfect for the four of us- very comfortable with great closet space, and the porches were a perfect place to gather with our extended family. It was our first time to spend Thanksgiving at the beach and we are considering making it a new tradition.

Favorite Seaside Spot!

We just spent spring break in Seaside. My husband, myself, and our two great school children loved staying at mom is happy. There’s 100 yards from a pool and seven houses from the beach. Everything we wanted to do was walkable. Highly recommend.

Great location to walk or bike everywhere in the area!
This is a nice property in a great location. It was an easy walk to the beach and the pool. Beautiful house and street.
Just as a heads up, be prepared to bring everything you want as this house had no coffee, creamer's, sugar and other condiments like other houses we have rented over the years. It is not a big deal, but just heads up to bring all your own stuff.
And only suggestion is to add ceiling fans to both upstairs and downstairs front porches as it has a beautiful view, but too hot to enjoy it as the direction of the house gets no breeze.

We had a great time at Mama’s Happy. We never actually met the Homeowners’ Collection team but they had everything set up at the home for us. The location was perfect- an easy walk to the beach. We had less than stellar weather so the screened in porch and comfortable living room were essential when we couldnt easily leave the house.
We so enjoyed our time and would love to return.
The only thing we should have done differently: There were no basic “condiments” so we will bring salt/pepper, oil, etc. We will also bring coffee filters to enjoy the coffee left by HC.
