No road crossings, just go down and enjoy our private beach Pelican Beach offers the dream vacation with BEST views, sand and sea in the area at 5 minute drive from heart of Destin, Harborwalk Village and across Big Kahuna Water & Adventure Park. This condo features; * Stainless range, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher. Vacuum cleaner, iron & ironing board, hair dryers. * Coffee machine (drip+K-cup), toaster, blender, kettle, full kitchenware * Master bedroom has a king size bed with a Smart TV, direct door to master bathroom * Hallway has bunk beds for sleeping 2 with Cable TVs. 2nd bathroom is accessed from hallway * Sofa in the living room is a sleep sofa which converts into a queen bed * HD Cable TV (Cox Ultimate channels) and high speed Wi-Fi * Coin operated laundromat on the same floor * Two beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler along with ice packs for the use of our guests. You also have an option to rent umbrellas and chairs on the beach. IMPORTANT: Tents and canopies are NOT allowed on the beach, just umbrellas. Private umbrellas are only allowed behind the rows of rental umbrellas. * Keyless entry door lock system, no keys during your stay with your unique code. Your welcome package will have startup supply of bottled water, coffee, toilet papers, travel size shampoo, hand soaps in both bathrooms, paper towel, dish liquid, new dish sponge, dishwasher(2) and laundry(1) tablets. Pelican Beach Resort is one of the most popular resorts in Destin right on the beach with no roads to cross and has; * on site security with a guarded gate, 24/7 front desk, * heated swim-out indoor and 3 outdoor pools, kiddie pool, 2 hot tubs, * sauna, steam room, fitness center, * seasonal beach service (paid), beach side Tiki Bar, * seasonal deli and convenience store, * arcade room, tennis and pickleball courts, * vending machines, * free covered/uncovered parking with paid EV chargers, * and outdoor gas grills Our goal is to provide you a family owned place to stay that makes you feel like you’re in a home -away from home- to make sure you will return for years. We will be available to you 24/7 if you need us. HOUSE AND RESORT RULES - 1 parent/adult guardian over 25 years of age is required for every 3 unmarried guests under 25 years of age to check-in. - Tents and canopies are NOT allowed on the beach, just umbrellas. Private umbrellas are only allowed behind the rows of rental umbrellas. - No smoking anywhere in the building, unit or on the balcony (except designated area on the ground floor). - Pets are not allowed. We all love our furry friends, but unfortunately HOA does not allow any pets in the resort premises. - Rates are quoted for entered occupancy and extra person fees may apply if occupancy is increased after booking. - We do not provide beach towels and do not allow any towels, sheets, bedspreads to be removed from our condo. - Guest will be required to e-sign our rental contract upon booking. We loved our stay in Destin. The condo was clean and very nice just as it was pictured. The kitchen was well stocked, although with all the great restaurants around, we didn’t use it much. The bed was very comfortable as was the livingroom furniture. Beautiful views of the Gulf. Great communication with the manager. We couldn’t have been happier. We will be back😀

This was our first time to Destin and we absolutely loved it!! The condo was exactly as described and the views were gorgeous! Everything was very clean, neat, and tidy!! Our boys loved the condo as well they are 10 and 8 and they loved having their own TVs in their bunks. We would definitely stay here again!!

My fiancé and I enjoyed a weekend away and this resort had some of the best amenities to offer. The pools were great, the tiki bar and food were delicious and the views from the condo were breathtaking. Paul was great to work with and the condo was very efficient, it had just about everything you could need. The condo itself could have been a little cleaner (everyone has their style of clean) but I do not feel like this falls on the owners as much as the cleaning company. The only other issue was the ceiling fan in the master there is no pull cord, so you are unable to keep the fan on at night without having the light on. None of this kept us from enjoying our stay or would detour us from booking again with Paul and Angela.

Well kept condo on a beautiful beach. Definitely crowded which is to be expected at a highrise, but it didn't feel cramped. We rented beach chairs in advance which was a nice amenity. The Tiki Beach Bar was fabulous - the food was high quality and they had a nice variety from salads and wraps, to burgers, pizza etc. Nice to not have to leave for food or cook for ourselves. There were a few servers walking around on the beach too. Everyone was super friendly. The elevator wait was long at times, but we found the stairs quickly. I would definitely go back to this property.

The condo was just as described. It was clean, cozy, nicely decorated and roomy. The beds were very comfortable as well. The view of the ocean was perfect. You could see the water from the kitchen, living room or balcony. We didn’t want to leave. We will definitely book again when we come back. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The check in process couldn't be easier. The 9th floor condo was clean and had everything we needed. The location is far enough from the elevators but not too far. Far enough from the ground floor, but not too far. The place was perfect as a 40's couple and there were plenty of people out agree to get to know. But if our kids were younger it would've been perfect too with the built in bunk beds with tv's and the pull out sofa. The beach was easily accessible with friendly staff working the tiki bar and the chair/umbrella stand. Although we didn't use her services there was a waitress coming to the beach chairs as well. Pool was clean. Very close to some great attractions and restaurants at Harbor Village. Crab island was only a few minutes down the road as well. The only very minor issue we had was a clogged drain. We texted the owner who had it fixed by the maintenance staff faster than I could've gone to home depot or Walmart! The owners were fantastic to work with. Bottom line... the place was fantastic and so was every part of dealing with renting it. Can't recommend it enough!!!

Property was exactly as listed. The property manager replied to any questions we had. Beach was great and the stay had plenty of room for us all. Even saw two groups of dolphins about 300’ off the beach directly in front of the condo. Convent location also with only a short 10-15 minute drive to the Crab Island area.

We had an amazing stay! The view was breathtaking! We had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Towels, soaps, shsmpoo etc. The kids loved the bunk beds! The condo was very clean. Amenities were awesome! The washer/dryer was right across from the condo which was very convenient. Everything was perfect!

We had a great time. Peaceful, beautiful white beaches, with a great view from the balcony. The kitchen had everything you need, and the condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. We had an issue with the plumbing that was taken care of quickly and the plumber even left a kind note after he was done. Highly recommend and would definitely return!
