Nestled in Mammoth Lakes, this attractive condo for $306 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Very nice and clean owner managed Snowcreek condo in phase III. Snowcreek is one of the most popular locations in all of Mammoth due to it's quiet/spacious location, views of the Sherwin Mountains, and closeness to Mammoth Creek and meadow. Flat location makes it perfect for easy walks and bike riding right out of the condo. Sit back and relax in this very open and spacious condo (900 square feet) with an easy to operate pellet stove for those cold/snowy nights. No fumbling with ice cold wood covered in snow that many other condos offer for heat, just simply set the thermostat and let the pellet stove do the rest. The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with quality linens. There is a bunk bed in the hallway ideal for children as well as a sofa bed. We framed in another door in the hallway making the bunk beds like they are in their own room. Many amenities included such as a washer/dryer, soap/shampoo/conditioner/body wash, paper goods, fully stocked kitchen, clean linens and towels. The spa and sauna are just a few steps away. Remodeled fireplace with 4K HDTV. Blu-Ray player and Apple TV also available. Free Wi-Fi, NETFLIX, HULU, Amazon PRIME, and Disney+. Additional TV in bedroom. Walk to the meadow right out the back slider and catch a path to the town loop. Keypad door locks makes access a breeze (no keys needed). Door codes will be given 1-2 days before your arrival. Notes on our location: Our condo is at the end of Snowcreek road which is approx 1/2 mile to the closest shuttle (corner of Snowcreek road and Minaret Road). We are a 5 minute drive to Eagle Lodge (Chair 15), 7 minute drive to Canyon Lodge, 10-15 minute drive to Main Lodge (like everyone else). We are also about a 5 minute drive to The Village, Vons, and most restaurants. Important Cancellation Note: If the hwy into Mammoth is closed due to weather during your arrival window, I will credit your stay by the number of nights missed. I will also consider rescheduling/refunding your trip on a case-by-case basis if you ask before you cancel. Otherwise, my cancellation policy will be followed. We stayed for five nights during a pretty big storm. The condo was very well stocked and clean. It has one bedroom plus bunkbeds so you could easily sleep four people. The owner communicated well. Also the condo association was very on top of plowing the road, parking lot, and walkways to the condo even though we received several feet of snow on two separate days.

Joe was an amazing host and was very communicative. The property was great and everything as advertised. The complex was maintained well and they plowed as quick as they could- considering we had 3’ dump overnight on our second night. The only gripe, and no fault of the property, is the walk to the bus stop is about 10 min without weather elements- and Eastern Sierra Transit will close pick ups/drop offs for the stop (#4) in extreme weather. It’s a littler further to stop #3, but something to keep in mind. Book with confidence, though.

Roomy. Comfortable mattress/beds. Nice hd tv with sound bar. Washer dryer huge plus. All the furniture is nice/newer and loved the recliner love seat. Managing the heat to the perfect temperature was a learning curve. Upgraded kitchen and bathroom was great. Plenty of plates/bowls/cups. This is one of my favorite places think I have ever stayed in MM. Parking in the immediate lot in front can be limited after dinner. Community jacuzzi was huge. Plenty of room for 10+ people. Liked that the bedroom has a tv. Kids loved the bunk bed with the curtain. Clear that these owners of this place clearly think about their guests needs.

Such a great place and Joe is a fantastic host! Has everything you need. Bunk beds with curtains and lights for our 13 and 10 yo girls is genius!! Kitchen fully stocked, plenty of blankets, linens, etc. Jacuzzi is perfect after a day on the slopes. Husband and I had a great time waking around the property to find a snow creek trail over a quaint bridge in the snow. Want to return in summer! Highly recommend!!!

This condo is nicely situated close to town and in fact we walked the short distance to and from. Very clean and has all the needed amenities, and overall great location. Perfect for a family with small children. Only draw back was the bunks are more for younger children and not teens due to their size. This condo is near the meadows and there is a nice creek and access to a paved walking trail that goes for mile. The view is incredible and complex very quiet. Enjoyed everything about our stay!

The property this condo resides in is beautifully maintained, the unit itself is a cozy retreat and it's situated in the beauty and grander of Mammoth mountain. Close to shops, the lakes and in winter close to the slopes. The owners were great at communication and it was a fantastic time.

Snowcreek area is really beautiful. The condo is situated among lots of trees and surrounded by grass. It is a ground floor condo which was appealing to us. Although it got warm (low 80s) during the day the condo was always cool. It also felt very private. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked…and I mean stocked. The bed was very comfortable and so were the couches. I have absolutely no complaints.

The condo was ideal. Very comfortable. Everything was clearly explained in a folder or labeled here and there. It was very cozy and comfortable and made the evenings quite enjoyable as the kitchen was perfect for cooking our dinner. (Vons supermarket was less than a mile and shopping was easy.) Netflix was great. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

My wife and I have been to a several rentals in Mammoth and Joe's rental was one of the best. From the check in process to the wood pellet fireplace, we had a wonderful stay. Amazing location, super close drive to the Vons, Canyon Lodge and walking trails. Looking forward to coming back next ski season!

Comfortable, clean, and convenient...this was the perfect home for my husband and I to spend a week in Mammoth where we worked remotely for a few days (really fast wi-fi) and then several days on the mountain. Fantastic communications with the owner... directions, instructions, and tips... in advance and at the unit made everything a breeze. We also really appreciated the in-unit laundry. We would definitely choose this condo again!
