Situated in Rome, this charming condo for $179 per night is a great option for your next break. LOCATION You are in the heart of the Roman Baroque, definitely. Not only baroque: around each corner you find many traces of the ancient Rome. This 45sqm apartment is just 30 mt from Piazza Navona, the ancient Domitian Stadium, whose elliptic geometry makes the area one of the most amazing and exciting places in Rome, enriched by masterpieces from Bernini, Borromini, Giacomo Della Porta, some of the greatest Baroque Maestri. APARTMENT The apartment allows you to feel the emotion of living in a 17th century house completely restructured. The apartment has been redecorated with great care maintaining anyway the original charm: the walls have been treated, according to the Venetian tradition, and the tall ceiling is made of wooden beams. Elegantly furnished, it is located on the first floor off the street level (would be the second floor in the USA - no elevator) Internet WiFi, Satellite TV, Air Conditioning, HiFi System, Big Safety Box, Washing Machine, Dish Washer, Microwave Oven, Coffee Bar Machine and a well equipped kitchen (with salt, cooking salt, sugar and coffee available as courtesy cooking basis)complete the main facilities. DO NOT FORGET TO VISIT OUR GUEST BOOK ACCOMMODATION The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to four persons. Guests will enjoy a complete privacy and independence, at home away from home. They will anyway count on always available assistance from us in case of need. The apartment houses a king size sofa bed (160x200cm) and a lovely dining area. Above one corner of the room is a mezzanine (h 130cm) with a full size bed (160x190 cm). Within easy walking distance many other as the Spanish Steps, Fontana di Trevi, Torre Argentina, Piazza Venezia, Piazza del Campidoglio designed by Michelangelo,St. Peter Basilica, Coliseum and the Imperial Forums. In the apartment area you find a lot of antique shops (e.g. in Via dei Coronari), restaurants, storical outdoors cafes (e.g Bar della Pace), pubs and wine shops open up to late night. Just outside the apartment, within 10 mt, you may find many shops: greengrocer, delicatessen, grocer, minimarket, butcher, news agent, tobacconist. Fabrizio was wonderful and easy to communicate with. The apartment is in a great location as it is walking distance to everything you want to see in Rome. Fabrizio also gave great suggestions for shopping and dinning. If you don’t do well with stairs, the sleeping arrangements may be a problem but otherwise we loved it.

Highly recommend this apartment in the city center of Rome. Great neighborhood and central to all major areas—Vatican, Colosseum, Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain are all within 30 minutes walk. There is also a taxi stop nearby if you need it.
It’s on a smaller street and rarely gets car/truck traffic. Like pretty much every residential building in the center of Rome, there are shops, cafes and restaurants around so there will be some noise into the evening.
Fabrizio is a great host; he answered all of my many questions and even sent some great recommendations for neighborhood restaurants, gelateria and markets while we were in town which made our trip much easier. My husband is still talking about the carbonara at Da Francesco!

We stayed 9 nights in Rome with something planned every other day. The location in Rome and in the neighborhood meant that it was extremely easy to occupy ourselves, but the studio was nice to also just stay in. It was our first time in Rome, so i had no idea how perfect this place was going to be , but it worked out great. Fabrizio, our host, communicated every step of the way.

Had a fantastic time. The apartment is a quirky mix of the old and the new (17th century wooden ceilings, super modern bathroom). Great location about 2 minutes walk away from Piazza Navona, with Pantheon, Campo di Fiori, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps easily walkable. The Colosseum is a short bus ride away. Fabrizio was brilliant, offering plenty of travel tips and making sure we knew how to use everything in the apartment. The only downside was a lot of noise from the local bars on Friday/Saturday nights.

Fantastic location near the small streets with wonderful restaurants and shops. Short walk to get to bus stop. Bed was a sofa sleeper which was a bit squeaky when moving in bed. Had to get used to the water heater having to reheat the water while taking a shower. Nice washer.

Fabrizio is a wonderful host . Very accommodating and is always available to answer questions. The apartment location is perfect, near to everything , restaurants , stores etc . we only took Uber once coz we are so tired from the activity . Just make sure you have good comfortable shoes to wear . I recommend this apartment and would love to stay again . I’ll give this 10/10 kids surely had a memorable holiday stay in Rome . Stayed 12/24/22-1/4/23.

This appartment has everything you need to stay in Rome when you are looking for good quality for money. Fabrizio is a very nice host and the communication went perfectly. The only thing you have to take into account is the stairs to the bed, because the distance between the last step and the floor is quite large, so less suitable for people with reduced physical mobility.

Perfect place near the piazza
This was my second stay at the studio which is centrally locates to restaurants, attractions and essential shops. The apartment was clean, comfortable and the perfect size for my week in Rime. Highly recommended and I would choose this studio again on my next visit to Rome.

Great place
We loved our apartment! Fabrizio was extremely welcoming and helpful. The location was a 3-minute walk to Piazza Navona, 5 minutes to the Pantheon, 15 minutes to Vatican City, and in the middle of restaurants and a little grocery store. We would definitely stay here again. The apartment was clean and comfortable, a lovely retreat every night after the sights of Rome.

This place is in good location and close to historical places in Rome.
The owner is a very nice person, the only down side for this place was the garbage bins inside this old building which casues fruit flies inside the apartment and bad smell in the staircase.

Nice stay in Rome
We had a great time in Rome and this was a great location, very close to everything. Fabrizio was extremely helpful before and during our trip. We had some minor issues with the toilet/ bathroom but they were quickly attended to and resolved.

My stay at Fabrizio's flat was wonderfull like the other times before. The place is really clean, you have everything you need to be confortable during your stay. The appartment is very well siatuated, walking distance from the Vatican, Fontana du Trevi, Campo de Fiori. I recomend this place 100%.

Very dusty and dark. Could do a better job of cleaning.
Great location. However quite noisy due to construction on both sides. Also room is tucked into the side with “view” of scaffolding. Description should mention that. Room was size that we expected but it was quite dark and there was a thick layer of dust on all horizontal surfaces. The garbage and recycling is located at the foyer of the building... this was unsightly and smelly. In spite of its shortcomings it was still a good place to stay in Rome.

Perfect location!
To be honest, we weren’t in the apartment very much but when we were, it had all of the accommodations we needed! The location was exceptional and was within a few minutes walking to most of Rome’s popular attractions.
The only tip I have when staying at this location and using taxi’s is to have them pick up and drop you off and Piazza Navona. Walking the 2 minutes or less, to the apartment, takes about the same time it would take your driver and less frustration for the driver. Also a super easy destination for you to tell your driver.

Little gem
This is a beautiful apartment very quirky, location is perfect within 20 mins to all attractions and minutes to the piazza norvona, where there are lots of places to eat. Fabrizio is always at hand for any of queries. I will most definitely return to Rome and will not hesitate to s5ay at della pace apartment.
