Situated in Breckenridge, this charming condo for $342 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This ideal two bedroom, two bath unit is Breckenridge at its Best! Park Place is located at the corner of Park Avenue and Four O'Clock Road in the heart of Breckenridge! If you want the best in town location in Breckenridge...this is it. Location, Location, Location. Wood floors, freshly painted interior, tiled bathrooms including granite counters, vessel sinks, beautiful steam shower, Xfinity tv and FREE wireless internet connection. The Master has a King size bed with private steam shower and the guest suite has a queen size bed with a twin bed/trundle roll out underneath and private bath. Open private balconies. Our unit is in Building A which has the best unobstructed views of town and Baldy Mountain. Our building does not overlook hot tubs, or other units. We have a private outdoor gas grill on our balcony. We also furnish one free parking permit pass (covered or uncovered)for your stay at our complex. Additional parking is not guaranteed on site and depends on availability. There is paid parking across the street, plus a free town shuttle outside our complex. Located at the corner of Four O'Clock Road and Park Avenue, just one block from Main Street with all the shops and restaurants of historic Breckenridge. Park Place is one block from the Riverwalk Centre with the beautiful Summer Symphony. There are great views of town and Baldy Mountain from your private deck. Enjoy lunch or dinner sitting in the separate dining room which seats six looking at the views or enjoy a meal on the balcony with table and chairs. In addition, there is a seated bar area for three. Walk, purchase lift tickets and ski from the Snowflake Ski Lift just 800 feet away and at the end of the day, ski all the way down Four O'Clock Run, cross the street and you are at your building. Relax after a hard day on the slopes in one of the two on-site hot tubs, the unit's own steam shower or access to the Upper Village Pool when opened (bubbled in the winter). Enjoy the shops and nightlife on Main Street only one block away. The smoke-free complex is on the Free Shuttle/Town Trolley stop which can take you to the ski lifts or to the community Recreation Center which has a rock climbing wall, indoor/outdoor tennis courts, racquetball courts, skateboard park, gym and swimming pool with water slide. Several Ski Rental Shops are directly across the street. This beautifully decorated and comfortable unit has Wireless Internet Connection, vaulted ceilings third floor unit, a stonewall fireplace, two spacious bedroom suites, a steam shower, large private balcony and dining room. The unit was renovated with new leather furniture, sliding barn doors, carpet, wood floors, freshly painted interior and tiled bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Jenn-Air oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, new dishwasher and outdoor grill so you can ski down for lunch or enjoy a relaxing dinner in. Private ski closet next to front door for storage. Winter Activities include: Skiing, Snowmobiling, Dog Sledding, Sledding, SnowShoeing, Ice Skating, Cross Country Skiing, Ghost Tours, Indoor Tennis and Shopping. Shuttle to Black Hawk Casinos in Central City and outlet shopping close by. We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Breckenridge. The host could not have been more accommodating and was excellent with her communication very helpful for anything that we needed. We were here when they were having the ice sculpture championships and we could see it right out of balcony, the property is walkout ski in. we really had a great time. I would highly recommend this place.

Amazing location. We were able to walk to all restaurants and coffee shops along the main street.
The ski in/out was awesome. Free bus ride to the nearby lift if you don't want to walk up.

This location is perfect. Just a short walk to the ski lift, shuttle stop and downtown. Everything one could possibly need was in the condo. We will look for this property to stay in again the next time we ski in the area.

The location is so convenient to all areas of town. The free bus is also just a few steps away. The condo is well equipped. Beds are ok, not great. Patio is nice to enjoy all the comings and goings of folks. There is a lot of traffic noise from the patio during the day but it is quiet at night. The most challenging part are the steps up to the third floor. First day was rough when you are not acclimated to the altitude but manageable after that (pack light😉)

Condo was as advertised. Great location, easy two block walk to town. Hiking trails and ski lifts close by. Our stay was in July to enjoy the cooler climate we had hoped to enjoy the balcony. However, it overlooks the busiest street and a traffic circle in Breckenridge. The truck noise is very loud from early morning to late evening. Perhaps not a problem in winter but in summer with the windows and balcony sliding glass open, it is an issue.

We had a terrific stay-- well located in walk to skiing and main street perfect location. Fireplace, steam shower and hot tubs were great after a long day of skiing. Well appointed kitchen and large dining and living room left plenty of room for everyone. Highly recommend.

We found the condo to be everything we needed. The location allowed us to leave our car and get around Brek easily on foot. Proximity to the Snowflake chair was great for the downhill skiers in our group. Overall the condo was great - clean and well appointed! Dishes and glasses for everyone and all the cookware you need. We would definitely stay here again! The owner checked in and all the info was clear.

Perfect place to stay! Amazing location, could walk to town, to the bus for transfer to ski lifts, and then ski right down Four O Clock run back to the condo! It was clean, quiet and comfortable!

My husband, 2 kids and myself all stayed here for the New Years holiday. Everything was perfect. The place was exactly as pictured and was impeccably clean. The location could not have been more perfect, it was a 5 min walk up the street to the chairlift of peak 8, and a 2 min walk to get into downtown Breckinridge. Becky, the owner, was extremely on top of things regarding communication and got back to my texts when I had questions pretty much immediately. Everything was great, we would 100% stay there again when we go back to Breckinridge.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the location is a short walk to Main Street and parking was super easy and convenient. We never had to drive anywhere! The house was comfy and fireplace was very cozy. We enjoyed it all!

I spoke with Abby prior to booking. She said when we arrive we can park our car and never have to drive it during our stay and she wasn’t kidding! From walking to dinner each night to getting to the slopes, everything was super convenient. Looking forward to our next visit to Breck!

We had a wonderful stay! The location CANNOT be beat and the space was perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 kids). The balcony was great for a morning cup of coffee as well as a night cap overlooking the mountains. Abby was a great host with prompt communication. Would stay again!

We had such a fabulous time in Breckenridge and our condo was almost perfect! Almost, because we had to climb 3 flights of stairs and ,being from MO, that was a little difficult. 🤪 Abby was an amazing host! She responded very quickly to a small issue, gave us great recommendations and checked a few times to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. The condo was very clean and comfortable. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were perfect for 2 adult couples. We were just 2 blocks from Main Street, where there were tons of shops and restaurants. Our vacation was primarily hiking, but we definitely enjoyed being close to some great restaurants.

Great Spot
The location made getting into town and the mountain super easy! The space was updated and had plenty of room for our group. My one piece of feedback was the master bedroom sink seemed like it took awhile for the pipes to warm up and would kind of explode water randomly when we first got there. Got a little soaked but was easy to throw our clothes in the dryer!
