About this condo rental
Spectacular remodeled and redecorated Redington Shores beachfront 1340 square foot fourth floor corner unit with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry room with full size washer and dryer in unit. Newly remodeled with new flooring throughout, granite counter tops in kitchen and both bathrooms, marble backsplash in kitchen and master bath. All new stainless appliances in kitchen! Power duel recliner, full sectional and cozy and romantic electric fireplace in living room with a 65 inch corner mounted TV. Master suite has a king bed , an 8 jet Jacuzzi tub with built in heater and rainfall/massaging showerhead for endless spa-like comfort! There is a beach view, large flat screen TV, DVD player and ceiling fan! Guest room has both a queen bed and a double bed with giant walk in closet and attaches to 2nd bath which is accessible from bedroom and hallway. Bedroom has a ceiling fan, flat screen TV, DVD player and beach view! The second bath is completely remodeled with modern new shower and full shower panel with rain fall showerhead and with massaging body jets! Sea Oats Beach Resort has newly resurfaced Pickleball and tennis court (rackets and balls in our unit), tiki huts, several gas grills, and a heated pool with bathrooms and outdoor shower! There is an elevator. Owner provides beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and boogie boards. Please note - we rent Saturday to Saturday only during Spring and Summer High Seasons.

Very clean and well equipped property on a wonderful location on the beach.

Very clean unit with lots of room. Weather was cold and windy and the unit is located on a busy street with lots of street noise. We had a great vacation

This property is VERY well maintained and clean which is hard to find. Views of course were beautiful and right on the beach.
They had beach chairs, toys, plastic cups for the beach which was very nice. The pool was heated which was a nice touch as well as the ocean was too cold for us locals.
Overall, great property and we will be back!

The checkin was easy and the condo is beautiful! The owners were very nice and quick to answer any questions. It was so relaxing to sit on the balcony, have coffee and watch the birds looking for breakfast. We even saw a dolphin a couple times. Evening was sitting on the balcony, enjoying a glass of wine and watching beautiful sunsets.

We were very impressed with the location and view.The condo was decorated “beachy” and had comfortable living room furniture. We liked the fact that there were places nearby to eat. The pool was great as you could see the ocean from the pool. The owners gave us great suggestions. We would definitely stay again!

Every year our family rents a condo out in reddington beach for the Fourth of July and I have to say this was probably our favorite spot.

What a wonderful area to vacation! The condo was absolutely perfect and clean with all the amenities you could ask for. No stone was left unturned in making us feel welcome. The view from the Lani was spectacular! What a great beach for early morning and late night walks and the water was clean and warm. Great dining options within both walking distance and a short drive away. (Salt Rock is awesome!) Johns Pass is a fun area to dine and people watch. Also did a few day trips to places such as the Ringling Museum/Ca' d'Zan in Sarasota. (Highly recommended) We cant wait to come back!

Beautifully decorated and spacious condo unit in 5 floor sea oats well maintained property. On Beach with pool and tennis. Condo is well equipped - restaurants nearby. Owners very helpful and easy to get hold of:) We had family of 5 with older kids and had plenty of room.

We had a wonderful week! The owners were very accommodating. The condo was very well stocked with everything you need. Pool and beach were perfect and the building maintenance staff are constantly cleaning and keeping everything nice! Hope to be back next year!

From check-in to departure, our stay was wonderful. We stayed here 2 years ago when there was a queen bed and single bed in the 2nd bedroom. Now there are 2 double beds, much to the dismay of both our kids and spouses. They didn't get much sympathy from me but it may make a difference to someone else. Our hosts were quick to answer questions and were eager to please. It was very sad to leave this beautiful "oasis".

We loved our stay here. It was beautifully decorated, kitchen completely equipped and bathrooms beautifully updated. The view from the balcony and beach location couldn't be better. We had no complaints whatsoever and look forward to returning as often as we can.

Have stayed at Sea Oats previously. It is a wonderful vacation spot. Room #408 was just lovely. We appreciated the cleanliness, the beach accessories, and the kindness of and communication with the owners. Will look forward to a repeat stay.

Everything is exactly as pictured and described! The condo is well equipped with everything you could possibly need!! The views are spectacular and a must see at sunset! This is by far the nicest condo I’ve ever stayed in! We will be back!!!

everything we wanted for our beach vacation! The condo was well stocked and in great condition. The beach views were amazing . The location was great - quiet enough for us but so much to do and close to everything so my adult kids enjoyed too!

The hosts were great and super responsive to any messages. The condo is clean, looks just like the pictures if not better, well stocked with everything from kitchen stuff to beach chairs and towels.
