This is a beautiful home and very well stocked with the essentials. The location is great! We had a fun time riding the bikes around the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

Cute and nice place! Beds were very comfy and living space was comfortable. Loved the location. There were baseboards, vents and windows that were a bit dirty. On that note, we would definitely come again.

Older but beautifully maintained and provisioned property. The amenities are well thought out and everything is first class from the bed linens to the bath towels. Every little thing you need or will make the stay more pleasant is there. Congratulations!!!

What a wonderful girls weekend! This house is adorable. We got up each morning and walked the 1/2 block to the ocean had watched the sunrise. Then back to the house for coffee on the patio. Went into St. Augustine for the day then back to our little house for drinks by the fire! The beds are very comfy. This house had everything you need to make your stay complete. Bikes, floats, a wagon to take it all to the beach. All the little touches, a basket of snacks, coffee, laundry soap and toiletries which made our stay so much easier. There is a Publix right down the street and restaurants within walking distance. We had such a great stay we will definitely be back again!

Trish and Scott were wonderful hosts and their property checks all the boxes. It was thoughtfully decorated with fun things to look at in every nook and cranny. The kitchen was very well stocked, the beds and baths were awesome and the outdoor space was absolutely beautiful not to mention a garage full of everything you can thing of to enjoy a beach vacation. 5 stars is not enough to rate our experience. We will definitely be back!

We had the most wonderful week at Sea Salt Sanctuary! We were able to reconnect with family I hadn’t seen in 20 years. Tears were shed and so much love was created! Thank you for providing such a lovely space that felt luxurious and was a relaxing home base for all. We are excited to come back again and again.

My wife, teenage son and I spent three nights at Sea Salt Sanctuary. It was an amazing stay! The property is well-maintained and had anything you could possibly want for your stay, from beach chairs and towels to kitchen appliances and utensils. Great location! Very short walk to the ocean. Tons of restaurants within walking distance and most anything else you could want within a 5 to 10 minute drive. We really didn’t need the car other than for the one evening we drove into Saint Augustine. There was really no need to contact the property manager, but when we did just to let her know when we would be artiving, she responded promptly. First class experience! I highly recommend this property. We will definitely be going back.

This was our fourth stay at the Sea Salt Sanctuary and I think our best one yet. We love going to the beach everyday, coming back to rest up, walking to dinner and shops, and then back to the house again for games and tv. In particular we love using the boogie boards, and then cleaning up outside using the outdoor shower. The house is so cozy and comfortable we really do enjoy just lounging about. We also enjoyed the addition of the foosball table this year. We look forward to our annual visit to the sanctuary and are already planning next years trip.

This was our second stay at Sea Salt Sanctuary. The location and accommodations are excellent. It is well stocked and many beach toys, bikes, boards available for fun at the beach. Loved our visit.

The property owners thought of everything one could possibly need for a beach vacation. Just pack your clothes and go. The home inside and out is beautiful. The kids especially liked the backyard. There is a tranquil hammock along with a table, firepit, and chairs to sit back and relax after your time on the beach. The beach is a short walk from the home and also close to great places to eat. I would highly recommend and hope to get back for another visit in the future.

The house itself was clean, well organized and had everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation. The back yard was a true oasis. This house had everything and is perfectly located for easy beach access, bike rides, and restaurants.Loved there was actual items (toilet paper, coffee, dishwashing liquid vs starter packs that only last 24 hours.)Literally, bring your clothes and food and drink and you are set. We will be back!!

Coffee in the morning in the Front Courtyard and relaxing in the evening in the back yard especially when the thunderstorm went through. Centrally located to activities on our must do list. Best garage EVER! No worries if you forgot something, the house is set up to meet your needs. Highly recommend this Salty getaway.

My husband and I chose this property to get away for a long weekend (children free) to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. Check in was quick and easy, house matched the photos perfectly. Resources were plentiful - the abundance of beach gear was perfect for hitting beautiful St. Augustine Beach a short walk away. We settled into a routine of sleep in, hit the beach in the morning and early afternoon, shower up, shop and dine in the city. It was perfect. We loved how close and easy access the beach was, and how it was a nice quiet retreat from the city without being too far (15 minutes?). Perfectly what was needed

This property was set up perfectly. Our family was able to relax, and refresh. The proximity to the beach was great, and EVERYTHING you could need for the beach was included. Every appliance we could possibly need was at our fingertips. We prepared meals easily as if we were at home. The beds, linen, and pillows were AMAZINGLY comfortable! There property has easy access, is private, and secure. We are so glad we chose to spend our first St. Augustine vacation here!

Trish was great communicating with us. The Sea Salt Sanctuary has everything you'll need to have a great time. We have stayed in many VRBO's on and near a beach, and none have had all that the Sanctuary had for their guests. We would definitely stay here again!

Sea salt sanctuary truly was a sanctuary with the overall cleanliness, complimentary snacks and beautiful landscaping. The home has many amenities for both kids and adults and the beach being only a block away was an added bonus (especially with the morning sunrises and evening sunsets)! Trish was amazing and very communicative throughout the entire process. My wife, kids and myself really enjoyed our stay and would rate this property and owner a 11 out of 10! We highly recommend this place and we will be looking to rent again in the near future!
