Central location, good breakfast options, entertainment for kids in the lobby, clean and tidy rooms, very friendly staff, free water refills
Our room was too small for 2 adults and 2 kids. There was no where to put our clothes, the storage spaces was non existent. Ended up piling our bags and buggy near the entrance which was very tight!

The location is great and is the hotel is perfect for families.
Headboard was a bit uncomfortable in the main suite and we needed more pillows, but bed was very comfortable

Friendly, helpful staff! Kids loved the games on arrival and the free table football. Room had everything we needed. Comfy bed.
Toilet was a little dirty. Decor tired. If you’re getting off the train it is ideally located but for the main centre, it’s a bit out the way.

Good location. We are returning guests and so it was convenient
The mattress toppers - very uncomfortable when Novetel beds are the reason I choose Novotel as they’re usually comfortable
