The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, always with a quick greeting upon arriving and departing, and some great local recommendations from Sylvan. The location was perfect, a short walk to everything I planned to see on my first visit to Lille.
I liked the room itself — I had plenty of space in the old wing — but it felt tired for a hotel of its calibre.
