The hotel has a great location, and the breakfast was nice, with enough variety for a light morning meal. The welcome cookies in the room were a lovely touch. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially with our accommodation and finding a parking spot.
On the downside, we had to wait around 15 minutes to check in, even though there were only a few guests and it wasn't busy. Also, our room key cards kept stopping working, so I had to visit the reception more often than I would have liked.
Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor inconveniences.

We stayed at NH Wien Belvedere for three nights with my mum. The location was great the Belvedere Palace is right at your back door, and the city centre, where you can visit most of the main attractions like the Vienna Opera House, is a 15–20 minute walk away. They had a nice little surprise for us - we were chosen as the lucky guests and our room was upgraded to a superior room. The room was spacious and clean. The building has the charm of an old historic building, yet everything in the room is refurbished, so it's clean and nice.
