Ideal accommodation for concerts at O2 with good food and drink - what more do you need.

It’s location to the O2 Arena - short walk from there to Pilot Inn with nice parkland area.

Expensive but lovely hotel

Clean, quirky, friendly.

No ceiling light in our room. We had an early start the next day and it was very dark. It was quite expensive, I assume because there was a show at the 02

Cosy, welcoming and a perfect location for the O2!

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the decor made the room feel cosy. The bar and restaurant was bubbly and the food was amazing!

Great location but expected a better standard of hotel for the cost.

Great location Quirky room - in a good way.

Cooking smell from kitchen below. Decor very tired around the place. Very very average breakfast.

Nice place if you are not looking for an early night and are not looking for an early start.

Room was pleasant, adequate parking, nice location and the whole place had a lot of character.

Noise form the pub downstairs easily gets into the room so forget about getting an early night. Breakfast was suppose to be from 7AM onwards, they were not ready for breakfast at 7 making me late and having to skip most of my breakfast.

fantastic location to the o2

We booked this hotel due to the location to the o2 (10 minute walk max) and it had all of the facilities that we needed for a 1 nights stay. Breakfast was included, as well as parking. Our room was small but well equipped and perfect for one night. There were nice touches, such as toiletries in the room, tea, coffee and a blue tooth speaker. The bar prices were reasonable.

The bed was quite small but I think it’s where I am used to a super king bed rather than a double. I found the room very warm despite the window being open.

we didn’t arrive until late evening and staff rang to make sure we would be therefore before closing and keep the rooms.

the rooms were quirky and very clean. restaurant where breakfast served warm bright and clean.

Very comfortable, clean and friendly. Great location.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Pilot Inn, rooms are lovely and well clean, bed super comfortable and good sized shower. We found everything we needed in the room included a nespresso machine with 6 capsules. Downstairs there’s the pub, amazing drinks, good prices. At the restaurant (that we want to try next time we’ll be in London) they serve an excellent breakfast with a big choices of warm plates cooked at the moment. Free parking for guests just outside the property and only 10 minutes walking from the O2 and the Jubilee line, so perfect for a night out in London. We’ve been welcomed by a super friendly staff and a big lovely red cat!

A bit too hot during the night but there’s air conditioning on all the rooms, we didn’t use it just because of my neck pain so nothing to complain about.

Nice Treat if going to the O2.

Everything! Located a very short walk from the O2 arena, yet in a super quiet area. Bed was super comfy and shower was lush. Had a lovely plant based breakfast in the morning. Lots of doggy walking to watch out the window along with the cable car over the Thames.

The ferocious row in the room next door in the middle of the night.

Location good but poor service.

location for 02 good

Room was very very small. Lights did not work sink in bathroom was blocked. No breakfast was offered due to lack of staff although told this would be refunded has not happened. Would not stay again

Idéal for the O2

The location was ideal for me with the added bonus of parking. The bed was really comfortable and the tea and coffee facilities were excellent. Good power shower too.

Unfortunately there didn't appear to be a hairdryer and limited space for toiletries etc. Also ran out of coconut yoghurt for breakfast. They offered a replacement which was unsuitable but were very apologetic.

Great location but property was tired and possibly short staffed like many other places.

Location and staff at book in and in the bar. Air conditioning in the room.

room was hard to light and many of the fitments were loose. Bar noise did go on late into the night

Superb

Great location 10 minutes from the O2 and The Thames Clipper. Parking included. Nice choice for breakfast.

The room was a little small but nice sized bathroom.
