Enjoyed every about this. The house was spotless and location was within walking to everything. Great coffe shop right down the street as well as Crystal bet palace

House was just as described. Beds were comfy and place was clean and perfect for two of us. Although walking distance to most places, it is a good walk (1 mile+) to the river. We had a car and chose to drive down on Sunday when parking is free. Also! If you are a light sleeper or like to sleep in past 6:30 am, be warned that the people upstairs make a decent amount of noise clumping around. It’s like they never sat still and you can hear them pretty loudly moving around. I feel like that should have been disclosed in the listing. Garage and laundry were both nice features. I would stay here again if it wasn’t for the upstairs noise.

305 W Taylor was a good choice for our budget & space requirements, offering 2/B 1/B on the ground level w/1 garage space. Our daughter, who arrived in a separate car had to find parking in the street, which took some careful planning, as there are many parking restrictions in Savannah. Getting in was a bit of a challenge, as W Taylor is a busy one-way street & it was raining, so hopping out through puddles to get the garage remote was challenging. The condo is pretty much like it was when purchased several years ago, & had only a raised counter for eating. The 2 couches were covered with white fitted sheets, which were a bit unwieldy but comfortable enough & the cloth love seat was good for watching TV. There were good instructions for using the remotes, which made a huge positive difference, as we like to watch in the evenings. The bathroom is old but fine except for having to hold down the toilet handle until the bowl empties. The bedrooms were comfortable & nice sizes. The smaller one has a glass paned door to the back courtyard & garage entry, & the light just outside stays on all the time, so it’s not totally dark for sleeping in that room. We did not cook or wash clothes, but all the appliances seemed nice enough. Luckily all of us are used to walking a lot, because it’s almost a mile north to the downtown area where the restaurants, shopping & the Savannah Riverfront are located. We were only home in the evenings, & the location worked well for getting all our steps.

Our family spent a couple of days in this property and the location was great. We had children with us, so it was far enough away from the noise and crowds but still close enough to walk to everything. Very close to Forsythe, Jones St. and the Railroad Museum. The garage was very convenient. This property is great for families looking to explore Savannah.

This was a perfect space for me and my daughter to stay for 2 nights. The location is easy to find and within walking distance to everything in the city. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and has a secure garage to park one car. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed.

We chose this property to get away for our 41st wedding anniversary. Did not like the fact that we got instructions the morning of our rental. Would have preferred a day in advance. We are planners. Area was ok. You were rated highly and a premier host that was why we picked this property. However, the worn out, falling apart couches with a fitted sheet in them to cover the mess was not 5 star quality. And that goes the same for the carpets throughout. They Need a thorough cleaning!! Would have liked a bath towel that was actually a bath towel. And maybe one extra one. Also could not get tvs to work as we would have liked. The courtyard fenced in area was a disaster. Bricks were a hazard for walking, especially at night. This area was not at all like described in listing. Also the back door lock is not very well secured. Will probably not return or recommend to anyone. Would look for another property.

We had a wonderful stay in Savannah. The location was perfect and we had a very easy check in and Check out process. The couches are probably ready to be replaced as there was some peeling off. The sofa bed is best for one small person. It is uncomfortable for an adult.

The apartment was very convenient for visiting all over the historic district. There are a few items in need of some TLC (pots and pans, dryer lint trap, kitchen faucet), but the living spaces were clean and comfortable. The garage was wonderful as it allowed us the freedom to come and go at will without having to search for parking and we had a comfortable mix of walking and driving to our activities during the stay. We like flexibility during visits and having a full kitchen with multiple driveable grocery stores nearby, plus available parking were all lovely.
