Located in Rosemary Beach, this lovely house for $701 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Plan your family getaway at SERENITY and start a new tradition of vacation memories. This charming home is a short walk to the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast, fine dining, nature walks, boutique shopping and the largest pool on 30A. On the first floor you will find a sizeable open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen ready to meet all your cooking needs. The dining area seats 8+ and opens up to the family room with plenty of space for lounging and catching a movie on the large LCD flat panel television or surf the web using high-speed wireless internet access. From this area you can access the outdoor covered deck complete with a gas grill and comfortable seating. Located at the back of the first floor is a spacious, master king bedroom with en suite bathroom, French doors to access the deck, a flat panel television and walk in closet. A half bath and full size laundry room complete the downstairs level. Make your way to the second level where you will find another king master suite with private bath and access to the second floor deck. Here you will also find a quaint room with twin over full bunk beds, a twin size trundle and a twin size sofa bed, a private bathroom and access to the second floor deck, as well. We’ve visited Seacrest several times now but this was our first stay at Serenity. The house is in a great location in the neighborhood, and was extremely comfortable and well furnished. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need for our week long stay. The property managers were super responsive during the booking process and we had absolutely no issues during the stay. We lucked up and had perfect weather. We loved that the property was pet friendly. We hope to stay here again sometime.

This is our 5th stay at Serenity. It is the perfect location at the most perfect beach! We love how quiet it is this time of year. We could count how many homes were occupied. The house is equipped with everything we need to make meals, sleep comfortably and get around easily. Thanks again for an amazing 2 weeks! We will be back!

We stayed in this property about 5 years ago and loved it! The tram stop across the street is perfect. The house is in a nice, quiet location. Sandra the property manager always replies promptly. After the second night, my daughter still didn't sleep well. Obviously she has grown since than last time we stayed and said the bunk bed was uncomfortable. I layed down and agreed! You could feel the springs. I contacted Sandra and before bed that evening we had a new mattress! My preteen daughter slept well the rest of the trip. Overall the house is wonderful! Kitchen is fully stocked and we cooked most of meals at the house. One place for improvement might be a fresh coat of paint and some new couches. We will be back!

This was my family's second time staying in this home & it was just as wonderful as the first. The beds are absolutely comfortable and the home is so clean. Sandra was extremely communicative! We love staying here and are looking forward to staying again in the future!

The property was ok. The carpet and furniture were worn down. We were mainly disappointed in the area. The pictures of the pool were very misleading. Access to the ocean was not convenient but what was really disappointing was once you reached the beach area 80% of it was covered in chairs you had to rent.

Great pet friendly home conveniently located minutes to it all! Super easy to deal with and obtaining info from property manager. Our stay was for 10 days and wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend this home if you have a fur baby and you want to travel with it.

We stay there with our three kids and the set up was perfect! Everyone had their own bathroom. The kids room was perfect for all three and that isn’t easy! It was very clean. The only thing was that the air was being controlled so in the middle of the night we were hot. I had to override it but it was set on a schedule. Other than that perfect place for our family of 3 kids and my parents.

We have been to Seacrest numerous times over the years, and spent a week this time with my parents and children. The location is perfect, plenty of places to bike around, shopping, dining and beach access.This is also a great house! Nice sized living area and great kithen and dining room. Master is on the main level and is very nice and roomy. Two bedrooms upstairs, one with bunkbeds, and another room with a King. Each bedroom has their own bathroom which was also very beneficial.Will look to stay at this house again!

This was our second stay in Seacrest and our first stay at 6 Lifeguard Loop. We had such a great time and the house was so nice! I can't say enough about this neighborhood and the close proximity to everything! The pool is better than any resort I've ever been to and the included bikes with the rental were our favorite part of the trip. Would highly recommend and would stay here again. Sandra was so great to work with!

We are snowbirds from MN and stayed at this property for the winter months, so we had an opportunity to get know the area, the home and management very well . The home was comfortable and well equipped, but what made our stay exceptional was working with Sandra from Beach Condo Girl, the property management company for this home. Sandra repeatedly provided superior service and made our stay so enjoyable we are looking to buy a home in the area and using Sandra to rent the property. If you are looking for a clean, well maintained home, in a quieter area of Seacrest, while still within walking distance on most amenities you cannot go wrong staying here.

Serenity was an excellent choice for our Spring Break Vacation. Sandra was wonderful to work with. The house was quite comfortable and provided the amenities that we needed. It is conveniently located within short walking distances to the pool, beach and nearby shops and dining. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful beautiful home! Our family enjoyed our stay here & would recommend it. My only issue with this area is after spending 6 summer vacations at Seacrest is the ongoing dispute between the Seacrest neighborhood & the neighborhood in front of Seacrest which is the beach access for Seacrest. This dispute seems to have escalated over the years & the beach access neighborhood has gone above & beyond to limit access to Seacrest renters. They have security sitting out front & some are quite rude. FYI: Visitors are NOT aloud to pull coolers, pull wagons, push strollers including a family that had a disabled child that could not walk on their own but they were NOT aloud to push this childs stroller to the beach access. You spend a good amount of money to rent these beautiful homes & enjoy the beach & NOT have to deal with the antics going on between the ownership of the 2 neighborhoods. OTHERWISE this house is a gem!!

We had such a great stay in Serenity! This is a great house to be able to spread out in and relax. You can very easily walk to the restaurants/coffee shops/stores in Seacrest, Rosemary, and Aly's beach. Getting to the beach is also very easy with the tram service. The pool has recently added umbrellas which was very nice. We've stayed with this property manager in another house in Seacrest and you can't find a better manager. Rent this property with confidence!

Our family of four (including two preschool aged children) had the best week at the house. My kids kept asking if the house could be their new house...they didn't want to leave. Very clean and accommodating. Can't wait to visit again soon!

The home was clean, nicely furnished, and had a great layout for our family of 5. We had one problem with a shower head, but the management fixed it immediately upon our notification. Great customer service! We enjoyed our visit and would stay there again.
