Helpful staff, especially Daniel who checked us in. The room was good, airy and clean. The bed just ok. Breakfast was good, not a big choice but enough, it was ok for us.
Nothing really, it was a pleasant stay. Maybe one thing would have been to state the options for towel changes.

Once in hotel it was fine. Location not so nice but near to where O needed to be for continuing my journey

The Hotel staff were great located too far from central roma. Metro journey and bus to get to and fro. Hotel was comfortable
Breakfast was a complete mess, often no plates or cutlery, scrambled eggs topped up over cold eggs rather than replacing. Milk was warm quite horrible on cereal 😕. The dining area was badly managed and at times unable to cope with the amount of guests. Not a good experience at all.
