In the heart of Savannah’s Historic & Shopping District this glorious property boasts all the modern conveniences for todays comfort. Accommodating up to 10 people, the Villa on Broughton Main + Carriage is comprised of the main house and the carriage house, which makes it for a bridal party retreat or large family get-away. Entering in on the main floor, you are greeted by the main living room which is the common space for guests to gather. Just beyond, you will find the large dining room that is open to the kitchen. Ideal for families wanting to prepare a large meal, this kitchen is fully equipped with stunning countertops, and new stainless steel appliances. Right out back you'll find the private courtyard, with comfortable furnishings. Two bedrooms along with 2 sleeper sofas in the main house can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests. For parents wishing to keep their children close, one of the sleeper sofas is located in the lofted room above the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom has a sliding doors to a small balcony overlooking the courtyard. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and an ample amount of closet space. In addition to the main house, the carriage house studio can accommodate 2 guests, with a full-size kitchen plus bathroom. After a day of exploration, come home to relaxing with cocktail in hand in the private courtyard or the rooftop patio. The Villa on Broughton Main + Carriage is located in the highly coveted neighborhood within the historic district just minutes from the bustling end of Broughton Street and Savannah’s remarkable shops, sights and culinary scene. Just a short walk of two streets you’ll find the attractions of City Market, Bay and River Streets. Whats parking like for this home? Guests will have access to one private garage space. Had a great time, plenty of room for the 6 of us. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. The location is just outside of the busy section but close enough.

Dear Lucky Savannah,
We requested and were charged for an early check in which we were very grateful for. However, when we arrived, the back carriage house bed was unmade and looked like someone had been sleeping in it and the trash had not been taken out.
On Friday, July 21 between the hours of 8:30pm and 1:00am, the house was broken into. The second floor balcony sliding door was open and a pillow was wedged in the door. We were VERY diligent about making sure that all doors and windows were locked when we were in the house and when we left the house.
We brought a security camera as an additional safety precaution for us ladies staying in the house which was placed in the living room on the first floor. When we went to check the camera footage to see if we saw anyone, the camera was missing. We searched everywhere for it and it is missing. We immediately called the police. The officer checked the main house, patio and carriage house. On the patio, the chairs were misplaced as if someone tried to use the chair to try to climb up to the 2nd floor balcony. After searching the rest of our belongings, we found that a ring was also missing. This morning, one of the girls also found

We arrived to this home on Thursday. We were happy to get an early check in so we could explore the city on a Segway Tour to get a lay of the area. This property is perfect for walking to just about everything. The house was perfect for us three couples with our own private rooms and baths. The furniture very comfortable in the living area. The beds all firm but comfortable all of us slept well which at 60. + is important! We loved it and would recommend it!

We stayed at the property for two nights during a roadtrip vacation with our daughter and 2 teenage granddaughters. The townhouse is beautifully appointed and location is excellent for walking to coffee shop, restaurants and just enjoying the neighborhood. I thought the description of the property stating it had 5 beds meant 5 bedrooms, but there are only 3 bedrooms: 2 (queen and king) in the main house and 1 in the carriage house. There are 2 pullout couches. We made due with daughter and granddaughter (13) sharing one bedroom while my husband and I took another. The 17 year old took the carriage house. The pull out couches were located in a loft in the main bedroom and in the living room. We didn't want to deal with them. The courtyard patio is a great place to relax and have morning coffee. Note: The rooftop carriage house deck was only accessible by a very steep circular staricase so if you are uncomfortable with heights or have mobility issues I'd receommend passing on going up there. It was a perfect place for the 17 year old to take sunrise photos! The kitchen and dining area, adjacent to one another, are perfect for family time. I'd recommend this property if visiting Savannah, location is great.

I had a really positive experience staying with the Lucky Savannah rental company at the Villa on Broughton. The place was perfect for the bachelorette party. The place was pretty clean and in a good location. It was a little far from river street and City Market but not too bad. It was so nice that they had an office in savannah that we could keep our luggage. We had a late flight on Sunday, and they let us keep our luggage at their office all day. The management company was very responsive and easy to work with.

We absolutely loved this location! The hosue was spacious and overall great for a larger group.
We also loved the sound system in the house!
Be aware that the carriage hosue is a very separate entity! Not our favorite aspect of the house because it was so far for girls to get to their things. The spiral staircase to the roof is very high up, be careful. It's beautiful for photos and would be great on a nice sunny day!
Also, the 3 full bathrooms is misleading as one of them is just a bathtub, which is not conducive for a full house of women!

My friends and I had a wonderful experience staying at this property! It looks just as it does in photos and really exceeds expectations. The house itself is beautiful and spacious, but what was just as perfect was the central location of the house! We were able to walk to everything! I highly recommend this listing to anyone with a large party who has activities planned in the area!

I had a group of 8 stay for four nights and a total of 10 people stayed one of the four nights, and we absolutely loved the house and the location! We were able to walk almost everywhere we needed to go from the house which was great! We loved the outdoor courtyard and rooftop hang out, and the garage apartment was nice for having a little peace and quiet away from the group and helped with having an extra shower and fridge etc. to accommodate a large group. The Lucky Savannah office staff were all super nice and helpful and let us check our bags at their office as we arrived in town before our check in time. Overall the house was well stocked especially for the 8 of us, but on the night we had ten people staying a few additional towels and blankets would have been nice. Overall we loved our stay!

Girls Trip
We came to Savannah for a long weekend and had an amazing time. The location of the house was perfect - everything was within walking distance or a quick/cheap uber. There was tons of street parking available right outside the house. The house was roomy and comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. The kitchens were well stocked with all the basics. The management company provided accurate instructions/information prior to check-in and we didn't have any issues at all during our stay :)

Bachelorette Weekend 🍑
This property was in a great location, and it was very clean. We wished that this place would have more body and kitchen towels, along with garbage bags and toilet paper/ paper towels. These are essential items that make having a weekend away much easier, and help keep the property tidy. We did email once asking for more towels and linens and those arrived in a timely manner which we appreciated. I also think it is important to note that the main house only has one shower.
Other than that, I would stay at this property again, and I would recommend it to whomever is visiting Savannah!

This was our second stay here because we love the house and location. Lucky Savannah however is very inflexible and I will not stay at a property managed by them again. During our first visit they required a substantial payment for checking in two hours early. During our last visit there was confusion on my part on when we were checking out. As a result we were charged an extra night stay for checking out late. We were out by 5:00 and the guests checking in that day were able to do so. During our haste to get our of the house, I left some clothes in a dresser drawer. Lucky Savannah would not pay for the shipping of the clothes even though they charged me and additional $550 with no loss of revenue to them. They are exceedingly greedy and lack sympathy.

The experience was amazing from the time of booking to arrival to departure. The hot water was not working our first morning. I contacted the property manager and they had someone out with an hour and we had hot water that day. Very quick response and action times!!

The location of the house, right on Broughton street, is so perfect. Being able to walk to great shopping, restaurants, historic squares, and sites made this long weekend trip fun. With three bedrooms, you need to consider where everyone will be sleeping. With eight in our group, there were two teenagers who slept on a pull-out in the loft area. Another woman slept on the pull-out in the living room. This was okay, but I'm sure they felt like they got the short end of the stick. The house has tons of great touches like an abundance of outlets, an open, well-appointed kitchen, a courtyard area, and a rooftop patio. The steam shower in one of the bedrooms is the best. The third bedroom is in the carriage house attached to the garage. This space has a small kitchen, bed, and bathroom. The house is well decorated, and we felt like the house was a special place for a special weekend. The only minor problems were not being provided the right size sheets for the pull-out beds (and really not enough extra bedding for them). We made it work though. The app used by the rental company was very helpful as well. I would definitely book this house again on a return trip to Savannah.
