About this house rental
150 year old villa equipped for 8 adults and 2 children in Caen stones on 3 levels/floors, garden on the land side and on the sea side, 5 meters from the beach.
Enjoy the beach just by crossing the pedestrian seawall a few meters! From the balcony, admire the sunrises and sunsets over the sea!
The 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor and the 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor are equipped with a sink and storage units. All have sea views, except one. The living rooms have sea views.
5 minutes walk from the first shops (bakeries, fishmongers, butchers, pharmacy), restaurants, casino, cinema, tourist office.
10min drive to shopping malls and fish markets (ports).
Sailing club next to the house (rental of dinghies, catamarans, windsurfing, kayaking, paddle), swimming, beach games (sand castles, kites...), bike or horse rides (club in the village),
Nearby historic towns: Bayeux, Caen, Arromanches, Cabourg...,
Small garden on the land side enjoying the afternoon sun with a large table and BBQ. Lawn garden on the sea side for breakfast in the morning sun.

- 1 bedroom with 2 single bunk beds 90x190, washbasin, skylight, ideal for children

Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented by requesting our concierge.

La proximité de la plage et l ambiance familiale du quartier avec des enfants en bas âge font de cette location un endroit parfait.

Magnifique maison, typique et bien conservée, très belle de l'extérieur, elle offre une chaleur et un confort parfait à l'intérieur. Au gré des marées et du temps des tableaux magnifiques s'esquissent aux fenêtres, l'accès direct à la plage donne au séjour une dimension intemporelle et une immersion exclusive dans cette environnement paisible. De très belles énergies émanent de ce lieu magique et riche en histoire, laissant aux voyageurs l'opportunité d'écrire la leur, car on se sent tout de suite chez soi.
