Enjoy the outdoors at this ideally located condo, which has an outside deck and sleeping arrangements for up to six people. Guests will have access to complimentary wireless internet, and they can store extra equipment in the private closet in the hallway. Bikes can go out on the balcony. Additionally, you'll have access to the community's hot tub, seasonal swimming pool, and BBQ. This vacation rental is located in Mammoth Lakes, CA, directly across the street from Canyon Lodge. Here, guests can ski, snowboard, or take winter hikes, and is a major meeting area for lessons. In warmer months, enjoy biking at Mammoth Bike Park. Canyon Lodge's lift #16 runs on Friday - Sunday and cross-country trails provide quick access to our guests. The many lakes, trails, and mountains of the Sierra Nevada provide limitless options for outdoor adventure. The first-floor property is in building four of Sierra Megeve and overlooks the large space east of the complex. This area is a popular sledding area in winter. A vehicle can be kept safe and secure in your assigned underground parking space. In addition, there's optional guest parking space above ground. The living area's contemporary decor includes new flatscreen televisions with cable, and internet connection and access to all your favorite streaming services. The unit has an open concept design and the fully equipped kitchen was updated with quartz countertops and new stainless steel appliances, including an induction stove top. The main bedroom features a queen bed as well as a private en suite bath and a new flatscreen television. In the second bedroom, you'll find a bunk bed plus a twin bed. We apologize for any inconvenience but we are having problems with allergies when we stay there. Also, there are new regulations for firewood storage in Mammoth due to wildfire concerns. As a result, we don’t furnish wood or tools for fires in our condo. We are looking at alternatives and will update our listing when we figure something out. Thanks! This property is really within walking distance to the ski lifts. Owners have done an outstanding job in maintaing it and it is pretty well equiped. The covered parking spot comes in pretty handy when it´s snowing. I will definitelly will stay in this unit in the future if it´s available.

Check in was a breeze (as long as you follow the instructions.). The condo itself was spotlessly clean and quite comfortable. Communication with the owner after we lost our house keys was quick and helpful. I can comfortably give this unit and its management a 5/5!

My husband and I had a great time taking our 11 year old twins snowboarding, and this condo had everything we needed - easy covered parking, clean home with everything you need to make a meal, and a short drive to Main Lodge (there wasnt enough snow at Canyon Lodge) and area restaurants and coffee shops. The condo was very clean and convenient. We hope to stay here again!

We stayed for a week and enjoyed the comfort of the condo. We cooked most of our meals so we appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. This is the second time we stay at this condo and we are planning on staying here again next year.

The condo at Sierra Megeve has a nice floor plan. The kitchen was well stocked. I suggest having a coffee table in the living room to keep food and drinks close by while watching TV.

This was our family’s first trip to Mammoth and this rental made everything so easy. It has a reserved garage spot, easy walk to Canyon Lodge and the kitchen had everything we needed to . The kids played games and read through several books while we were there too! We’d definitely try to stay again in the future if available.

Fantastic condo! perfect for our family of 4 Tastefully decorated and cozy. Location is amazing, walking distance to Canyon lodge lifts. The free shuttle that stopped outside the condo made it super easy to go to the Village for dinner. We didn't need our car at all after we arrived. It was great to have it parked in the covered parking space. We had a problem due to so much snow! It was dealt with immediately by the property maintenance, who was super helpful and professional. We loved the place and highly recommend!

Very comfortable, well equipped condo with good laundry facilities in the block. Close to the lifts. We stayed for 4 weeks and couldn’t have had a better location.

My family and I LOVED this condo! It was updated, clean and had everything that we needed. Walking distance to the mountain and underground parking were a huge plus! We are looking forward to booking this place again.

Clean, classy, comfortable place to stay. I would definitely stay there again. There were lots of pots, pans, and utensils to make your skiing faves in the kitchen. We couldn't quite figure out the fireplace. Not sure it's working, but that's on us for not emailing the owner. Also, the Jacuzzi tub in the master suite doesn't have a plug that seals so you can't take a jacuzzi bath. The shower was hot and plentiful so it worked out. Check in was super simple. Some of my comments may seem a bit negative, but those were small things and it was truly a great place to stay. I'll probably check this place first when I come up here again.

The unit is very spacious and provided plenty of room for our family of four and two dogs to spread out comfortably. The location is excellent. An easy walk to Canyon Lodge and back again for lunch breaks. There are four covered guest parking spots with high clearance so we didn't need to remove our Thule roof carrier from our SUV. Communication with the owner was easy with quick responses. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for hosting Coby!

Clean and very comfortable. Great porch and multiple outdoor grass areas for our older dog. Two nice bedrooms and two nice bathrooms with heaters and one with a jacuzzi tub that my daughter really enjoyed. Easy self check-in and out. Everything you need for cooking and making coffee with great appliances, I really liked the refrigerator. Close to the Village and Lake Mary Road for Lakes Basin access. Owner is very nice and quickly responds. Stayed for one week in October for our son’s wedding. I will miss this condo, especially sitting while having my morning coffee at the dining table looking out the large window at the sun rising over the mountains in the distance with all those beautiful trees . We would definitely stay again.

The condo was great, we enjoyed during down season got in some great hikes. I'm sure it would be great in the winter due to its close proximity to the ski resort. One note- if your vehicle is tall the parking garage can be tricky. My lifted pickup with roof top tent cleared the garage by 1/2 an inch. Luckily the guest spaces were accessible and had higher clearance. Overall peaceful and accommodating!

We had some minor problems and questions (smoke alarm beeping, e.g.) and could never rouse anyone in the main office. We could hear the t.v. going, but no response to hails and knocking--for 2 days. Owner was responsive, though.
