Our guests enjoy the Loft because it is clutter-free, bright and modern design, with open floor plan, high ceilings and awesome views. Location cannot be beaten: right next door to Starbucks; Picazzo's Healthy Italian Kitchen and Natural Grocers. * Spectacular views of Thunder Mountain and Coffee Pot Rock right from the covered balcony and living room. * 1 bedroom with queen bed and fresh, new, mattress and cotton bedding. This is a Loft-Style bedroom, where the walls do not touch the ceiling and there is no physical door. * 1 full bathroom with a bathtub, custom-tile, rain shower, and shampoo, bath wash and a hairdryer. * Large Kitchen with granite countertops, refrigerator with cold filtered water. You dine at the over-sized bar: your eat-in kitchen. * Full stocked with coffee maker, blender, toaster, plenty of pots, as well as coffee, tea, basic spices and condiments. * 1 designated parking spot: fully shaded to keep car cool. * Full-size washer and dryer for which we gladly provide detergent. Iron+board for your convenience. * Of course FREE Wifi and Cable on 2 TVs * We like things clean, so all mattresses and pillows are encased with bug and mite-proof covers. * The apartment-loft is 100% for your private use. We are one of 4 lofts, located in a modern new building. One floor up with a gradual 18-step stairway, the offices below are open only during business hours. Together with our trusted local co-host Traci we welcome you to Loft 2. While we won't likely meet you in person, we absolutely love Sedona and are always available for questions and suggestions. We stayed at this property before and liked it so much it was our first choice when we were looking for another stay in Sedona. The loft was spotlessly clean, fully equipped, and ideally located. We’ll be back!

The online description was on point and the communication was perfect! The apt and the space were more than enough for a couple and even for a family of 4 if willing to sleep on sofa or bring air mattress/sleeping bag for little ones. It was clean, convenient, well stocked, BEAUTIFUL inside and outside. The view was amazing and location was so convenient to many trails and tourist attractions including restaurants and shops. I almost do not want to write the review cause I am going to return and wish not booked ;)
You cannot ask for a better price. Starbucks next door was super convenient and not noisy at all in the area.
Red Rock Pass was very much appreciated as well as supermarket bonus card. I left a brochure from "Hiker Help" for off season shuttle and Sedona area map. So hopefully that is helpful to those who are new. Sedona is my happy valley and this Artsy Loft helped me make my mind up to retire to here !

This place was perfect! Very clean and well maintained. Right next door to Starbucks and a delicious pizza restaurant. Centrally located for hiking and the trail parking pass was super handy! We would love to stay here again!

We loved staying at The Loft. It was the perfect spot for us. The location was great and convenient. The Loft provided everything you could need, bed was like sleeping on a cloud. It offered a tranquil space for our down time in Sedona. Booking and communication was very easy. A great experience!

Awesome hosts allowed us to make changes to our stay quickly. We enjoyed the quite stay after hiking, golf and visiting the local breweries.

Place was fantastic! The amount of time the owners put into making sure every guest had an excellent visit was amazing. Detailed information about the loft, area groceries, dining, Red Rock Pass included for use. Kitchen had toaster, coffee, every item you might need. Bed comfortable. Washer and dryer. Deck with beautiful view, quiet, soap for washing, bathroom supplies, etc.. included the place was amazing. The only minor drawback for an old guy was the 18 stairs I had to lug a suitcase up but otherwise besides a tad noisy from traffic it was perfect would stay again. You will not go wrong with this place.

We spent 5 nights at this lovely property! The furnishings were great; kitchen well-stocked; bed extremely comfy; and super close to everything! We could walk to Picasso's (great eatery) and the grocery store and minutes away from everything else Sedona has to offer. Highly recommend!

Can’t beat this location in the heart of Sedona. Walk to nearby restaurants, Walgreens, and many other locations. Short drive to downtown and the hiking trails. Well decorated loft with lots of light. Stocked kitchen allowed us to cook in some nights and breakfast every day. Comfortable bed, plenty of towels, great hosts. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Sedona.

Fantastic experience all around! This was a part work, part play trip. The loft location was great for working remote, close to great restaurants, yet not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The views are spectacular from the loft and magnificent hikes are only minutes away. The hosts are wonderful, as is their home. Very high quality accommodations. It's perfect for a single person or couple. It was our first trip to Sedona. We will be back and plan to stay at the same place.

When going to Sedona, stay here! It’s centrally located, quiet location with all local amenities around the corner and the views are breathtaking. Grab your coffee downstairs, sit on the balcony and let the views sink in while the world passes by.

Everything was great about the property. However, it was getting INTO the unit that was difficult. We were given an incorrect code to enter the unit and there no way to reach anyone except by email and that took a bit of time to accomplish. A direct phone number would be very welcomed.

The loft was perfectly appointed and the owners have thought out everything. Bring in your suitcase, drive down the street to safeway or wholefoods and depending on how long you're staying, get a few groceries and your set. We have some diet restrictions so being able to cook our own meals while in town was important to us. The kitchen is fully equipped which we greatly appreciated. The location of the loft is in West Sedona but the action is more on the east or west side of town. Which is not far, but not walkable to shopping or our friends home whom we came to visit. That is where the traffic began. Prepare to spend at a minium 45 minutes to get 8-10 miles across town. Early in the AM or after 7pm the traffic is gone. But inbetween just enjoy the view and don't be in any hurry. I would highly recommend the loft, and the italian restaurant in the parking lot makes great salads and pizzas. There is a movie theater within walking distance, and that was nice after a days hike, relaxing in a movie theater. There is a great spa within walking distance, the Sedona Spa, that gave the best massages! We started or ended our days with them several times. We would highly recommend the Sedona Lofts.

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights. The loft has a great location, clean and provided all towels/sheets we needed. We drove 5-20 min to get to our trailhead locations each day. Right next to a Starbucks and Picazzo's Pizza (definitely recommend). Short drive to other restaurants and shops in Sedona. Sedona has become one of my favorite places I have ever visited! You can't go wrong visiting Sedona or staying here!

Such a wonderful experience!!! Next time we make a trip back to Sedona, we plan on coming back here. It was very clean, very well stocked (towels, blankets, supplies, etc.) and the view of the rocks was breathtaking. The location was phenomenal and made our stay so much more enjoyable! This property is sandwiched between Starbucks and an organic pizza and salad restaurant—which is excellent!
This loft is minutes away from four grocery stores (two of which we walked to) and scores of other restaurants, and most importantly in my opinion, is also close to some of the best hiking trails Sedona has to offer!
The one beef I had about the location was that you can hear the traffic from inside the loft.
However, if an urban loft appeals to you, then this is a great one, and the owners were fantastic to work with and are easily some of the best hosts I’ve experienced!

Fantastic West Sedona Loft. The location is super close to great shopping and restaurants. Walgreens, Natural Grocers, Starbucks, and Picazzo's Pizza are all a short stroll away. The loft is incredibly clean, cozy (local art), and a great place to recharge after spending the day exploring Sedona and the surrounding area. It was hot the weekend we were there (100 plus, which was unusually hot), but we enjoyed the West Trail in Oak Creek Canyon, Cathedral Rock Trail, Airport Mesa Loop Trail, and Bell Rock Trail. We also recommend the drive through Oak Creek Canyon to Flagstaff as there are fantastic views. In Flagstaff, grab lunch and enjoy the great restaurants and shopping or head to Sunset Crater, Wupatki, and Walnut Canyon.

This loft has everything you need for a hiking trip. It’s close to Starbucks, trails, near downtown and about anything else you could think of. There is a coffeemaker, ice maker, cooler and laundry in the loft. The sound does carry and it is in a commercial area, but could sleep a family of four comfortably. FYI if you are sensitive to noise, it carries in the loft and there are businesses nearby. Our sound machine helped with that at night.Overall though, this is a clean, comfy stay.
