This was the perfect space for our Savannah vacation. We can’t wait to return!

Serviceable, not spectacular.

The apartment is beautiful. Clean, comfortable and plenty of space for our family. Easy check in/out. Super comfortable beds. Gorgeous location within walking distance to several shops and restaurants. Clary’s is a must for breakfast!

We wanted a place within walking distance to downtown and this property was perfect. Clean and quiet, with a nice garden area you could use to sit in to enjoy coffee. It is just about a 20 minute drive to the airport so it’s very convenient. We would recommend, especially if you do not have a car and want to be a short walk from historic district.

Only blocks from tourist sites. Beautiful street. Comfortable beds and linens. Nothing in kitchen by way of spices-just salt, pepper, and LOTS of sugar packets. One pot packet of coffee. Grocery Store-Krogers-is 0.4 miles away. Very quiet courtyard, perfect for drinking coffee in morning or wine at night. Would stay again.

Came to Savannah to check out SCAD and see the sights. This was the perfect spot for 3 of us. So central, on BEAUTIFUL Jones St., and we found free parking right around the corner. It’s kitty-corner from Clary’s Restaurant, a MUST for breakfast (an a famous spot from the movie too). Space would be dark if you are staying there during the day, but we were gone most days. 10-15 min walk to everything. Lucky Savannah was very easy to work with. Highly recommend if you are looking for something in the Historic District.

This place was amazing, the homeowners and other guest that were renting were very friendly and welcoming. One resident that lives upstairs from the property we rented gave suggestions on several eateries and other entertainment. This was our 29th year anniversary and we couldn't have picked a better place. We will definitely book again if it's available.

Loved the condo. It was in the prefect place with free on street parking and walking distance to EVERYTHING!! While it may have been an 18 minute walk to River Street that was well worth not having to pay for parking and there is so much to see on the way. If you get tired an $8 Uber will bring you back no problem. Close to Forsyth park for a morning jog or an afternoon walk to the park in under 12 mins. As for the rental it had all we needed and also close to the grocery store and the washer and dryer were easy enough to use. While we rarely do laundry on vacation, Savannah was hot and we went through clothes pretty quick so it was nice to have. A few things we would have had different but not a deal breaker. Black out curtains in the master or at least solid material. We feared you could see through them at night with the lights on, also the kitchen could use a few more items like more wine glasses. Lastly, as a family of 3 one being a teenage girl the bathroom was a little cramped BUT we are not used to sharing a bathroom AND we certainly made due. We would 100% stay here again.

Loved this cute garden apartment on Jones street. Perfect location. Central to everything you want to do in Savannah. The place was as advertised. Beds were comfortable. Loved that both bedrooms were attached to the bathroom.
You couldn't ask for a better place to stay than on the prettiest street in Savannah.

We decided to make a last minute trip to Savannah. This rental was perfect for us. It is in a quiet location with non-metered on street parking. Even though it is a ground floor unit, we heard very little noise overhead and almost no street noise. The bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of towels. The kitchen was adequately equipped with the exception of ice trays. It would have been nice to have had additional towel bars and/or hooks in the bathroom. Those are very minor issues though and we would definitely stay here again. The location is really great!

The property was in excellent condition when we arrived. My only complaint is that some dishes are cracked and should be replaced. Also, there could be more drawer space. But this place is in such a great location. Right across the street is one of the best restaurants around!

The rental was great, easy access & very homely. It's only about a 15-20 minute walk to the river front, shopping and bars. There is a slight issue with air flow so it was on the warmer side but we contacted the company and they came right away with fans. Communication was very professional! We will stay here again.

Stayed at this vacation property for a long weekend. Loved the location and the street is absolutely beautiful. We were able to find street parking right in front of the property and it was not metered. We were able to walk everywhere and felt safe. The property was not 5-star but was perfect for a weekend get-a-way. It was very clean and due to being in a residential area the street was quiet and peaceful. The A/C needs to be replaced as it cannot go lower than 70 degrees but never truly cooled the apartment down. There was no way it was 70* in the apartment. I can only image how hot it would feel during the summer months. Two bedrooms but only 1 box fan was available so one of us suffered during the night. The beds were okay but made noises every time you turned or shifted. Room darkening shades would be a nice feature to add as well. Be aware that there are people/other apartments all around you. The upstairs residents were loud but that can happen anywhere. I would choose this location again for a long weekend stay. Trolley stops are close by and helped on the second day as we were tired from a ton of walking the previous day.

We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment! It's not overly large, but there were only two of us and it was perfect for us.
The location is in a quaint courtyard and quiet street.
The ceiling light in the front bedroom flashes and would give anyone prone to migraine a serious headache immediately.
Nearly all wall outlets are lose and some actually pull out of the wall when you remove a plug. . . .but otherwise, it really was a great place!

Reviewer Comments:
The location of this property was ideal, but that's where the convenience ends. The property owners need to invest in more comfortable seating in the living area, a coffee table/end tables (or at least ONE hard surface where things like glasses could be placed), more than one set of plates or drinkware, and more lamps. There was a wad of dark hair awaiting us in the shower drain, and the cleaning staff pounded on our door waking us at 8:30am on our check-out day "just checking to see if the property was vacant" when our check-out was 11am and we'd not sent the check-out link. Unacceptable.

Property description was accurate. The unit was in a wonderful location and convenient to restaurants, River street and downtown area. The unit only had one step down so it was easy to carry our luggage in and out. We enjoyed the two bedrooms. Nice roomy shower and lots of towels!Comfortable beds.

Although I can rave about the location, there was a musty odor throughout the unit 24/7. The shower curtain as well as the clothes washer seal had visible black mold. It felt like a dungeon/basement, no natural light no views. Sorry, but wont return. Couldn't open curtains in one bedroom because the view consisted of front fenders of parked cars. Floor in one bedroom was bouncy/spongey, which indicates a big mold problem. My husband developed nasal congestion issues from the mold.

1) Easy walking to all the best spots in Savannah.
2) Breakfast at Clary’s every morning -30 second walk.
3) Parking was not an issue for us.
4) The overnight accommodations were decent. Nice size full kitchen. Clean. Quiet.
5) We would stay here again.

Quiet nest in the Historic District of Savannah. It close to many restaurants and public transportation. The uneven levels of floors were mot a challenge for us, but bathroom sink needs to be routed because it would not drain properly. A kitchen scissor would be nice addition to ample supply of utensils. I would recommend this rental.

Nice location, comfy beds and pillows. Suggest adding a bedside lamp and table or even an attached wall lamp above the bed in second bedroom. Nice stay!

Went to Savannah for my 60 th bday. Stayed 5 nights. The Jones street apartment was a great location! So close and walkable to everything.Wish there was a way to put some sort of small night table near the one bed. Also a second fan would be nice. However the upstairs people were very loud and heavy walkers( stomping). If you like quiet at night like I do, stay in an upstairs unit!We got in late at night when arriving and forgot about reading about the step down at the entry. Yeah, Watch your step!!!The kitchen light did not work and they fixed it right away.I am not a tours or museum fan so other than that it is just eating out and drinking. All drinks were small and $15 bucks startingNever had any fabulous food. It was all subpar in my opinion.Of course I don’t eat all the “ southern fried cooking”It all looked much better in pictures online than reality.Though Savannah is lovely 1-2 days would have been plenty.Blufton and Hilton-head were absolutely lovely.I wish I would have stayed there and did a day in Savannah.Just my opinion.

Perfect little hideaway
The neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet, but we were so close to so much that it was walkable to most anywhere we wanted to go. We did not rent a car, and it was an easy walk or inexpensive Uber anywhere. I loved the location!

Great location! Everything was in easy walking distance. The neighbourhood was very nice . The property is on a pretty tree lined street. Everything was clean except for the rug in the bedroom. It was filthy. Get rid of it. I would definitely stay here again.

Savannah was a good location to meet coming from the southeast, Texas and Boston.
The place was clean and enough room for 4 of us!! Two in each bed.
The location was superb… a beautiful street.
We regret we did not have a chance to eat at Clary’s though.

My sister and I met in Savannah for a girls' weekend, and this place was perfect for us! Located on beautiful Jones Street only minutes from Forsyth Park, the Basilica, trolley and bus lines, we could come and go easily.
We much prefer renting space rather than using hotels, because there's nothing like unwinding on the living room sofa at the end of the day, talking over a full pot of coffee in the mornings, and having a real fridge for sodas, snacks, and leftovers. (btw, the sofa is new - some reviews mentioned they needed to be replaced and they were.)
Watch out when you open the front door! There is an immediate step down that needed to be marked for safety. Plus there are a few small step-ups between rooms, so be aware. Otherwise, the area is very quiet, the beds were very comfortable, and Lucky Savannah was great responding to communications. We'll definitely stay here again if we return to Savannah.

As a first time Savannah visitor this property was located in a beautiful walkable location. Although we were there during one of Savannah‘a busier weekends (St. Patrick’s Day), we were still able to find parking on the same block. We weren’t in the room much but it provided everything we needed and was clean.

We loved being so close to many points of interest for us! The street is BEAUTIFUL! We enjoy being outdoors, so the patio was PERFECT!!A few things could be improved at that location: more hand/kitchen towels needed, washcloths, too. We would have washed clothing another time, if there had been soap. We noticed a faint musty smell in the bedrooms, as well as dust bunnies under the bed. The kitchen floor could have been cleaner. The layout and size was perfect for the four of us!
