About this villa rental
The 36-square-meter two-room apartment on the upper floor features a veranda with seating and a sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), a TV and radio, a combined living and sleeping area with a double bed, and a kitchenette with a dishwasher,
a ceramic cooktop, and a microwave. Bathroom with shower and toilet.
From the terrace in front of the house (shared use), you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the old villas built in the spa architecture style.
Pets are not allowed.
The initial supply of bed linens and towels, as well as a parking space, are not included in the total price. If needed, these can be booked for an additional fee.
This modernized, historically protected Wilhelminian-style villa is located in the glamorous heart of the seaside resort of Heringsdorf. Thanks to Villa Stock’s prime location, you can easily reach the town center, the promenade, and the Baltic Sea beach. Enjoy the cozy atmosphere in the 15 stylishly furnished apartments spread across 3 floors. Each apartment has its own unique charm, and two units can be combined if needed (max. 7 people). A coin-operated washer and dryer are available in the basement. From the terrace in front of the house, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the historic villas built in the traditional seaside resort architectural style. A parking space can be booked for an additional fee.
Since there are not enough parking spaces at the house, we rent parking spaces in the parking garage (approx. 250 m from our house).
The initial set of bed linens and towels is not included in the total price. If needed, these can be booked for an additional fee.
In the vacation apartments, you can use the Wi-Fi connection to surf the Internet or check your email on your laptop.
Pets are welcome only in apartments 1–4 for an additional fee.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 18:00, and check-out is from 08:00 to 10:00.
