Air conditioning and heating are available throughout the house. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed with two single beds and a cozy dining table. It is very close to two Metro Line A stations—Cornelia and Battistini—with the Vatican just two stops away, Spagna six stops away, and a bus route to the city center via Via Giulia. There are supermarkets, a local market, and shopping streets with all kinds of stores, as well as pharmacies, ice cream shops, and restaurants. We always provide coffee, tea, and herbal teas, chamomile tea, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and various types of sugar. We have a dishwasher, oven, very large refrigerator, toaster, kettle, and microwave. All necessary security systems are in place. There’s an outdoor area where you can enjoy an aperitif or breakfast—we always have something on hand for our guests!
