A vacation on cloud nine in a great location in the Niendorf vacation home area on the Baltic Sea, right in the middle of a nature reserve. The Baltic Sea, the beach, the promenade, and the quaint Niendorf yacht and fishing harbor are all just a few minutes’ walk away. In addition to freshly caught fish and the most delicious fish sandwiches, you’ll find various restaurants and cafés, as well as a bakery, a bike rental shop, and an adventure playground.
The Wolke 7 vacation home offers 130 square meters of contemporary luxury on one level. The high-quality furnishings, the spacious, fenced-in garden, and the stunning wellness area with a large sauna and garden access make this house truly special. There are two spacious bedrooms with double beds, TVs, garden access, and two en-suite bathrooms with showers. The sauna area is integrated into one of the bathrooms. Two extra beds and an additional bathroom with a bathtub and a built-in washer-dryer are available. The centerpiece of the house is the fully equipped, spacious kitchen with a cooking island, bar area, and direct access to the garden. The adjoining living area, with a front terrace and an open-concept sunroom, is also extremely spacious and equipped with an XXL TV and a Bluetooth sound system. Wi-Fi is, of course, available for free use. The dining area offers ample space for 6 people and can be separated from the living area by two sliding doors, providing an additional option for accommodating the extra beds.
The spacious outdoor area is furnished with patio furniture and sun loungers. Bicycles can be stored safely and dry on the property. Two parking spaces are available.
