From the east-facing loggia, you have a view of the Baltic Sea. The building does not have an elevator

In addition, the apartment is located right on the beachfront, offering a unique view of the Baltic Sea. The beach promenade not only invites you to take leisurely walks but also offers numerous viewpoints and interactive areas just waiting to be explored.

The second bedroom faces west and has an adjoining loggia. The spacious living-dining area is lavishly and tastefully furnished. Two bathrooms are available. One with a bathtub and one with a shower. The bathroom with a bathtub is equipped with a towel warmer.
