Friendly staff and helpful. Great location. Short walk to the store. Will definetly stay here again. Alot of parking spaces

A lovely stay and a convenient location.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, they were happy to answer our questions and provide anything we needed.

It was tough to get a full nights sleep on the sofa beds. They seemed a bit worn.

When I am in Santa Barbara I will be staying here again!!

Loved the staff- they were so nice. Loved the fantastic breakfast, loved having coffee all day, happy hour every afternoon walking distance to harbor and pier and State Street. The actual rooms have a very retro motel vibe but are spacious and comfortable. Shutters on the window were great for privacy which is needed with the way the motel style walkway is set up.

The photos in the listing give a different impression of what it will be like- reality is less “grand” and it is not quite at the beach- the pool is very small but we felt we had it to ourselves a lot which made up for it. Still loved staying here and highly recommend it!! But better to know what you are getting. It was expensive but the staff and the treats and breakfast were a great perk. Room was difficult to get to with several stairways. The staff did not offer to bring the luggage to the room which was odd.

No elevator and every room was at least half a staircase up. No sound proofing in rooms.

The continental breakfast was one of the worst I've seen. Not much effort in presentation. Very cramped area, and not a very good selection of items.

As we sat on the front of our room outside, we could see the people and junky apartments next door

Having to go next door for ice, having to carrie our heavy luggage to the third floor, On line advertised as a Great Breakfast, it was a continental witch included prepackaged hardboiled eggs it was OK not Great as advertised. Staff was Very Nice!

Idyllic inn with great staff just a short walk away from the restaurants of state street and the beach.

staff, breakfast simple but surprisingly good, location ,extra facilities (free bike rental, coffee, wine)

If you are not on the second floor you will hear the noices coming from upstairs (walking, tv…).

Me and my husband had a great time and planning to back next time with our kids.

Breakfast was complementary and location to the beach is perfect, only 10 minutes walking. Room was clean.

The Staff was Extremely Friendly!! They where so Kind to Upgrade our Room & also had a Bottle of Champagne 🍾 chilling for us, as They where aware we are here Celebrating Our Anniversary! The Bed was Super Comfortable! Living Room Furniture alittle dated , But Overall Enjoyed our Stay. THNX U !!

Comfortable accommodations

The afternoon snacks/beverages and morning ligjt breakfast. Great seating area indoors and outside. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Had a brief issue with the shower not draining but they sent someone right away to fix it.

started off great the day of arrival however our last 4 hours were miserable and felt like we had our privacy violated a

mickey at the front desk was nice and very informative the jacuzzi free bikes and the free wine was nice! the free champagne was very thoughtful!

i didn’t like the fact that i was disturbed at 8 AM by a (maintenace workers) not the housekeeper and asked if i was checking out however checkout wasn’t until 11 AM! after that me and my wife were trying to have romantic time but they kept disturbing us by slamming things and making lots of loud akward banging noises in both rooms that sorrounded us. made it very uncomfortable and unpleasant till the time we checked out. felt like they might had been listening to us i dont know however i left very irritated and felt like we were targeted for no apparent reason!

Excellent stay at a brilliant hotel. Would thoroughly recommend it and will revisit in the future.

The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The free use of the bikes was a fantastic touch and the breakfast and afternoon treats such as the cookies and wine was a very pleasant addition. Would definitely stay here again and certainly recommend it.

Couldn’t have asked for more. Perfect stay!

From check in to check out our experience here was fantastic. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The property is well-kept and rooms are much larger than I thought with a kitchenette included. They provide a free bottle of sparkling wine + happy hour downstairs late afternoon. Parking(free) available near the room for easy access to the car. Bikes(also free) available to get around which we did because parking can be difficult. I would highly recommend staying here!

The breakfast but I still think it’s nice they offer it. Its just not stuff I personally eat.
