We were visiting Savannah for a girls weekend and absolutely loved our stay. The apartment was right in the city and walking distance from most all shops, bars, and restaurants. It was such an easy check in/check out process and everything we needed was provided, including an abundance of towels. Such a cute, clean place. Highly recommend!!

[One small glitch: WiFi was spotty at first. Found the cable connector was not screwed into the back of the Wifi modem; worked fine after the connector was screwed in.] Would stay here again.

Centrally located with the best of what Savannah has to offer in the way of dinning, historic buildings and park squares all within a short walk. The accommodation fitted in with the surroundings providing a more authentic experience. It was also very clean and comfortable.

This property was in a fantastic location, and was very clean and had everything you needed, although with the 4 of us we were out of toilet paper by the last morning. It was hard to find the property but once we did everything was fine. Don't depend on using the pull out as a sleeping option- it's very uncomfortable and should only be used as a last resort. It was more comfortable to sleep on the couch without pulling out the bed.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was really great. The sheets and towels were fluffy and nice. We definitely would come back.

We walked 95% of the time so the parking was well used. Grocery store not too far away. Cooking equipment was a little lacking for our needs, but we made it work. The only real issue we had was the noise coming from the street and other units in the building - walls were very thin, we could hear everything. Overall, wonderful place to stay and would stay again.

Loved the rental. Location was central walking distance to pretty much everything. On-site parking was a big plus - we could drive to farther destinations without worrying about where we would park on our return. Apartment was spacious, historic, and modern at the same time. Check-in and out couldn’t have been easier. Keyless entry was so convenient and the additional deadbolts made us feel secure in a shared building downtown.

The apartment is in an excellent location and had everything we needed to make our stay special.

Location was AMAZING!!! We were able to walk to most locations quickly. The apartment is in a beautiful historic home that has been divided into several rental units. It was a bit unclear which door let us into the correct area. Once inside we discovered we had to climb a very steep set of 21 stairs - this could be problematic to some. We did not see any information about this when selecting. The preferred way to communicate with this property management company was to download an ap. I was not interested in downloading another ap onto my phone, this made it a bit more challenging but we were able to text, call and use their internet portal so it worked out ok. The first morning I found a small smear of blood on my sheets, I looked over my entire body carefully hoping to find I had a scratch or cut. It was not from me. I notified the property management.... it took them several hours to come by and change the sheets. They asked for photos - but didn't offer any sort of an apology. After all we have been through with cleanliness standards the last few years that was a bit concerning!!! The dishwasher popped open while running and I had to hold it closed the entire cycle - after it sprayed water all over the floor. The washer would start but never finished a cycle. My flight out was late in the afternoon, check out was at standard time of 11:00 am. I called to see if there was another party checking in - there was not. So I requested a late checkout. It would have been was a hefty additional amount - but only available until 1pm.

The on premises parking spot was what attracted us to this property and it did not disappoint. The location was great. It seemed like we were just an easy walk to anywhere we wanted to go, but had our car right there if we wanted to venture farther. We will definitely stay here again when we come back! Lucky Savannah provided great communication and was available for any help we needed.

The washer and dryer was not listed and the Keurig was not listed. I would have brought both laundry sundries and K-cups had I known. Overall, I would stay again without hesitation.

Many places are within easy walking distance, and the two parking places made a perfect situation even better. The remodeled older home is well done, well appointed with new appliances, and has an awesome floor plan. We would definitely rent this home again.

Many places are within easy walking distance, and the two parking places made a perfect situation even better. The remodeled older home is well done, well appointed with new appliances, and has an awesome floor plan. We would definitely rent this home again.
