The apartment was clean and cozy, a perfect place for my husband and I to stay on our visit to Rome. Many of the must-see landmarks like the Colosseum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain were within walking distance and there are many great restaurants, shops and gelato along the way. Lucia was a great hostess and helped us book a taxi to Vatican City and checked-in to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was clean, cozy and quiet and provided a comfortable place to rest and recharge after a full day of sightseeing. I would highly recommend this location for your stay in Rome.

This apartment was perfect for our short stay in Rome. Very clean and well stocked with paper supplies, soap, towels, etc. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pictures showed in listing are exactly what apartment looked like....no surprises. Great location.....walking distance to many sites in the city. A lot of restaurants and stores nearby, including a grocery store. Campo di Fiori market very close for daily fresh fruits and vegetables. Lucia was a wonderful host...great communication before and during our stay. She provided coffee, tea, bottled water and many snacks upon arrival. She was very responsive and helpful with our requests for information and/or assistance. I would highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Rome.

This location was very convenient to a number of major sites. Lucia was very helpful in getting us checked in, giving clear instructions on the idiosyncrasies of the place. We would stay here again. Check out Roscioli's around the corner.

My sister, niece and I were met by the owner after a long flight from the United States. Her warm demeanor and explanation of her property was very much appreciated. This property was in walking distance of many sights, Trevia Fountain, the Spanish Steps, wonderful restaurants and shops. The apartment is clean, beautiful and compact. We very much enjoyed our stay.

This apartment was perfect for my husband and I to spend 4 days in Rome. Lucia, the host, is wonderful.
Lucia arranged for us transport from the airport which made everything so easy. She met us on arrival and allowed us to store our bags (it was very early after a red eye) until the apartment was ready. This was really appreciated and took all stress out of our arrival day.
The apartment was clean and well equipment, exactly as advertised. Lucia reviewed everything and was available for all questions during our stay.
The location is perfect, we could walk everywhere and is near some great restaurants.
I highly recommend staying here.

The property presents as advertised. A few steps to Campo di Fiori and walkable sights in historic Rome. A truly special location.
The kitchen is compact but very well equipped. The bed is large and (as is often typical in Italy) very firm.
The host, Lucia, was particularly attentive and helpful. We would fully recommend.

I was in Rome for four days, it was very hot and busy. While located close to the Campo di fiori, a fun and lively spot, Parione is tucked away on a quiet street. I found the apartment quiet, comfortable and cool. It was a welcome escape at the end of long days walking the city.
The apartment, including the bathroom, is modern, new, and well equipped. I really appreciate that Lucia provides some supplies such as soap, jam and coffee. That shes does not throw out the olive oil left behind by previous occupants.
Lucia was very accommodating about the check-in schedule. When I had a small issue with the plumbing she was very quick to get it resolved completely, even though she was on vacation.
I will definitely stay with Lucia when i am back in Rome.

We had a great time at this apartment I’m the heart of beautiful Rome. The apartment was clean and well done up and had everything we needed including a washer. Our host Lucia was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. She helped book our airport taxis, and also let us in early to the apartment since we had an overnight flight and landed very early in Rome on our way in. It was so super nice of her! She was also so responsive and helpful to us. The best thing about this apartment though is it’s location! It is right in the middle of everything but yet it is on a quiet street so that once you are in the apartment you have peace and quiet. But once you get out, you have super easy access to everything. We walked to most places starting with the Pantheon! You can literally walk to most things you want to see. If not, super convenient buses are available at high frequency just minutes from the apartment. We were so glad that we chose this apartment, just the location itself was worth everything. Bakeries and restaurants are literally minutes away. We had a great stay and enjoyed this beautiful city and made some amazing memories! Thank you!

We were first time travelers to Italy and to the Vrbo experience. Lucia couldn’t have made it any easier. She was an outstanding host. From arranging our taxis to and from Rome airport, to actually being on-site to greet us and provide us with keys she could not have been a better host. The apartment is just what we needed to use as a base to sleep and shower and plan out our three days in Rome. The location sits right on top of the Campo di Fiori open market and is centrally located to walk to ALL of the main Rome attractions within 15-30 minutes. Exploring Rome on foot is the way to go and this was an excellent spot to do it from. The apartment was also very secure with a double locked, private entrance. Lucia kept in touch with me in the months leading up to the trip and was always prompt in responding to any messages I sent through Vrbo. Highly recommend Lucia as a host and this as a stay.

Our host, Lucia was outstanding. A pleasure meeting her and appreciate all her help from checking in , explaining all the ins/ outs of the apartment and area. She even arranged for a private car too take us to the airport upon checking out. This apartment is a perfect getaway for a couple looking for the convenience of walking to the major sites and all the things Rome has to offer. It’s super . Lucia has an eye for detail and left us with breakfast items, drinkable, and even one hard candies.
If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay and enjoy the ambiance of the historical city you must consider this one and did we mention it is on the ground floor?

Lucia’s apartment was a delightful stay for us with the location providing easy access to numerous landmark attractions. We walked to the the Vatican, Colosseum, Jewish Quarter, Trevi Fountain etc plus had some excellent restaurants nearby. Lucia was a gracious and helpful host who provided timely information and assistance. Greatly enjoyed our stay.

The central location is just the icing on the cake for this apartment . Charming Lucia met us to show the apartment to us. The daily out door market (food/shopping) and many restaurants are steps away! Lucia has arranged everything efficiently, comfortably and with style- my husband and I were very happy. We slept well, ate well and easily found our way around Rome. Lucia was in touch and very helpful when needed. When we return to Rome we hope to stay with Lucia again.

This apartment is delightful. The location is tremendous and within walking distance to most areas of the city. We loved the Campo de Fiori center enjoying fresh juices fruits shops and restaurants. There is a market in the center for everyday needs. We walked to the Vatican, Coliseum, Pantheon and Trevor fountain among others. We have stayed in Rome several times but this was our favorite. We cannot say enough about our hostess Lucia. She was there to greet us, to say goodbye and coordinated all of our transportation. She was kind, gracious and was available at all times. We will return to this gem. Thank you Lucia for a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful stay in Rome at Lucia’s flat. Lucia did a wonderful job communicating with us prior to our arrival and an excellent job explaining everything in the apartment on arrival. So worked very hard to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The location was excellent with many of the major sites easily walkable. It was a fantastic first stop on our first trip to Italy. Thank you, Lucia!

Lucia is a gracious and welcoming host. The apartment is central, clean, and stylish. It would be hard to imagine a better location if you’re seeing a bunch of sites, going for walks, and want a place with good food nearby. It’s right near the Piazza Navona, and walkable to Trastevere, the Pantheon, etc. It was a half hour or so walk to the Vatican and also to the Colosseum. The fish restaurant ten steps across the street was excellent. Lucia met us personally to explain the ins and outs and help with answers. She answered emails quickly. The artistic touches inside are lovely.

We couldn’t ask for a better apt for a week stay. As other reviews stated, it is in a perfect location for everything. Lucia went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed, including coffee, treats, soap, lots of towels. It was roomy for the 2 of us, my daughter sleeping on the futon. I did step off of the step inside the door, so we had to put the lantern in front so I wouldn’t miss the step again, so just beware if you are prone to doing a misstep! This is where we will stay again when we return to the wonderful city of Rome!

It was walking distance to many of the highlights in Rome. It was extremely clean and had everything you would need. The host stayed in communication and gave us tips to make our stay memorable

The first thing that needs to be mentioned is the location of this property. It is adjacent to the Campo De Fiori, a famous square known for its market, cafes, and restaurants. A two minute walk puts you in the midst of many options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is really centrally located and is an easy walk to all the major sites as well as the beautiful neighborhood of Trastevere right across the river. I don't think we walked more than 20 minutes to any point of interest in Rome from this apartment. The host Lucia took a personal interest in our stay and was very helpful in introducing us to the apartment and neighborhood. The apartment was very clean and it was clear that it was professionally maintained with fresh towels and other amenities. Our party was two adults and two children and we functioned fabulously in the accommodations. We appreciated Lucia setting up transportation to and from the airport with an appropriate sized car for our needs. Staying at this apartment made our time in Rome extra special and we cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Lucia,
Your property was in the perfect location. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, even major attractions in the city center. When we can back to the apartment however we felt like we were getting away from the crowds and on a nice quiet street. The bakery, gelato, shopping, and restaurants near by were all amazing!
Grazie Mille,

This property is what every couple needs when they stay in Rome. We were able to easily walk to everything we wanted to see and experience. Surrounded by several great spots to eat and shops as well so no need to walk far to get what you need.
Inside, the accommodations were comfortable and for a small space there was so much well thought of accommodations. Plenary of closet space and hangers that I appreciated! Bed was comfortable and bathroom large. Only minor complaint is the shower is fairly small, which was no issue for us but a larger person may struggle with the space. But couldn’t recommend this place more for your stay.
Lastly, the host was great! She met us at check in to show us all the nooks of the house and how to truly enjoy the space. She communicated from the time we booked through the duration of the stay to ensure our stay was wonderful.

This was the most ideal stay for our duration in Rome! Lucia could not have been a better host. She was incredibly helpful not only with the apartment but also with questions we had about Italy, travel, and more. The location and neighborhood are PERFECT. You’re central to everything, but it is totally quiet. You can’t believe how quiet it is and how you can walk absolutely everywhere in Rome in under 30 minutes. When we come back, we’ll definitely stay here again. Grazie di tutto, Lucia!!

Tucked away in Campo di Fiore is this lovely apartment with all the right amenities. Very clean and modern with everything I needed for my 4 night stay. I was solo traveling and felt safe and at ease in the home and neighborhood.
Communication with Lucia was great from the start and her details and texts made my time in Rome perfect. She even arranged a ride to airport for me on departure date.

Fantastic choice for Rome!
We truly had a great stay at the property. Our host(Lucia) was very nice and helpful in answering questions. Property location is perfect as every landmark is within 20 minutes of walking. Very comfortable stay for up to four people. The shower, the kitchen, the air conditioning works really well. Would be happy to go back to this property again.

Oasis in Rome
Our stay in Lucia's beautiful apartment in Rome was perfection! It was centrally located to all of our destinations. Lucia greeted us with all the information we needed with warmth and grace. It was clean and beautifully appointed with lovely art. The bed was very comfortable and the space was quiet and cool. It is on the first floor with well guarded windows in a friendly neighborhood. We were steps away from a convenience store and an excellent bakery. We enjoyed our time there immensely and found Lucia's home so comforting at the end of our long touring days. The kitchen was well equipped and the AC and plumbing worked well. We could not have been more pleased with our selection. Do not hesitate. It was lovely.

We rented Lucia's apartment for eight days in May 2022. The pluses are: 1) great location, you can walk to most of the major sights, 2) the apartment is well laid out and is on the ground floor - - no stairs! 3) it is quiet, virtually no street noise, 4) Lucia is terrific. She responds to questions, etc quickly and nothing is too much trouble, and, 5) did I mention that the windows have screens! Anyone who has rented apartments/houses in Europe knows how unusual it is to find screens on the windows. Other pluses - - lots of hot water and great water pressure in the shower, those stone walls keep the apartment cool without having to use the air conditioning, very comfortable bed along with the living room sofa (we only used the sofa to sit on not as a bed), plenty of storage for clothes and luggage, and excellent wifi.
The sofa bed is at least queen size so that two people could comfortably sleep in it. However, it is not a big apartment and I would say that three people could be fairly comfortable in it for a few days. Four people could do it for 2 or 3 days - - maybe longer if all you did was sleep and shower.
No real minuses. Would certainly rent it again. Lucia is the perfect host!

The best location which made all of Rome walkable. The apartment was very comfortable and our landlady was very helpful in many ways and especially getting the COVID test so we could fly back to the US. We highly recommend this property.

Magnifica
Lucia was an amazing property host. She was there to greet us when we arrived and give us a walk through of her property. First of all it is important to note she decorated the property herself and has excellent taste. She also was always quick to reply to any questions we may have during our stay. The property itself was in a great location close enough to walk to any of the attractions but yet not in an area where you hear a lot of noise. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family for the location and the cleanliness. Thank you Lucia for all assistance and arranging a private driver to the airport. You are magnifica. Ciao for now.
