My husband and I (both 70+) spent 3 wonderful weeks here and we will never forget our stay. This is an authentic, characteristic, charming apartment right in the heart of the center of Roma, a quiet and restful refuge to return to after sightseeing. The home is spacious, clean, very comfortable, and full of interesting antiques and kitsch. The heating was automatic and perfect. Good shower, strong water pressure, we never ran out of hot water. The washing machine functioned well. Great wi-fi, cable TV and CD player with a huge selection of CDs. The kitchen is compact but stocked well with all necessary implements. Bedroom is dark and quiet. The wardrobe is huge and easily stored our clothing and travel gear. There are 17 stone steps into the apartment. If you have mobility issues, as my husband does, this is a consideration. However, the banister is strong and by paying attention and going slowly, we had no issues. Pina, the housekeeper, was very kind and available. Thank you for an outstanding and memorable holiday in the Eternal City!

My wife and I chose wisely! What a wonderful stay for a month in Rome (November 8 through December 7). It is all about the location! This apartment is steps away from restaurants and mercatos. Also shopping for anything you might desire. It has easy access from the street with only one flight of stairs. For a couple, there is ample space to move about and I cooked at least one meal a day in the kitchen which was equipped with adequate supplies for making any meal you might have in mind. The bed was very comfy and having a washing machine was a big reason we chose this apartment for our extended stay. Communication was excellent with our hosts and they arranged to pick us up from the airport and then have a taxi take us back....door to door service! Very quiet as we had the windows closed most of the time due to the cool weather. Heating was very welcome. We highly recommend this apartment as everything was seamless for our month long trip.

Definitely a great location. A little disappointed that the tub was not working but the shower kind of worked. If you venture to Campo De Fiori go to Baccanale and tell them Gennaro sent you. Should we return we will book again

This place was located on a side street just minutes from great restaurants and and easy walk to main attractions, including Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain. It felt like a home away from home. The pull out was super comfortable for our teen girls and the place itself is much bigger than it appears on-line. A cab ride to the Vatican was less than 7 euros and everything else we walked to. We were met by a lovely housekeeper who made the check-in process so easy and a cab was arranged to take us to the airport. The place is on the darker side because of the lighting, but we liked that after long days in the hot sun. If you are looking to stay in a place that has history, charm and feels like Italy then this place is for you.

The most beautiful and quirky property I have ever stayed in. It is located in a side street, around the corner from Campo Di Fiori- perfect location for restaurants. We walked from here to everywhere, the Vatican- 30 mins, The Pantheon and Colosseum, Spanish Steps, the area of Piazza Navona and Trastevere (all 10 mins) We were met by Pina, the owners mother, who was an absolute delight, the property was so clean and comfortable and had literally everything you could need and more for a stay in Rome.

Absolutely stunning with every little detail needed and comfort of home. Has full CD collection which I throughly enjoyed playing in the mornings! Also has a tv. Secure and safe, perfect location for walking the city and sights. Many great restaurants within reach and such a lovely family that runs the house. Very flexible with check in/out and great communication. Such and experience you won’t want to leave! Shower was a treat. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Don’t miss Roscioli’s on the street behind for great food to go.

My wife & I absolutely LOVED our stay here. It was our 1st time to Rome & the location was perfect. Communication was absolutely fantistic. If i want to find something to complain about ( I usually do) it's that we were worn out from walking when we left. We could not have picked a better place to stay for our time in Rome. Centrally located and within walking distance to almost every single thing. Fabio was SUPER responsive to all of my questions, and Pina (housekeeper) and Francesca (her daughter) were so super friendly, fun and helpful. We spent two days midweek in Florence, but coming back to this apartment felt like coming home. I would recommend this rental to absolutely anyone who wants the best possible authentic experience in Rome. I cannot thank Fabio and his family and staff enough. We will DEFINITELY be coming back and staying here again!!!

This was our first trip to Rome and I can’t imagine a better place to have stayed. The apartment is so charming and located just steps away from every monument and site you could possibly want to visit in the heart of Rome. We really appreciated the way we were taken care of - with transport arranged for us to and from the airport, and quick responses to any questions we had. I would recommend this lovely apartment to anyone visiting Rome, and will certainly be staying again on our next trip!

The apartment is very spacious with everything needed for an extended stay. In the perfect location; less than a 5 minute walk to the Campo de' Fiori street market, 10 minute walk to the Pantheon, and 20 minutes to either the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, or Vatican City.

I was looking for a place that made me feel like I was living in Italy instead of just visiting. I was also looking for a place that was central to all the sites I wanted to see. This place was perfect for both the things I was looking for! Not only was the home central to what I wanted to see, it was also located within short walking distance from several wonderful restaurants. This place was just perfect for our stay.

What a wonderful start to our Italian holiday! Such a beautiful apartment, in a great location, with everything we could ask for in a private apartment in the centre of Rome. Having our own entrance was amazing, no neighbours to share. The bed was comfy, the shower was hot, the sheets were clean, and the fridge was cold. The apartment even had a washing machine to do a quick load before we left. Leaving the windows and doors open allowed for a wonderful breeze, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. So blessed to have found this gem, thank you so much for allowing us to stay and enjoy!

The outside made me question that we were in the correct place but the location was great. Around the corner from greatest pizza place Riscioli’s and close to campo di forno and the Pantheon and piazza Neovona. The place is comfortable but could have done without all the deco clutter.

My husband and I stayed in this lovely apartment for three nights before catching a cruise out of Civitavecchia. The location was perfect for our needs. It’s a bit off the beaten path but with access to an abundance of restaurants, cafes, and gelaterias. It is very near the Pantheon and Colosseum. Taxi stand a block away to catch a ride to sites farther out. The place was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Fabio communicated well and promptly. We both would wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful apartment for a visit to Rome and hope to return in the future.

We enjoyed our stay greatly! All that we needed was there and the location was perfect! We walked the shorter distances to all of the local historic attractions and found great food in Trestaverte and loved the small narrow streets that come alive at night!
