Nestled in Rome, this attractive condo for £122 per night is a great option for your next trip. The apartment is in the middle of Rome's historical center with all main seesights at WALK DISTANCES. The flat is surrounded by St. Peter's, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Castel Sant'Angelo, the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, the Forum, the Capitol... and with Trastevere just on the other bank of the Tiber. This little apartment is the perfect place for two people who want to experience the feel of Rome. Walking distance to the big attractions but also in the midst of authentic Roman life, shops, cafes, bars. Owner arranged a ride to the airport for us. The only bad part was having to leave. We highly recommend this charming home west from home.

Very well located a short walk from the Campo dei Fiori, Sonia’s cozy ground floor apartment was perfect for our last days in Italy. It has easy access to all the best Roman sites, so that we could stroll from the campo to the Piazza Novona and over to the Pantheon to shop or choose from hundreds of dining options. We would definitely stay there again!

We loved the apartment. It was in a very good location and within walking distance to many of the attractions and restaurants. It is an older place but that is the beauty of it. Especially in Rome. The important things were that the bed was very comfortable and we felt very safe in the area. Uncle Franco met us when we arrived and gave us a walking tour of the area and the day we left he came again and waited with us until our taxi came. I would recommend this apartment if you are visiting Rome.

Nice clean place. Very nice hosts. Our main problem: rooms are adjoining. Bathroom is adjoining with bigger bedroom which serves also as a dining room. My adult granddaughter and me had no privacy. Apartment has just one little mirror in the bathroom. Keys to the apartment are very difficult to operate. I have mixed feelings about the place.

This was just right for me and my husband and our couple of days in Rome! The location was great and the bed was comfortable. We also appreciated their patience with our late arrival due to our lost luggage. Thanks!

Wow! We were greeted by Franco, the sweetest man around, he showed us around the neighborhood and told all the particulars regarding the apt. This apt is so close to so many wonderful historical sites. We would stay here again for sure!

Property needs complete revamp. Kitchen in dark and not usefull. Plumbing in shower needs attention as you stand in ankle deep water, and bedding on double bed had blood stains. Uncle Franko helpfull on geeting no sign of Sonia the host. Day of check out Uncle Franko just walked in using his key. No knocking or ringing the bell. Location is the best part of the apartment

This little apartment is a little gem. It is located a few steps from Campo dei Fiori, and it is very clean, quiet and safe. The booking was seamless with Sonia very quick to answer any questions I had. Check in was on time and very quick. Franco was very kind to accommodate us and provide us with all the info we needed.
I highly recommend this little spot and we will certainly be back.

Uncle Franco met us at the property, full of how to use everything in the condo, restaurant tips, taxi info etc. Sonia was very helpful in arranging a car to take us to the airport. The location was great- really close to Campo Fiore, Piazza Navona. Grazie!

This lovely appartment in the historical centre of Rome is the best place to stay when you want to explore the city. All major highlights are well within walking distance, while the appartment itself is quiet and comfortable (and Not expensive at all!). Sonia was very communicative and kind, answering all our questions quickly and even arranging taxi’s to and from the airport for us. We loved Staying here and would recommend it highly to anyone! Flat on a very scenic street...flat like it gave us an authentic experience. Perfect size for our family of 3. Uncle Franco gave us a quick tour of the block as he was checking us in. Stovetop with utensils and coffee maker was perfect for a wakeup to get us back to touring.

This is a very unique place. It felt very authentic to Roman life. It was also in the perfect location - away from the tourist traps but still close enough to walk to everything. It was impeccably clean. We will stay here again if we ever make it back to Rome!

Really enjoyed our stay here, Sonia was very communicative and the property was really good. I will warn that it has low ceilings, so taller people may need to duck. My only issue (and it's a very minor one) is the shower head is in desperate need of replacement, it sort of goes in random directions.
Other than that, the property was perfect; would rent again.

Myself and my husband stayed in this apartment for 7 days. The location of this place is amazing, walking distance to many historical monuments and off course the market Campo de' Fiori. The apartment has everything you need, it is an old style Italian apartment. The host Sonia is wonderful, very helpful, she even helped me with the transportation from and to the airport.

The apartment is in the thick of everything you would like to do in Rome- it’s a 600 year old building and cobblestone neighborhood- very charming.
I think the kitchen could be better supplied. Specially for arrival of international guests.

It was lovely meeting Pepe Meocci upon check in and communication with his daughter Sonia prior to arriving was efficient. She provided us with any information I asked for and arranged our ride from the airport. Pepe was delightful and he told us all about the area, how to get around and general tips. The location was FANTASTIC; quiet yet central. We had a wonderful stay, would definitely stay here again.

This apartment had everything we needed. The check in and check out process was easy. The host was very helpful in giving recommendations for eating and shopping, and took the time to make sure we knew how to work the door, use the washing machine etc. The apartment was close enough to everything we wanted to see and do that we could walk or take a short cab ride if we had less energy. There are so many great places to shop and eat close by too. I was travelling with 2 teenagers and they were glad to have their own space to sleep and hang out. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

Only 200m away from Campo de' Fiori, but in an absolute quiet street. No noises at night or in the early morning. All the great sites in walking distance: Piazza Navona 5 minutes, Pantheon or Trastevere 10 minutes, Vatican or Corso 15 minutes and the Fora and Colosseum in 15/ 20 minutes. Bus stop really near and if you have to com by car... Parking Via Giulia is out ZTL, save and only 5 minutes (with luggage) walking.
Communication with the hosts and the legendary Uncle Franco was both accurate and warm. We highly recommend this apartment and thank you for having us.

Wonderful apartment
From the moment I booked the apartment to the moment we closed the door on our last day everything was perfect! Communication from our host was top notch.
Location was amazing 5-30minute walk to all the major sites. Steps away from Campo Di Fiori. Lovely open market and a plethora of restaurants and gelato shop (this was a huge plus for my 13 year old he had to have one every night)
The apartment itself was wonderful and suited our needs for the 4 day stay. Clean, had everything we needed including a combination washer/dryer which was nice to have after a 10 day cruise. When I visit Rome again I hope this apartment will be available.

Best location for first-time tourists in Rome
The apartment is cozy and close to all must-see places within walking distance, and plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and stores nearby. It cannot be more convenient than this. Our host Franco greeted us when we arrive. He gave us a detailed orientation of the apartment and the neighborhood, which was very helpful for us as this is our first time in Rome. During our stay, Sonia responded to our messages within minutes when we have any questions. We had a great time there. Strongly recommended.

Sonja and Franco’s flat was so charming. We felt very comfortable there and loved how close it was to the piazza. Franco took great care of us during check-in and even walked us down the street to point out places to eat. You have to walk to Osteria da Fortunata for dinner. Best meal we had while in Rome!

Sonja and Franco’s flat was so charming. We felt very comfortable there and loved how close it was to the piazza. Franco took great care of us during check-in and even walked us down the street to point out places to eat. You have to walk to Osteria da Fortunata for dinner. Best meal we had while in Rome!
