Property was clean and located in a great part of town. Only downside is that the two rooms in the basement are a little small if you plan on two people in each room. Otherwise it was a great stay! Shari was a great host!

Great location, nice hot tub, the unit is really equipped for cooking, however the property is a little dated. We still had a great time and there was room for all!

We were a group of 4 couples and this property fit the bill perfectly, 4 bedrooms each with king bed and ensuite bathroom. Location was excellent.. A short walk to the Aspen mountain gondola and walking distance to everything in the town of Aspen. Shari was easy to get in touch with and replied to all our questions quickly. Would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous, updated property in fantastic location
This place was beautiful! The two upstairs rooms in particular felt quite luxurious, but also the basement rooms were quite comfortable. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, all of which were very comfortable and clean. The common areas were extremely clean, comfortable and well stocked. We had a family reunion for my mom’s birthday and she absolutely loved it. We loved the proximity to downtown and the ease of hopping the Aspen gondola for some nature walks. We also went to nearby snowmass, which was an easy drive. The owner was very responsive and helped coordinate street parking for an additional car we had. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Nice place to stay.
Great spot with five bathrooms and four private bedrooms so everyone has thier own space. Location is a very short walk to the gondola, shopping and restaurants. The unit has virtually everything you may need and is very comfortable. Can't go wrong especially if you're traveling with friends or other couples.

Fabulous Place
We had the best time and Shari was absolutely awesome on all fronts. You won’t find a more convenient and nicer place for the money. We rented a car and never used it because this place is so centrally located. The house is well stocked with all amenities. The shared hot tub was great. The ski lockers could have been a little bigger for our group. We were a group of 8 with 6 boarders and 2 skiers so storage was tight. We did have a little slow drainage issue with one of the bathroom sinks, but otherwise no major problems. Thank you SHARI!!!!!!!

My family and I stayed at this beautiful townhouse at the bottom of Ajax ski mountain, perfectly situated in the town of Aspen-within easy walking distance to everything that Aspen has to offer, while also on a quiet street!
The open living space with it's big, comfortable couch and other seating options, fireplace, large TV, throws and pillows was perfect for all family and friends gatherings! There is also a big dining table with ample seating. The kitchen is fully stocked with all high end appliances, and a multitude of cooking and serving options! There is also a powder room on main level.
There are four private bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, also all fully stocked with amenities and soft and fluffy towels!
There is a high end washer and dryer with laundry detergent, etc. Every detail has been taken care of, and there are labels to eliminate any question of how lights, and TV etc.work!
The owner was a joy and pleasure to deal with, answering any questions quickly as well as providing many tips and ideas for things to do in Aspen.
The complex is small, so we pretty much had the hot tub and pool right around the corner from the unit, to ourselves. There is plenty of parking, and we were given a parking pass for the complex as well as around town. I absolutely, with out a doubt, highly recommend this owner, and townhouse in Aspen! We are already looking forward to planning our next stay!!!

My family and I stayed at this beautiful townhouse at the bottom of Ajax ski mountain, perfectly situated in the town of Aspen-within easy walking distance to everything that Aspen has to offer, while also on a quiet street!

If you have a group going to Aspen this house is a much better alternative to booking 4 rooms at an expensive hotel. Our team gathered in the mornings and evenings in the family room and kitchen and that made us feel very much at home

Better than St Regis if you have more than 2 in your group
If you have a group going to Aspen this house is a much better alternative to booking 4 rooms at an expensive hotel. Our team gathered in the mornings and evenings in the family room and kitchen and that made us feel very much at home

In Aspen to see one of our college aged children who is working at The Little Nell for the summer. Perfect location, description accurate, welcome bottle of wine lovely, nice follow up from Shari when we thought that we had left two items behind.
Best part? The beds! Everyone in our group commented on how comfy the beds are.

Townhouse was in an old complex surrounded by newer and nicer facilities. While the location and the four bedrooms were a plus, the den was small, the furnishings were well worn and there was no view. Overall it was a nice townhouse but considering the price we were expecting more. I would like to hire the photographer who took the photos to take mine!! They made it look 10 years younger and prettier than it actually was!

Loved this property! What was supposed to be a girls trip, turned into a couples getaway. The 4 bedrooms all with private bathrooms, was perfect for our group. The large dining table sat us all perfectly to play games late into the night. Will definitely rent again!

Great Retreat
The location was amazing. The size was perfect for the 7 of us. Shari was amazing with communication. Even checked on us to make sure we were ok when we had to leave early.

Amazing Location
Second time I have stayed at Shari’s place and it was just as memorable as the first time. Location in Aspen is excellent as you are close to the bus stop to go to other mountains and 3 minutes from Silverqueen and AJAX. Also close to everywhere in Aspen. Great time and Shari is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

I stayed at Alpenbick 20 for roughly a week and during that time had poor internet, a broken fireplace, and no hot water or heat for a couple days.While the lack of hot water and heat was due to a tampering with city gas lines and affected all the residences in the area, the way management handled it was awful. I never received any kind of refund, and was paying a thousand dollars a day for a place without basic necessities like hot water or heat. There is no doubt in my mind that if I were staying in one of the nearby hotels I would have been partially refunded for the disturbance. It doesn't make sense to spend so much to stay in a place like this and not be covered if something were to go wrong. Why waste your money staying here, when you could stay at one of the great hotels nearby and have the peace of mind that if something were to go wrong you would at least be treated fairly? Management sent over support, but in reality the support did nothing. He came to fix the broken fireplace - the fireplace was never fixed. He looked at the internet router - we had to use another network for the duration of our stay. He relit the boiler when the gas lines were turned back on - I still had to call the Gas Company and get two other opinions because the entire house smelled like gas and I was worried for the safety of my family because he was unable to explain it or tell me if it were dangerous or not. It is unlikely that you (the next guest) would face a similar problem, but why even risk it? Would you want to spend this kind of money only to potentially have a problem and not be treated appropriately? Probably not. The space is nice and close to the mountain, but for what you are paying it's not worth the possibility of something going astray and you being left with a huge bill for a mediocre experience. Go with the safe option and choose a nearby hotel - you'll thank me if you run into any kind of macro issue and the hotel is able to cover you.

This townhome in Alpenblick is wonderful! Location cant be beaten. Shari had everything we needed for our weeks stay. Home was cozy with plenty of kitchen supplies to cook. Short walk to buses, restaurants, gondola on Aspen mountain. Beds were very comfortable. Would stay again! Thanks Shari!

We really enjoyed our stay in #20 Alpenblik. The unit was a good size and very well stocked and equipped. It was perfect for my wife and I , our 3 daughters in their 20s and our son in law. So, 6 adults but it would be too crowded if we had more - the living room space on the ground floor could not comfortably fit more. Alternatively, this would be fine for two couples with young children.
