Our family of 4 loved staying here. Just a couple minutes walk to the lifts make it easy to take breaks in the condo throughout the day. Very clean and quiet corner unit with big windows to watch the snow. We appreciated being able to bring our dog with us. We will be back again soon!

This property is footsteps away from the lifts! The property itself isn’t the cleanest place we’ve stayed… having dirty dishes in the cupboards, cobwebs hanging from the dining room lights, dusty areas specifically the glass dining room shelves and glasses and the carpeting is stained and ripped throughout. The WiFi is horrible and the main living room television goes in and out. It was overall an ok stay.

Roomy and clean condo, well stocked kitchen and paper goods. Two windows found boarded at checkin because of snow build up all the way up against window. Stuck in condo for two days due to storm. 1 day without power and 2 days no internet/WiFi. Would have been nice to have games in condo. Mgt company responsive to requests for updates, but no offer to credit due to 2/4 day inconvenience. Overall would recommend.

The property itself is fine but a little dated. Pretty typical for much of the mammoth condo housing stock. This condo is privately owned and managed through a property management company. Their setup and management is great. However, the condo has an HOA with a on-site manager that is mean and disrespectful. I think he resents having renters in the units or something. In any case there are signs everywhere instructing you to about what you can’t do or the police will be called and you will be fined. We parked in the wrong spot for a period of time while unloading and left a note with a phone number, he was just plain rude and unsettling. Avoid if you can.

It was very dated! Some of the windows were broken and did not work. Some of the blinds also did not work. The Wi-Fi was the worst, spotty at best! Kitchen poorly equipped. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and very outdated. Location is great, but not worth the stay.

Wanted a warm and cozy condo for our families Christmas getaway and this condo was perfect. Beautiful snowy views from their windows. Warm and inviting living room with beautiful fireplace. Walking distance to Canyon Lodge. Kitchen was not stocked as fully as we hoped but we got creative. Overall it was perfect and we had a wonderful time. Next time we come we will be checking its availability first!!!

The place is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Roomy with comfortable beds. Close to the canyon lodge lift, but note it’s a little uphill and then downhill walk to the lift. Overall not bad, but kind of annoying after a long day of skiing when you’re tired. It is dated, the tv would freeze up often, and the fridge ice maker and water spicket were broken. Overall, large roomy and well located spot for the price. Would stay again!

Great summer getaway
The condo and location was great- easy access to the mountain and town. The condo itself was lovely. We brought our mountain bikes and our dogs. There were some challenges safely storing the bikes but we managed. We enjoyed our stay and took advantage of many of the area activities. We will be back.

Great Ski Week
Just as advertised. Clean and convenient. My kids enjoyed the fun sledding area right outside the unit, and walkable to Canyon Lodge.
The king bed has seen better days but manageable.

Walking distance to canyon lodge for snowboarders
The walk to canyon lodge was short but not for ski boots. We did utilize the village gondola at canyon lodge twice which was nice. Being surrounded by snow that you could see through large windows on the lower floor was beautiful. The property was clean minus the 2 spas that left room for improvement; one was not running and the other was so overly treated with chemicals that it made it unbearable to sit in it. My only other minus was being on floor 1; the ceilings are thin so we did hear everything once guest checked in to the unit above us. For a group of snowboarding friends I think this place would be perfect as they could walk to the lifts and wouldn't mind the noise above waking their toddler.

We enjoyed our stay at the Silver Bear condo. Pictures matched exactly so we knew what to expect. Large, spacious condo! Great for two couples or family of 4. Loved how close it was to Canyon Lodge and the lifts. Enclosed garage was a plus! Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here. Our family of 4 had more than enough room. The unit was quiet and we were walking distance to Canyon Lodge. Would stay here again for sure! Minor issue - we lost internet for about a day (didnt seem like it was any fault of the owners but something to be aware of in Mammoth)

Had trouble getting into the unit. The ten digit access code is too much and didn't work , had to be changed. The garage door opener didn't work so we had to open and close inside the garage. When my son had to park the car to go into the garage to open the door, a man who I guess works there gave him a hard time. The list of check out items is ridiculously long.

Great for a family trip to Mammoth
The property was fantastic, well kept, clean, no odors, comfortable beds and warm bedding. Great location, central to everything you would want or need in Mammoth. Guest bedroom only had 2 “full” size beds instead of 3 as shown in the picture, but our fifth person slept on the couch in front of the fireplace, there is also a queen sized pull out in the living room that could comfortably sleep one, or one adult and one small child. Great roomy condo, everyone has a door to close for privacy and space to have some room for themselves. I would not suggest for more than 4 adults and two kids, max, due to the arrangement of the beds. Would suggest requesting an extra cooking pot (or two), there was only one in the kitchen when we were there, we made due but another pot would have been ideal.

We couldn't get the air conditioner to work, but when we opened the large windows in the afternoon, the breeze cooled off the room. Great condo for a great price! The property outside of the condo had some maintenance going on that was not labeled at all (remove carpet on stairs so nails were poking out, hot tub closed off, chemicals on areas of the grounds) but absolutely no complaints with the condo itself! Great location and nice size.

Quick getaway
The property was very safe and clean. Somewhat outdated, but very spacious. Was about a 5 minute walk to the lifts. My family enjoyed the condo and would stay in this unit again.

This property is absolutely beautiful. We loved the big windows in the living room and we enjoyed the beautiful view.
We didn't like that ALL the closets were full with the owners stuff. There is no space to put or hang your own clothes.
