Great option if you are working at the congress & exhibition centre.

The flat is lovely, very fresh and clean with a nice view of the river. It is only five minutes' walk from the congress & exhibition centre so perfect if that is your reason for being in Lisbon. The host is excellent.

Perfect place for a family to discover Lisbon

Spacious, functional duplex apartment. Spotless clean. Well located, free parking in front. Nice views over the Tagus river

With open windows, the noise of the nearby bridge and the incoming airplanes is noticeable. With windows closed it's perfectly OK!

Fun, enjoyable, and comfortable appartment.

My wife and I stayed 4 nights. The atmosphere of the house and the surrounding environment is comfortable. Patricia, the owner of the apartment, served and helped us to the best of her ability. Our stay was very enjoyable.

Ther's almost nothing I don't like from this appartment.

A wonderful stay

The apt is amazing, very comfortable and ready to have a wonderful stay. It's a big apt, everything clear and organized. It's near the LX market and good small places to eat.

The stairs is not very accessible for elderly people, but for me was ok and the host was extremely kind and helpful with us. She helped to enter with our luggage 😊🙏🏼

it was a lovely stay in a quiet neighborhood with all the local shopping necessary for a good stay.

The owner was extremely accommodating even when we arrived much later than expected. I was actually moving with my elderly father, had 17 bags and she helped my father and me move everything into the apartment. I can’t say enough good things about the help and late at night. The kitchen is small but is well equipped for a family of at least 4 unless the sofa was used and then 5 could sleep comfortably. great lighting and sun in the living room area. It also has a great view of the main bridge in Lisbon. The neighborhood is quiet and sits upon a hill. There are a few stairs as a result of being on a hill but was well connected to all the restaurants and shopping needed for a week or more stay.

It didn’t affect our stay but it may not be a good place for those who have stair climbing disabilities or major fitness issues.

Clean and bright apartment with friendly and helpful host in a peaceful neighbourhood

Patricia gave us a warm and friendly welcome. She kindly let us drop our bags off early in the day ahead of our check in. Communication with Patricia was always prompt and clear and nothing was too much trouble. Patricia is a wonderful host. The apartment is in a peaceful and authentic residential neighbourhood with a good selection of cafes/bakeries and some restaurants. The bus and tram into the centre or towards Belem are easily accessed at the end of the road. The apartment itself is at the top of a steep hill so watch out for the climb. The advantage of being up so high is that there is a miradouro (viewpoint) very nearby beside the church giving a great view over the river and the April 26th suspension bridge. The very hip LX Factory is only a few minutes walk away. The accommodation is bright and spotless and the kitchen was well equipped. Wifi was reliable, which was an important consideration for us.

It wasn't evident that our second bedroom, the one with a single bed (convertible to double) was in an internal room without a window. This didn't affect us too badly as it was a quiet room which suited us but it wasn't immediately evident from the ad and made for an unusual layout in the apartment. At times, the sound of footsteps from the apartment above was quite loud as the floor insulation between the apartments was not great.
