This apartment also has two small terraces that can be accessed from the living room and from the rooms. On the top floor we find the kitchen, the living room, a double bedroom and a guest toilet. All parquet floors are of tropical timber. Three sliding hardwood doors, floor to ceiling, separates the three environments. The living room is about 30 square meters with enough breadth and space to enjoy your stay. You can appreciate the panoramic views of the city through its large windows. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all modern amenities and has an office so that guests have a better stay in Barcelona. The lower floor is accessed by a large fully lined wooden staircase. Downstairs are two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a suite with bathroom and walk-in closet. This floor also has a small area with washer and dryer. The apartment has all the modern entertainment equipment: TV, DVD, WiFi, and the necessary appliances such as washing machine, dryer, dishwashers, central heating, air conditioning, etc. Whether for a business trip or family vacation, this beautiful apartment is ideal for your visit to Barcelona. This apartment has private parking for one car included in the price. Have only good things to say about the flat and the hosts. It’s spacious for a group of 8, very clean, and easy to get around. There’s plenty of restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area. It’s nice to have a little quieter scene outside of the city center, but there’s still plenty of people around at all hours of the day - we always felt safe. Would recommend and would return!

We booked this in 2020 for a stay that year, and finally managed to use the booking in 2022. The apartment was perfect for our needs as a group of five and was a lovely place to stay. It’s away from the really heavy tourist attractions but jumping on the subway got us to all the great places really fast without having to worry about parking. The free underground parking lot was perfect for our medium sized van. The huge tv and WiFi were perfect for the family to enjoy a couple movies. We’ll stay here again when we return to Barcelona!

The apartment was convenient to everything. 10 min walk from the beach. Plenty of food options. Public transportation is close to the apartment. Check in was seamless and the owner of the property was very responsive to my inquiries. I would definitely choose this place again to stay upon my return to Barcelona! I would suggest using the transportation through the property. They were on time to pick us up and take us to the airport. Five stars all around!!

The apartment is in a great location, it’s a 15 minute walk to the beach. It’s also just a 10-15 taxi ride to the heart of Barcelona. The trolley train is a half a block away. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 8, had a very nice time in the unit. It was roomy enough for all. It was nicely furnished, very convenient location, great and safe location. Was supper easy to catch a bus or metro, and walking to main areas was easy. They left us a book with all sorts of information on how to use appliances and how to deal with parking, garbage, etc. (this is very important as Europe works differently than the US). We would definitely rent this unit again.

Hello Everyone If you are reading this and this appartment is available for your dates, I urge you to book ASAP. Surprisingly the pictures do not lie and the views are exactly as seen, the bedrooms and bathrooms and everything is just perfect. Even i was pessimistic before booking but once i got there i was blown away at the accuracy. The kitchen and all the appliances listed are all there to use and work amazingly well. The air conditioning is powerful and amazing when its hot. Location, the area is nice and quiet with some great local supermarkets and shops for your food and other needs. 15 min walk to the beach, 10 to 20 euros taxi ride to La Rambla, or if you prefer the metro then the station Selva de Mar is a 5 min walk and will have you on La Rambla in 20 mins. You can see agbar tower and mount tibidabo from the staircase balcony which offers a great sunset view, and the appartment balcony offers a great sunrise view.
