Descripción apartamento: A holiday apartment which can sleep 8 people, located in an excellent location near the Sant Gervasi market, and 20 minutes from the Parque Güell park. It has 4 bedrooms (3double roomswithtwin bedsanda roomwith abunk bed), 2 bathrooms, a fully-equipped separate kitchen, and a living/dining room. It is very well connected, with a train station just 50 metres away, from where a 10-minute ride will take you to the city centre, while a slightly longer ride will take you to the Tibidabo, where you can enjoy some of the best views of Barcelona. The San Gervasi district, where the main avenues are lined with thousands of shops, is one of the largest commercial areas of Barcelona. It has exclusive clothes shops, shoe shops, design furniture, tempting cake shops, and famous restaurants. To see the route from the nearest METRO, click here TERMS & CONDITIONS: CHECK IN- In accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security it is compulsory for all guests staying in tourist accommodation establishments to be registered by means of a national identity document or passport. This information will be notified to the police within 24 hours of your arrival. - Access to our apartments will be provided either by using an App on your Smartphone or by introducing a code on the keypad you will find next to the entrance door. - As soon as your booking is confirmed we will send you an email which will include an attached form which we ask you to fill in with your personal details and those of the other guests before making the payment and signing the rental agreement. - 24/48 hours before your arrival and once the form has been completed you will receive a link to activate the keys. - We would kindly inform you that our system is unable to generate the access codes until all the guest details are registered, full payment received, and the agreement signed and returned. - Our apartments have noise measurement systems and night security. - We ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am. HOURS:- Check in time: from 3.00pm onwards.- Departure time: before 11.00am- Please inform us of your expected arrival time DEPOSIT- Your deposit payment will be returned within a maximum of 72 hours as soon as the vacated apartment has been checked. OTHER CHARGES- Tourist tax not included in the final price

It was perfect everything, but I would have preferred if there were the basic things in the kitchen, such as salt, sugar, a little oil and spices, and the number of toilet paper was insufficient. in general it was very good

Everything was very nice and clean. There is enough street noise that some people may want earplugs for sleeping. The responses from the staff were fantastic.

We had a fantastic time staying in this property. Very close to transport links, and plenty of bars and restaurants in the local area. We would definitely stay here again. The property was very clean and secure.

Appartement situé dans un quartier commerçant de Barcelone,le centre de Barcelone est très accessible en métroAppartement plutôt adapté pour les familles ou groupe qui ont pour projet de profiter de la vie a l'espagnol ( être au maximum dehors et manger également a l'extérieur. Ménage et confort parfaitPrestation s'apparentant plus a un hôtel qu'un appartement privé,c'est un choix accepté lorsque la prestation est a la hauteur et c'est le cas😀bravo et merci

We had a nice stay at the apartment. The check-in was flexible, which was nice since we arrived at 9am. The location is good, as the apartment is just around the corner from metro station taking you to Placa de Catalunya. The amenities were as stated in the listing. The beds were separate. All in all, good stay, as expected when you're staying in Barcelona.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Il est spacieux, bien équipé, très propre, bien chauffé et bien situé par rapport au métro. Nous étions 8 adultes et il y avait suffisamment de place pour tous mais une seconde chambre équipée d'un lit double aurait été appréciée. Nous recommandons cet appartement avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix et une personne qui parlait français pour nous accueillir.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene con l'appartamento. Rispondente alle foto, molto funzionale e attrezzato. Ottima la vicinanza alla metro, saranno 200 metri, ma comunque, se avete voglia di camminare con poco più di mezz'ora di cammino si arriva in centro. Molto buona la comunicazione col gestore che, addirittura, ci ha consegnato l'appartamento già al mattino invece di attendere le 15. E' stata davvero un'ottima scelta

The apartment was really perfect, a little far from the center but easily accessible by metro. The only drawback was the noise : due to insufficient insulation, from inside you can hear everything that is going on in the street, every car passing by and everything your neighbors do. Otherwise, a really pleasant stay !

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The location was very convenient for our visit, being close to our son who lives in St Gervasi, Barcelona. We travelled as a large group and the apartment was more than sufficient for our needs. Communication was excellent and we were met promptly to give access to the apartment.

Very nice apartment, located next to metro station which makes it easy to connect to center, clean, spacious, has everything you expect. The only bad thing is, one bedroom i located over restaurant, which was very noisy at nights, not pleasant.
